Tres had been reading about water elemental manna, trying to teach herself water spells. Tres was wearing tight brown pants, knee high tie-up boots, a loose white blouse that showed off her bosom enough to be sensual, but not over-the-top and a black corset. She wore her hair in a long braid down her back with daffodils in the braid, and the bracelet given to her by Adrain. She wore that bracelet almost every day.
Suddenly, she felt someone tap her shoulder, and grew worried thinking that someone had broken into her house again. Tres would turn around with the book in her hand to see no one in behind her, then a bright light would blind her. Tres put her arm in front of her eyes trying to cover her eyes from the blinding light.
When she opened her eyes, she would see Adrain in the distance, but heard the voice of a woman to her left. Tres cocked an eyebrow, wondering what the woman meant by 'adventure'. She didn't know where she was, but in the distance she heard the sound of crashing water. It must have been a waterfall... Tres looked at Adrain when she gained her vision back... unsure of what to say to him. Tres instead blushed, turning bright red.

Adrain had been made aware that the Blossom Festival had been restarted. He had made every effort to keep away from the public eye due to the last time there was this festival. He had put up a number of wards around his domicile and made himself unavailable for duties due to Research.
Yet such preparations were for naught, he found himself blindsided and put in the wild. He was disoriented from the teleportation that wasn't his own while focusing. As his vision returned, he exhaled a little then looking at her with a slight laugh. "So...what brings you to this neck of the woods. In fact, what brought me to this neck of the woods.." he says, the second line a bit sarcastic.

Tres was distraught, she wasn't sure why she bought Adrain a red flower, or what compelled her to want to purchase one for him, but she did nonetheless. Her cheeks were bright red. Her face was burning. "I... uh..." she said looking at her feet, she tucked a piece of hair behind her ear before looking up at him. "The blossom festival..." she said in a sweet and quiet tone. "I purchased a flower, I didn't know it would end up like this..."
She quickly smiled, and looked around at the nature surrounding them. "It is a pretty day..." she said trying to change the subject. She could hear the sound of heavily running water from a distance. She turned around, figuring out which direction it came from. "Care for a hike? Or are you so displeased that you'd like to return home." She gave him an option, considering that he didn't appear interested in these affairs. Tres looked back at her feet, hoping secretly that he'd stay for this... adventure.

"Ah I see...well at least this time I know the person who I was teleported to instead of last year which was awkward as hell when I met someone at Vanessa's joke." he says with an alluding laugh but not going into any farther details at this point. He looks in the direction of the sound of the running water and then nods, moving in the direction of the sound when asked.
"Well no reason to let an excuse to take a day off with someone interesting go to waste, no?" he says, figuring Tresor would follow.

Tres laughed at his joke, not really understanding it, but also not wanting to intrude in his previous personal experiences. So she just laughed without understanding. But she did follow him behind as he started along the path. "" she walked in silence for a bit, Tres listening to the sounds of nature. She hadn't taken too much time to really explore and see Nova, so she was kind of glad that the date worked out like this.
After a few moments, she began. "I never did get the chance to thank you for helping me overcome my night-terrors." she paused, waiting for a response. "You really helped me get some much needed rest, even if the terrors haven't completely subsided." she was not trying to confess any love for him, that wasn't the purpose. She just really enjoyed spending her time with the mage. She always seemed to learn something from him, which made him all the more intriguing.
"I know I have also thanked you for helping me with the surgery, but I would like to say it again... so... thank you." she had been trying to be more gracious towards those around her, but she quickly hcanged the subject since he had heard her gratitude more than once. "I did have a question I wanted to ask you, and may you can clarify, but it has been on my mind for some time now." she paused "It's about my new wing..."

Confess thy lo...wait what?
Adrain listened as Tresor thanked him and nodded with a small sigh. "Well I hope to figure out some way to make sure that the problem is solved completely, all I can say is try to think of a flying demon Helena chicken when you have trouble. Maybe a ring can be made that squelches dreams but dreamless sleep is a bit odd personally."
He nodded when she commented again. "Any time really, its the best use that thing could have probably had. What's on your mind though? he says, continuing to walk and take in the ambience.

She nodded in agreement, she already did have the pendent to help her cloak her wings at her will, so it wouldn't be unusual for her to have another piece of jewelry to help monitor her dreams. She attentively listened to Adrain, and smiled, thinking back to Helena as a chicken... She was one dark chicken, maybe she was the dark meat? No matter. "It would be nice to have something to help control the dreams I do still have." she sighed, "Perhaps I can look into it. It could be beneficial."
She collected her thoughts back to the question she wanted to ask. "I wanted to ask about the feathers... I know the properties they have, but..." she paused, fearful of the answer. "What could someone do with them if they got their hands on them..." she went silent.
She kept walking up the hill, and took a brief moment to fly up to see what lied above the hill. "It appears that there's a waterfall not far from here." she landed back next to Adrain, and looked at him "The water looks beautiful." she started off on more of a sprint now, trekking all the way up the hill. "C'mon, let's go!" she called back to him.

"Yeah..." Adrain says, merely agreeing with the comment about the sleep ring. When the subject shifted to the feathers he exhaled. "Well they are very anti magic, if you mean what someone could do with them...probably break spells, maybe even shut down magic if it's put in a body of a person casting magic or otherwise. They are also metallic. I've been playing with the idea of etching runes into them and using them like a swarm as a high level weapon but the results haven't quite cooperated yet. I tried to recover them all after the battle but I don't know how many I could have missed...sort of hard to focus on that stuff when you're in rough shape"
Adrain shrugs when Tresor shifted to an enthusiastic sprint and then tracked behind, his eyes seemingly looking at her bobbing rump for just a moment as she was ahead, but he shifted his focus to the land ahead and followed, but didn't try to overtake Tresor.

