The outside is lined with wood, a stone chimney towering above the roof, based beside the porch. The porch wraps around the house, taking up half of the front and over to a quarter of the left side (chimney base on the right). Inside there is the main living room, which has brown flooring, cabin-like wood walls, and a high ceiling. There is a fire place a few feet from the main entrance, a love-seat positioned in front of it. The walls were bare, and the only other things in that room was a table with chairs, and a cabinet filled with books and bottles of liquids. At the back of the room there is a door leading to the kitchen, which is a white-gray room filled with the necessary appliances, and another set of chairs with a larger table. There is also a staircase here, leading to the upstairs, which holds two rooms. The first room is Esme's, containing a bed dressed in plain brown/white sheets, a dresser, desk and large wooden chest. The second room is used as a guest room, with another bed dressed in plain brown/white sheets and a dresser. Most of the walls in her house are bare, as she hasn't collected many things yet. Upstairs there is also a small lavatory.

Upon entering the two-floored building, you see a small room similar to a waiting room. There will be a wooden desk painted a pearl white colour, with many wooden chairs (6) with a soft cushion on the seat along two sides of the room. On the right wall there is a door that will lead upstairs to the second floor. This door is always locked. On the back wall behind the desk is a curtained door. Through the door there is a large open room filled with various gurneys (5) to the left, each gurney separated by curtains for privacy. Massage tables (5) will be on the right. There are two bathrooms at the back of the room, one on the left side of the room and one of the right side both bathrooms have a washing bucket, a toilet hole and a tub. On the same wall as the curtained door, there is a large metal cabinet for medication, herbs, spices, oils and healing agencies. Opposite to this cabinet there is a walk-in closet that will house cleaning supplies and linens on wooden shelving. In the back of the room, there is a well, dug up by Tres. This makes water more accessible to the patients and the care givers. The well is covered by stones, and has a bucket and pulley system to retrieve the fresh water.

The outside is brown brick, with thatched roofing. The house makes an "L" shape, with the door on the inner half. A window in the very tip of the house. The door is rounded and a burgundy colour. It has a tree or two behind it, bit is otherwise not near a lot of foliage. The inside the floors are wooden and the walls cement or brick. There is a loft with a wooden ladder leading to it. In the loft there is a decent sized bed, big enough to fit two people, and a curtain concealing it, from the lop of the ladder, across to both walls. The loft also has a small wardrobe and chest.The back of the loft (and the house) has another regular sized window. The main level of the house has a fireplace. The kitchen is a decent size, equipped with the necessities, and a pantry, it is in the kitchen that there is the window. There is a wooden table and four chairs. The bathroom is small, just enough for the shower ect. In front of the fire place there is a living room type of set up, with enough seating arrangements for about 5 people. (A couch and two chairs). When one walks in through the front door, they are entering the side of the living room. The bathroom door is across the house in front of them, and the ladder to the loft to their left. Farther left is the entry to the kitchen and the staircase. Aside from the bathroom door, the house is open concept.
