Sima moved himself to find a free spot beside Lilith, had their not been one, he would make one, by lifting her on his lap. "Come on Lily!" He smiled happily. "You can tell me what's wrong, I'll help in anyway I can." Sima wrapped his arm around her to watch the stars with her, since she was so keen to look at them. "I don't even remember most of the constellations in my world, so, I'm not sure if I will be able to notice anything." Sima looked at the stars regardless, they were quite pretty. He played with her hair under his hands, he did so in such a way however that he kept his palm against her side, feeling her contour, but moving his fingers to feel her hair. It would probably just feel like he was tapping her side to Lilith.
"I told you I was sorry didn't I? Lily, I promise, I do care about you, and, If you want me to prove it I will.." Sima chuckled with a slight nervous tension. Sima would prove it to her, and she probably would be surprised. He only prayed that she did not call him out on it. "I don't what I said that upset you, but If I can help I will," Sima tried his best to console her, but he felt a little rusty at this.

She was startled as he lifted her into his lap, making room for them both to look up at the sky against the tree. She was tense at first, but her body automatically relaxed against his, her head resting in the crook of his shoulder, her face not far from his. She could feel his breathing on he forehead, and light movement on her side. She wanted to tell him, but there's not way he could help, aside from telling her, and she would never force him to- she was just frustrated. She was having a small mental battle when he spoke the name Lily once again, breaking her out of the thoughts and forcing her to tilt her head upwards to see his face better. She couldn't kiss him from here, so instead she kissed a small spot on his jawline, feeling awful for being so upset.
Nothing's wrong... I'm just... Sima, please understand, I'm just having a difficult time accepting certain things. I completely understand and accept that a lot of things in your past need to remain unspoken, that things are difficult for you to say, and that I don't need to know... But lately it's been adding up a little, hearing only halves of things you are telling me, and being confused about the rest. I want to be okay with it, and I am for the most part... I just... She looked down, feeling guilty for speaking at all.
I just feel left out, I guess would be the right words. I know I'm not, and I know that you're trying... But can you see where I'm coming from? She pleaded to him, begging him to understand. She knew he was sorry, and she knew in her heart that he truly cared.
I know all of that, and I understand- but I wouldn't mind you proving it to me... She spoke sheepishly, curious to what he'd had in mind.

Sima looked at Lilith, for a split second a look of horror spread across his face. He grit his teeth, almost ready to bite his tongue. "I said I' d prove it.." Sima's voice was shaken, and his body shook lightly as well. It was easy to tell just how unsettle he was. Sima reached his free hand into his shirt. He grabbed a hold of an item and tore it from it's string that hung so casually around his neck. The string snapped and the item was free'd. He held it in his hand, as he brought over to Lilith's. He placed his hand on top of hers, not releasing the item just yet. Sima had swore not to cry in front of Lilith, but he couldn't stop himself this time. He was rather silent in it however, if she was more focused on what was in his hand, then she wouldn't even notice.
Sima sighed deeply, releasing the item into her hand. "It's yours, if you want it." He was able to clear his words and speak clearly in those lines, almost confidently. He had not wanted to do this, in fact he dreaded it.
After placing the item in her hand, and re-tracting his own, she would realize the item in her hand was exactly what it seemed. The ring that he wore around his neck, the engagement ring. The one and only item he had left that represented the connection, his old love, his everything in the previous world. He was trying to trust her with it.

She glanced up at his face, seeing the look of terror across it, and instantly became worried. Sima, it's fine, you don't have to do- She stopped speaking as he began to, saying he would prove it. She shut her mouth, and looked at him, quite confused. What was going on in his head? She watched as he slowly moved his hand to his shirt, pulling something out of it, making her more confused. What could he possible keep under his shirt- oh god. She watched him tear the string, her eyes wide, and as he brought it over to her hand, placing his over hers, she felt herself shaking. His sigh was barely audible to her, as her heart beat was loud in her ears.
Its yours, if you want it. the sound of his voice echoed in her head. There was a ring in her hand, the cool metal stinging against the warmth of her flesh. She knew this scared him, that was what the look of terror was. This was his engagement ring, when he was with his wife- when she was alive. But what did this mean? Was he asking her- no! There was no way that was true. It was to soon! But did he think it wasn't..?
Her face was flushed in the dark, as she sat there, in shock, with her hand closed around the ring. S-Sima... I love you... but, don't you think....I mean, if that's what you mean by this... I-I.. She didn't want to assume it was about marriage, but what if it was...?