Tres was happy to hear that what could potentially happen was not... fatal... she supposed it could be worse. She raised an eyebrow when Adrain said that he was studying them, intrigued by what he could be the results. She felt herself grow sympathetic towards him as she didn't know what they all went through, especially him. There was a lot of experience behind the eyes of Adrain... she couldn't imagine anything that he could have possibly experienced. She didn't have much to say on the subject, as she didn't want to make things worse, and didn't know how to react to the abilities of something that is now a part of her body...
As she came to a landing on the mountain after running up the incline with Adrain close behind her, she could see a waterfall as it glistened against the light of day. It took her breath away, seeing the natural beauty that Teair Nova held within its depths. She could see that there was a path leading to the top of the waterfall, where they could look down as the water fell. "Follow me." She turned back to Adrian, smiling.

If only she knew.
Adrain chuckles a little starting to get the proverbial stick out of his backside, darting after Tresor as she ran and began to close the gap with her. As he got in range he would let loose a small gale to mess with her, not sure if it impacted her wings while they were hidden. "Oh where do you plan to entrap me young angel?" he says, going along with Tresor and the moment.

Tres felt a gust of wind splash against her back, her wings shaking underneath her cloaking spell. She laughed hard as she ran, looking back for a moment at Adrain, who had casted the gust at her. His playful gestures sure were unique. It was sweet. Her hair, though tied up in a braid, moved along with the breeze, the petals of the daffodils almost falling out of her hair. When they reached the beginning of the path towards the top of the waterfall, she would grab Adrain's hand in hers, pulling him towards her as she moved backwards - not looking back, but careful of where she stepped.
Her smile was playful, but defiant as she looked at Adrain, her amber eyes lit with fire. "Who are you calling young?" she giggled "How can you feel trapped in a space as open as this?" Tres gestured around her. "C'mon, let's see if the legends are true about the falls!" still holding onto his hand, gently between her thin fingers.
She walked along the trail, beginning to feel the mist of the falls thicken the air. The sound of the falls crashing down into the lake below grew louder and louder as they approached. The walk was not easy, being on an incline, and it was definitely a long hike, but a fun adventure nonetheless. "So... headmaster." Tres said in an almost mocking tone, "You have never really told me about the work you do at the Arch, and yet I hear so much about you." she smiled sweetly at him "Tell me about your role as headmaster... do you guide the young ones towards a life of magic?" Tres loved nothing more than to learn, whether it be about people, or about subjects, it didn't matter. She just wanted to know as much as she could.
Tres then got silent, and felt a little unsure about changing the subject to one that they hadn't discussed since the night it had happened... but she felt that it should be talked about since their relationship had progressed and changed. "Uhm, also..." she began, treading on the waters, "I want to talk to you about... what happened... between us... that one night?" her tone was uneven, and her grip loosened from his, her fingers sliding from his.

Adrain blinks when Tresor grabbed his hand, feeling her warmth on his own hand his face tinged just slightly red for a moment before he let his inhibitions slide and followed her without too much trouble on the incline. Her eyes radiant with energy were amazing to look at, getting distracted for just a second. During the hike, it started to get a bit warm at which point Adrain conjured a misty splash on both of them with his free hand.
When Tresor asked about his job, he thought for a second before replying. "As Headmaster I am to make sure that all elements of magical learning are taken care of. The role of the Arch saved the world at large countless damages from incidents from students unable to control their gifts and we refine technqiue to improve safety and effectiveness for all. We also look to improve the role and perception of magic in the world such as the mana farm project which hopes to make certain that food will be abundant at all times. It is our duty to make sure all who need a hand in life receive that attention they need. While I've never been one to really worship the gods, I've always had to admire Caster's foresight in the world with it, whether you consider magic a gift or not." he says, then when they paused and Tresor got uncertain, he looked at her. Hearing the subject, his lips thinned a little.
"What of it? You are a special person to me...yeah I feel bad about the potion mislabelling and if it still bothers you then let me know how I can make it up to you more." he says, waiting for a response.

Tres felt a refreshing splash of cool mist against her skin, she knew it must have been Adrain's doing, so she looked back to him and smiled. She wiped a bit of the mist off of her face, and continued onward. She looked at Adrain in admiration as he spoke about his role. She really admired him for all his hard work that he did for the arch and in the arch. Though she hadn't visited him often while at work, she knew that his work was being put to good use and that his students must adore him for the work he did. "Magic is a gift, just as teaching is a gift." She smiled sweetly at him "What is a blessing, is to have a good teacher."
She saw Adrain's expression change abruptly, as she mentioned their previous experience. "No... please, you don't have to do anything to make up for what happened..." Tres grabbed hold of his hands again, stopping in her place, trying to reassure him. "What happened, happened... To be honest, although I was in an altered state, some part of me enjoyed it..." she paused, to take a breath. "I just wanted to know... How do you feel about what happened?" her eyes were glassy and wide, not sure about his perspective on the whole situation.
Tres, with Adrain's hand in hers, continued up the mountain after their moment, the sound of the waterfall getting louder and louder as they came closer.

"Well I'm sure a part of you did enjoy it, being all hostile and rope using and all." Adrain says poking a little fun at her expense before he got a little more serious. "How do I feel about what happened...well, it felt nice, it was fun after the awkwardness wore off slightly anyway. It was an intimiate moment with a beautiful woman, but what's more with someone I care about deeply as a person. A person who is radiant, kind, wise, and many other flattering adjectives. Really, to this day I sort of hope the experience at the time could have been had without the influence of the mislabelled potion, but you know..you do matter to me quite a bit." he says as he smiled softly at her and then went quiet to allow her time to process it.
He walked with her enjoying the ambience and her company, only speaking when she did herself once more.
