Roxanne had packed everything she owned, as per usual, into her leather bag. She was thinking it was going to be a routine job. Track down the offender, maybe persuade him into some alone time, kill him and collect the bounty. But she wasn't paying attention to the magical hair pin Aria had given her, probably because it was currently holding her long red hair up in its usual high ponytail. At the moment though, it was also glowing with a white light as she prepared leave, was steadily growing brighter, and finally came to a peak just as she stepped out her front door.
There was a flash of white light, blinding in its brilliance. When she opened her eyes, the half demon found she wasn't in the forest anymore but rather on a balcony overlooking the sea and a confused look settled on her face, her violet eyes crinkled in worry. Turning, she saw that the balcony lead into what looked like a temple. She could hear the ocean crashing into the cliff below, and under that the subtler hush of a fountain. Intrigued, she ventured further into the temple and found a giant fountain in the main room being watched by silent statues of what appeared to be gods and goddesses. The entrance to the temple was on the other side announced by beautiful, jade doors. Roxanne, however, stopped to examine the altar and think. "Where am I now?" she asked aloud, though to no one in particular except perhaps the brooding temple guardians.

Hell, a new fated why now? Rivers growls to himself as he was preparing to go to Kail's house, hearing the commotion at the temple through his tunnel. "Looks like I'll need to make a detour." He decides and then steps through the tunnel he had set up in the Moon Temple causing it to look as if a stone came out of the wall settled, and was then followed by Rivers. He was not wearing his customary jacket, but at this point some of the sweat covering his face was washing away the dirt he had placed there.
Though when he arrived his hands raise to his temples and he grumbles. "Another red head." How the hell was he going to sneak her out, this one was flashy too.
She looks vaguely familiar. He found himself thinking and then shrugs.
"Alright, I'm going to make this quick since neither of us have much time. You were brought here by a demi-god named Fate as part of some shitty luck of the draw, you are known as a Fated in this world, you are currently in a city called Teair ruled by Noku Noru, if that means anything to you. There is currently an angry mob out looking for Fated most of the females of whom have red hair. If you want to avoid the mob come with me." He calls, his expression serious, wary and very tired.

Roxanne's ears twitched as she heard a small sound come from behind her. She drew her blade and turned just as Rivers appeared. A human, she thought and a smirk crossed her face briefly. Then she paused as she took in what he was saying, her gloved hand reaching to twist a stand of her red hair. "Noru? Is this Nova then, Feyurlun?"she asked, still wary of the situation. But, he was just a human after all and he knew this place better than she. So, Roxanne nodded and sheathed her weapon. "You can explain more on the way then?"she said, softening the demand into an inquiry as she took in his tired appearance and moved to follow him.

Rivers listens to the woman's reply and quirks an eyebrow. "Oh so your from a Feyerlun, good, that will make things simpler." He says as he gestures for her to come over to where he was standing, an invisible mass of mana that was his "tunnel" was sitting next to him, and he tapped his foot lightly, a gesture of anxiousness, he still needed to got get Kail and check on Ilta's situation and then...
"Blast it Aria, how do you get yourself into these things? What the hell am I supposed to do with a group you asked me to gather?" He grumbles under his breath, too softly for a normal human to hear.
one with aria, one with muse, one within myself, two at the cabin, one at the palace, I am running out of tunnels. rivers realizes, in fact he only had two he was free to use at the moment.
"Anyways, welcome to Teair, you're about 1000 years in the past. In a timeline where the hero Core was never born." He announces, eyes darting around, looking for danger.

Roxanne looked at him in question as he said her being from Feyurlun would make things easier. She perked up though as he mentioned Aria under his breath. "Aria's here? Is she ok? She's been missing for months," she asked, worry and hope clear on her face. She walked over to stand next to Rivers, looking him over again as she did.
This close, she could see better under the dirt on his skin. That it was clearing off in areas suggested it had a purpose, not something he got from digging or wallowing with pigs, for example. A quick smile flashed at the thought then she narrowed her eyes a bit. "You look familiar somehow. What did you say your name was?" she asked, curious though she knew very well that proper introductions hadn't been made yet. In her mind, Roxanne tried to comprehend what he was telling her.
From the sounds of it, she'd managed to somehow get herself not only back in time but also some kind of alternate universe? or dimension? Either way, this was worrisome though at least she didn't have to worry about running into herself. She was a young half demon, only 30 in human years. She supposed this wasn't a good time or place though. If these people didn't like strangers from alternate universes, they certainly wouldn't like one that wasn't all human. "Where are we going, anyway?" she asked.

As Roxanne, asks Rivers about Aria, his eyes narrow and fill with anger, he quickly smothers it and replies tersely, "no she's not, but she chose to end up where she is and I do not have time to deal with it right now even if she would let me!" He snaps, clearly her predicament was upsetting him a great deal.
"I haven't told you my name, if I survive the night or you talk to some of the people on the other side of the tunnel, I'm sure you can find it, but I am not going to say it in front of a bunch of prying ears." He says and then grabs her arm and begins to guide her towards the the collection of mana.
"Sorry we're on a tight schedule, otherwise I'd make the mandatory pass at you, but I need to leave now!" He insists pointing towards the wall and indicating that she should walk into the area he was pointing at.

Roxanne didn't like his non-explanation of whatever was wrong with Aria, though she did believe him when he said she got herself into it. That was very Aria. Still, she didn't like his tone and her eyes flashed briefly before she managed to tamp it down. "Very well," the half demon said, somewhat curtly. Clearly they should be in a hurry, though he grossly underestimated her if he thought they'd be caught by any human mob. Still, she flipped her long, apparently obvious, red hair over her shoulder and sauntered forward into his 'tunnel', his comment about a mandatory pass gaining him a slight, sexy, smirk as she passed.

Aria was being carted away to the dungeons, big surprise there. However as they moved she felt the presence of a certain demon whom carried one of her tokens….She sure picked a good time to be dragged into this….Roxy would feel the hair pin on her person suddenly grow warm; there would be a light brush against the consciousness of her mind as Aria made contact. ’If you haven’t already find Rivers, stay out of site, don’t make a big commotion. Fated are being given a bad name through violence….best lie low. Good luck and welcome to the game board.’ The voice would fade away.
Rivers would feel his own token grow warm, he’d likely not want to talk to her very much at the moment but there was some things she should fill him in on now that a plan had been set in motion before it really was ready. ’Rivers; the tunnels are pretty much ready for use, just lacking the supplies for a long stay…I’ll be in touch with Gabby. Don’t use the entrance that’s in the house, I made another entrance hidden under the debri’s of the stable outside; there are three more entrances scattered; however the safest one is the one that’s at the stable. Heed my warning, safety lies within the shadows. Do not fallow the paths lit with lunar flowers. If you take the right paths you’ll find something you may find useful. Good luck’