Upon hearing Lilith speak once again, perhaps hesitation set in. It was not his original goal to intend for this to mean marriage no, however with Lilith's stuttering he perceived this to be a golden opportunity. He had proven himself did he not? By doing something he trusted no one else with, allowing her to have the ring, if she didn't want it that was not his fault, or so he thought. Perhaps it was because he was not ready to give up his ring entirely, it was still something that held great value. This is why he prayed that she did not ask him to prove such trivialities, because he felt his love for her was as clear as day.
"If you don't want it it's ok," Sima grabbed the ring back rather quickly. It seemed more or less that he was not ready to give it to her, obviously, but he didn't want to come across that way. For all intensive purposes it was a way to say that he trusted her, despite taking back what he had given so prematurely. It was her fault for her hesitance right? Sima didn't know how she would take this, and despite trying to show signs of acceptance, he was blurting out signs of denial.
He sighed deeply, rubbing his eyes as if they had an itch on them. "Do you want to head inside? I have a surprise for you." Sima thought it would be best to change the subject. "I think your going to like it."

Lilith felt the coolness of the metal being snatched away as he took the ring back, stating that if she didn't want it it was fine. She furrowed her brows confused, she'd never said she didn't want it, she just didn't understand what the implications behind it were. Marriage? She couldn't. Promise? That she could do. Though, she decided to step away from the subject and let it go. It was an engagement ring from his past, from his wife. She didn't want to take that from him in the first place. And, as he'd made clear, he didn't want her to- despite haven given it to her for a moment.
Lilith looked away, turning her head back to the sky. Her body was still pressed comfortably against his, fitting in perfectly, her legs curled as she snuggled his side without intending to. She knew he loved her, she had been slightly teasing before, never expecting him to take it so seriously, but she supposed that was her fault. He didn't seem to grasp what was making her so frustrated, but she'd have to explain at a different time. She had the feeling, that now, he was to much in a different mood -not a good one- for her to push the matter- despite her growing irritation towards it.
When he spoke once more, of her liking a surprise he'd set up, she nodded silently in the dark, the moon covered by a thick cloud at the moment, obscuring her view of everything. He eyes may have the special quality of being purple, but her elven genetics did nothing for eyesight in general. She used his shoulder as a hold to help her stand, getting up and out of his lap, their cute moment long gone. She felt guilty for having started it, but she'd also done nothing wrong. She felt the well of tears in her throat and chest, the water not yet forming and she kept it that way. Her frustration was attempting to get the best of her, but it was fine. She would be fine.

Sima took not that she was being quiet. It made him nervous, really nervous. Perhaps Lilith was in fact having second thoughts about their relationship? He bit his tongue hard, really hard. He needed to keep these thoughts from surfacing, he needed to have trust in her, because even the most subtle things could be picked up. Sima grabbed her by the hand, feeling that he had to do something to pick up her mood. "Come on, your going to take all day if you walk slowly." Sima tried to get her to come with him, although he did a bit of a jog to get them moving towards the kitchen quicker. He opened the door for her releasing her hand, and then closing the door behind her. "Sit down at the table!" He said rather energetically.
Sima moved to the oven, expecting Lilith to sit down, although he would more than likely bring his creation to her no matter where she went. He took the cake top, and bottom, out of the oven. He turned them upside down on the counter and hit them, the cake falling out of the tray. He then pulled over the pan, with what was once strawberry mush, but by now had turned into a light pink gelatin with strawberry chunks inside it. He then placed it on the bottom section, and then placed the top over the gelatin.
Sima picked up the pink strawberry cake, and placed over on the table, thinking Lilith was still there. "It doesn't have any icing, because well, I didn't get any, or rather, I should have made some."

