The Twelve Demon Stones
Out of all the books within the Grand Library of Nova, the only thing known about the Demon Stones is the belief that it was a creation of the God of Death, Zeapon. He created the stones in order to appease his wife Caster when she was pregnant with Fate. The lore tells that Zeapon drew his own blood to create all twelve stones in order to create servants to serve as his beloved's guard. He chose each stone carefully and wisely before bonding it with his dark magic and blood. Each stone is unique, enchanted with its own magical "gift".
Zeapon imbued the stones with a curse; any mortal not naturally born a demon that possesses a stone will undergo a transition to a demonic variant of themselves, "creating" a demon, whose purpose was the protection of Caster while she bore what the Death God thought was his child. The stones were given to strong hosts that proved worthy in protecting Caster and her unborn babe. The Demon stones remained in the possession of the guardians for 56 years, until they were disbanded when Caster left Zeapon and was thrown from the glade of heros...Caster then shortly began traveling the mortal world of Teair. Devastated, Zeapon killed the Guardians and the Demon stones were scattered onto Teair.

The Demon Stone List
Stone I
Kinetics
This beauitful quarter size pebble looks to be slate grey in color with hollowed out specks. This perfectly circular stone when picked up will possess the body of what had picked it up. The stone will force the unfortunate soul to consume the demonic pebble. Once consumed, the host gains two abilities granted by the stone. -- Kinetic Surge and Kinetic Blast -- If the host is not magic potent or had no prior knowledge of the abilities. After so many times the ability is used; the infected that is carrying this stone will experience massive head aches. Their skin will soon turn grey and marbled like stone.
Kinetic Surge - Advance Lvl - To be able to lift one object of choosing with the users mind and form it into a shape using the materials of the object (so not creating something impossible from the object chosen), and sending it flying in any direction, as far as 35ft.
Kinetic Blast -- Advance Lvl - To be able to lift up to 8 small objects and form them into a quick new shape (As the user cant concentrate as clearly as with one object) and send them all flying in various directions, or all the same way, as far as 25ft.This stone has not been claimed
Stone II
LightningStone III
This pretty yellow-orange stone is the size of a human hand. Like all Demon Stones, the Lighting Demon Stone possesses the creature or being that carries it to consume the stone. The stone grants the host two abilities -- Lightning Bolt and Lightning Arc -- even if the host is not magic potent or did not previously know the two abilities. The more the ability is performed the Lighting Demon Stone's Host will experience the affects as pain equivalent to being burned or electrocuted.
Lightning Bolt - Advance Lvl - User can shoot various short spurts of lightening bolts, up to 35ft away in any direction. They move about as quickly as you would expect lightening to.
Lightning Arc - Advance Lvl - User can shoot one long shot of lightening at a target for up to 25 seconds. Reaches 45ft away and is about as fast as you expect lightening to be.

Fire Immunity
A red smooth stone that is a crimson hue with gold speckles. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability to negate Fire. Also when this ability is activated, the host is also immune to heat, fire and any kind of thermal energy for a limited time. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Hosts temperature will begin to rise until the flesh begins to boil, followed by combustion into a Fire abomination.

SpinesStone V
A jagged stone that is mostly black in colour, lightening up as it reaches the base, turning bright vibrant blue in colour and fits in the palm of a human hand. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability to extend and retract spines from their bodies at will. Similar to a porcupine's natural ability. Can be used for defence or offence. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host's bones will become brittle and break at the lightest of hits, making a lot of physical contact difficult; even sleeping could be fatal.

Hawk eye
An orb like rock the size of a dodgeball, with rough thin vines encrusted over it in jagged patterns, entirely orange in colour, though when in shadows looks a lot darker like an illusion. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability of improved sight, which is at least five times better than the average sentient being. They can see great distances, and also have night vision. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host's vision will eventually disappear all together for a short time, before the Host's eyes meld together, turning them into a cyclopes.

Stone VI
Mist Form
A completely clear sphere the size of a ping pong ball. It disappears completely when immersed in water making it nearly impossible to find unless you just stumble upon it. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability to phase out of physical form, turning into mist for a duration of ten seconds per day. This can be useful when getting through small spaces or evading harm. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host's body temperature will rise until all the fluids in its body begins to boil, evaporating the body from the inside out; at which point the flesh will begin to melt like candle wax and will slowly become a Swamp Demon.

Acidic Blood
A small swirl medallion made of a lime green rock. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability of acidic blood that it will burn through flesh, bone and even metal. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host will get random sores all over their skin that burn and itch like crazy, until over time their flesh is rotten and they smell horrible. The sores will start out small and hard to notice, in random spots growing more frequent and larger as time goes by. Once the flesh starts to rot, they become an Acidic Demon.

Stone VIII
Flight
A crescent moon shaped rock with a few craters hollowed in it, and a few jagged points around it. Its a purple and blue in colour, matching the moon on a mystical evening. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability to leap great distances. For example, they could call upon the power to leap across a valley or canyon. This ability has a maximum distance of fifty meters. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host's body will painfully make its transformation into a humanoid bird; ugly crooked wings sprouting from the shoulder blades; feet narrowing out into bony points with talons (hands similarly so), and disfigured beaks covering their faces from where a nose should be, down to their chins completing the transition into what's more commonly known as a Harpy. (This transformation happens very slowly with time.)

Stone IX
Accelerated Healing
A small cylinder shaped stone coloured vibrantly with pinks purples and blues. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability of accelerated healing, where their wounds heal almost instantly (Example being, the host can be cut up to pieces and heal back together). Note that this does not make the user invincible, and they can still be killed by being completely burned or frozen. The host must consume Lunar Flowers on a frequent basis, or the stone will do the opposite effect and inflict pain on him to the point of death. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host becomes very dependant on the healing as it is not near constantly healing itself, the old wounds will catch up with it and be "recreated" so to speak. In a sense it would become a zombie, having to stitch itself together or it would fall apart. Not undead or have nasty flesh- just be stitched up and will have unattachable body parts.

Stone X
Drain
A black jagged rock that looks very similar to that of a regular rock found in a cave or under a bridge. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have the ability to drain the energy from other creatures or people, using that energy to revitalize themselves. This means the user can sustain themselves doing this, and does not need to eat or sleep. However, they cannot kill creatures using this ability, but can only cause severe fatigue. If the ability is used too often; The Host's body will slowly feel the affect of the stone over a period of time. The Host's "lost time", so to speak, will catch up with them starving them or completely draining them of all their energy. With time this will become more frequent resulting in a need to consume energy from another being like a vampire. The "hunger" would grow stronger and stronger with time and use.

Tainted
A dark black shard that tints purple in the sun. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have a curse which causes plants and other natural objects to wither and die when they get close.

Plague-bearer
A crystal droplet shining in colours of pinks and purples. This stone will possess the creature or being once picked up to consume the stone. Once consumed; The host will have a curse, where their body produces and carries several diseases. Although the user themselves are immune to these diseases, anyone who touches them will surely become ill, and perhaps die.