Lilith let him lead her, smiling softly at the energy he was exuding. He was doing his best to cheer her up, and she had to appreciate that. She jogged along beside him, and entered the house. She took of her jacket and threw it on the bed before sitting as he asked her to. Something smelt amazing, it the heat of the house returned the colour to her face. The rooms were still rather dark, Sima must not have needed the light before. She really needed to think about moving, getting a house with a fireplace.
She watched him work silently, and smile softly as the cake was placed in front of her, soft and pink, smelling strongly of strawberries- he was really taking advantage of her love for them, wasn't he? She laughed softly, short and sweet and looked up at him fondly, grabbing ahold of his hand before he could move away. She squeezed it lightly, giving him a smile that meant she was sorry for the way she'd been acting.
Using his hand as her anchor, she pulled herself out of the chair, and away from the cake and the table, towards him. Once standing directly in front of him, she went on her tip toes and kissed his lips, pressing hers firmly against his. She kept her hand interlocked with his, but brought the other one to the back of his neck. After a moment or so, maybe longer- she never could keep time in such moments- she pulled away, gazing up at him through half eyes.
I love it. Thank you- and it doesn't need icing, it looks perfect.

SIma stood there blankly as she pulled herself up to him. He grabbed a hold of her hands when she came up to kiss him, saying that it was fine the way it was. Sima didn't understand Lilith today, or at least the end of the day. She was acting differently and it confused him, but it did make things interesting. "I feel that you could use some icing sometimes." He attempted to tease her, indicating that he was going to put icing on her, which he was not, yet. "So, Lily, you gonna try it soon?" He spoke energetically.
He let go of her hands to move to the bathroom. He flopped into the tub, for a brief second, clothes on and everything. He needed a bath, and quickly re-called an event when they first met. Perhaps this would cheer her up he thought! He flopped out of the tub, and headed back to the kitchen to see if Lilith had tried some. He crouched low, in an effort to sneak up on Lilith. One could say he was 'stalking' her. Sima popped up at the end of the table, and looked at Lilith, "So, Lilith..." Sima waggled his eyebrows curiously.
"What do you say we have a bath?" Sima was intending only cleanliness, but his attitude certainly displayed other intentions.

Lilith sat back down, laughing. I could use some icing? What, do you mean I'm not fun or something? She laughed, only joking, not taking anything to heart at all. She shook her head, and cut a piece of the cake off, sticking it into her mouth. It's amazing Sima, as always. She smiled after swallowing the food, Watching him leave the room. She was slightly curious, but she didn't question it, only cut more cake. She heard him, slightly, leave the bathroom, and her ears twitched lightly as she felt him approaching. She simply laughed as he appeared at the opposite end of the table.
He was such a goof tonight, and really, she needed it. She loved seeing this side to him- even if she loved the soft side she'd come to know. Now, what he said next had her choke on the piece of cake that was in her mouth. What do you say we have a bath? She coughed, and cleared her throat, swallowing the cake, and looked at him with wide eyes.
Sima! That's a little random, don't you think? She was blushing, yet smiling, and she had to admit, she really could use a bath. Yet, she had a feeling, that wouldn't be the extent of their actions- even if he did have pure intentions, once they saw each other... like that, it would probably change. Lilith cleared her throat once more and looked away.
Random.. But not absurd... She laughed again, not able to believe this was happening.

Sima knew that it was random, that was the point. It was to do something that they had not done before, an activity that they could do together. Sima looked at her, "Well I guess I will get the water ready." He went out and prepared some water, getting it into the tub. He was ready for a bath anyways, but he made sure that there wasn't anything on the floor. Couldn't have anyone slipping and hurting themselves. Sure it would be a little awkward for the first bit, but it wasn't like he hadn't seen her naked before. It would be better, just not completely normal persay. "So, are you going to get another pair of clothes?" They were more than likely heading to bed afterward, so Sima was happy with just bringing in a new pair of underwear, to wear to bed, and then the rest would be put on tomorrow.
SIma headed to the bedroom in order to grab his unmentionables. He then headed back to the bathroom. He looked around for some soap, curiously gazing around. "Ready Lilith?" Sima called curiously, although deciding perhaps he should get in the tub first. Sima casually stripped, and quickly got into the tub, curiously awaiting the elven purple eye.

Lilith smiled nervously, not sure what she'd just agreed to. After a moment of hearing him prepare everything, she left the table, grabbing two towels and a small green nightgown- she needed to do laundry, it had been a while. After a deep, awkward breath, she followed Sima into the bathroom. This reminded her very much of the first time he'd stayed at her house, handing him the terrible purple pants while he was in the tub. She couldn't help but smile at the memory, seeming so silly now. She glanced over and noticed he was already in the water, causing her to blush. In order for her to join him, she would have to take of her clothes as well. Right in front of him. She couldn't recall ever doing that. Though this wasn't the first time they would be seeing each other, it was still very new to her, and Lilith was very modest.
Lilith cleared her throat lightly, and set the towels near the tub. She turned her back to him, for her own sake, and began unlacing the bodice of her dress. It took a moment, but she was able to shimmy out of it without a problem. See as that was all she'd put on today, it didn't take long, and she turned to face him, her whole body blushing furiously. It took her a few awkward seconds to join him, but after a minute or so, she was with him in the tub.
Please tell me this is awkward for you too -EVEN if it isn't- please. She stuttered, averting her eyes. This wasn't to say she didn't enjoy the sight she was currently being given, - her eyes were averted from his, and therefore casted down.- but this was something she'd never done- hell, a month ago, she'd never kissed anybody, now she was naked in the tub with a man.

Sima watched her curiously. He tilted her head as she turned around, undressing herself. He decided maybe he should look away. It wasn't as if she didn't know that he would see her, but it still felt a bit odd. SIma moved a little bit so that Lilith had room. He felt a little bit awkward about this. Sima moved around, and looked at Lilith as she noted how awkward this was. "Why don't you turn around, and I can wash your hair!" Sima laughed nervously. "And yes, this is awkward for me too." SIma however seemed to be handling this much better than Lilith. "So, turn around, and I can wash your hair. I don't know how you deal with so much of it!" It was true, Lilith's hair must have been a crazy mess sometimes. Sima looked around for some sort of shampoo, and upon finding it, he set it in the tub. He then used his hands to cup some water, to wet his hair.
Sima then once again cupped his hands, picking up water, and then throwing it at Lilith playfully, but not in a way for it to exit the tub.

Lilith shifted around, finding her usually spacious tub, to be cramped. It wasn't in a bad way, they just needed to become more comfortable. Oddly enough, it makes me less awkward to know that you're awkward as well. Before turning, she raised her arms, and lifted all of her hair out of the water, and out of her face, moving it all so it was in one long trail behind her, turning so it was facing him. Once making sure it was all there, none floating about, she agreed with him.
Oh trust me, it's not always fun. She laughed, feeling water being splashed lightly at her, and she turned half of her body to face him, still sitting in the opposite direction, and splashed some back. Hey! Her blush wasn't fading, but blushing wasn't a bad thing. She was smiling, and she shook her head at him, already feeling more comfortable.

When Lilith turned around, gathering her hair. Sima took it upon himself, after of course she complained about him splashing the water, he turned around and began applying water to her hair. He did those he would be bale to lather it with soap. After getting most of it wet, he began to lather it. He didn't really seem to notice whether Lilith wanted him to do this or not, but he enjoyed it. It was something seemingly romantic, something, that only they could do together. It was also a way he could help her, be with her. Sima could tell this would make them much much more closer, even if by accident, and awkwardly, he knew they were close already, but being closer couldn't hurt.
After lathering Lilith's hair, he began to take the soap bubbles. He gathered them by pulling his hands through her hair and picking them up. He wasn't quite too sure the difference between body soap and hair soap, they both cleaned right? Although this would be more, entertaining, then simply using body soap. He flopped the suds onto Lilith shoulder, and began, a rubbing the soap on her skin, more or less simply enjoying the feel of her body, more so, then putting the wrong soap on her. Sima let go after a brief moment, realizing that perhaps this was a bit too much. He scratched his head nervously. "You look, soapy" He laughed.
