Sai had been downstairs in her training room when she felt something was off. Turning around she saw no one else she returned only to feeling arms grip her shoulders, using sudden attack she tried to shake off the attacker only to have a bright light overtake her body. Once she felt that she was back on solid ground with the weight off she kept her eyes close for a moment trying focus on the direction the voice was coming from as she listened to what it said. Mentally cursing Ai since she had wanted more so strength to say how she felt not an official date. Pushing those thoughts down she opened her eyes to find that the location this year was the library which was odd in it of itself.
Walking towards the table with the rose she read the note and almost laughed at the thought of telling Alekir everything but given what happened last year she wasn’t going to chance it. Finally looking up at Alekir. “Sorry didn’t expect her to do this,” Sai said honestly before taking a seat wondering how to start this even after talking with Serenity she still felt strange. Deciding it was best to start off small. “It’s Lily” As she said those words she dropped some of her mental shields and relaxed a little.

Alekir had been leaving a tavern, trying to look for bounties when he had been pushed. Alekir hadn't been expecting it at all and what made it more surprising is when he realized he had ended up in the Grand Library. He carefully heard what the voice had said, only now noticing Sai. He gave off a light blush. "O-oh Sai. I guess that person brought you here as well." When Sai spoke Alekir raised and eyebrow "I'm sorry, do you know what is going on here?" Alekir asked. He was extremely confused right now. He had just been engulfed in light and teleported to the Grand Library. But why?

“Not a person a Goddess brought us here. As for what is going on well, it is the Blossom Festival. I asked the Goddess to give me strength to tell you something. This is her way I guess.” Her fingers reached out carefully plucking one of the petals from the rose. She rolled the petal around between her thumb and her index finger. It was like the Goddess had said time was short like the rose in a second thing could change. “You can call me Lily, Alekir.” As she said to name her cheeks took on a pink tint as she reminded herself that this was normal and just her dealing with her first crush.

"Oh right,...the blossom festival. I never really have a person to celebrate with so I never really thought much of it. I guess...it's different now." Alekir said softly to himself. This was so hard to get used to. Alekir walked to the table, but he kept his gaze on Sai. "So.......uh......Lily. What did you want to tell me? I mean it's the blossom festival which really narrows it down but hey, there still is a little mystery." Alekir laughed softly, he definitely sounded uncomfortable. He really wasn't used to this kinda thing. He really was just used to beating people up and dragging the all the way back to where they needed to be turned in. Romance was new for him. Well real romance. He had a couple one night stands but he never had anything like this. Lily was special. She made Alekir feel like he never wanted to leave her side.

“Last year I got paired up with a girl… who is the closest to a real friend.” Sai no Lily said as she thought back to last year how she had tried to leave the date only to be sent into the middle of the ocean in a row boat with Serenity. Thinking back, it was how they relationship had started and now came to the point where she felt comfortable enough to go Serenity for advice. Quickly pushing that memory away and decided to focus on the present. “Well...” Taking a deep breath wondering if she could do this tell Alekir that she might have… that it was possible that she has fallen in love. “I believe… no…” Turning her eyes to the sky she felt her heart beating fast as she tried to settle the butterflies in her stomach as she calms herself.
Turning her eyes to looked into Alekir’s she wondered why it was so hard to say those three little words. She killed people in cold blood, she tortured people and even seduce people to get information only to kill them once they usefulness was gone but this was the most terrifying thing she ever done. Sai no Lily didn’t know what to do if Alekir didn’t even feel the same about her. Deciding the best way to go about was to start simple. “Lily is the name given to me by my birth family. I also think that I might like you.” After saying the words, she felt her heart stop wondering how he was going to respond to confession. “Uh… tell me something about yourself I don’t know.” Lily looked away from him as her cheeks brighten a bit taking on a pink tint.

Alekir nodded softly. This was making sense, well at least as much sense as something like this could make. "Okay.....I get it....I guess." Alekir said, mostly to himself. He was still trying to make sense with the teleportation and a goddess pairing them thing and this was just even more to the pile. Everything went blank though with the confession. He had expected something like this to happen during the blossom festival but for some reason, Lily being the one confessing made it all the more shocking. Alekir took a deep breath as he tried to find the words. "Well I think that Lily as a beautiful name and it fits you perfectly......and uh........geez....this.......well........it should be obvious now but....I really love you. Like I have never fallen for someone as hard as you. I just can't explain it. I've never felt this way about anyone except you."

Lily tried to calm herself and remind herself that in this current moment she wasn’t Sai, that she was just a young woman who has not killed people for a living. She was a young woman in love and was waiting to find out if the male she was interested also returned the same feelings. Another blush appeared on her cheeks, as they brighten up a bit more when Alekir said that it was a beautiful name and fitted her perfectly. Her eyes brighten up hearing that he felt the same she had allowed herself to drop all her training and just be open with no hidden motive. Taking a lock of her hair she started to twirl it around her finger something she wouldn’t normally have done. “So… where do we go from here?”

Alekir had to be completely honest. He had no idea. "I guess just.....normal couple stuff? Like getting to better know each other? I'm not really sure this is my first time too." Alekir scratched the back of his head, embarrassed. This was all so fresh, and something would likely be needed to break the awkward silence. He carefully approached Lily not sure what to do. He carefully leaned in to kiss her. To seal our love Alekir thought in his head as he moved in. Alekir's hard was pounding hard, he had never had a true girlfriend, and none as strong and beautiful as Lily. Though this all felt right in a way.

Lily nodded her head still blushing a bit. She felt a shortness of breath as Alekir came closer, her heart was pounding in her chest that she swore that it was going to be burst from her body. Her eyes closed as felt his lips against her it was electric. Her hands by pure instinct alone reached up and wrapped around Alekir as she pulled him closer deepening the kiss. All thoughts left her mind in that single moment all that mattered that for once she was doing something that was normal. Not even the thought of what would happen in the future or how they would make it work given that there might be times where they wouldn’t be able to see each other for weeks maybe even months on end.
As much as Lily would have wanted that moment to last forever she slowly broke the kiss. Her eyes fluttered open slowly and if Alekir was to look closely he would notice that her eyes seem brighter and reflected all her emotions at that moment. Her happiness, her love and even hope. Still feeling a bit flushed she blinked a few times. “Um… so Adkir… what’s your favourite colour?”

When there lips touch, the rest of Alekir's body froze like at statue, only moving when Sai wrapped her arms around him. For once he was finally doing something normal people got on to do. He finally got to spend time with a significant other, he could be human for a change. Not a ruthless bounty hunter, but a real person, someone who cares more about the pay and hunt. When Sai slowly broke the kiss, Alekir opened his eyes and immediatly noticed the flood of emotion in Lily's eyes. He had never seen that before. That was a good sign. Alekir smiled and thought about the question she posed him for a moment. "Blue. It's everywhere, it's relaxing, and it is just nice to look at. What is yours?" Alekir was actually interested to see what answer she would give him. Lily seemed completely different than Sai, so the answer was a mystery to him.

Lily smiled and had to agree that blue did suit Alekir though when the question was turned on her she needed a few moments to respond. As Sai, it would have been easy when she was all business her favourite colour was red it was trained into her that red was the only coloured she needed to like. Though as Lily she didn’t know right away what colour was her favourite it was something she never had to think about before. Her eyes close as she thought about all the colours and the one that she felt more of an appeal towards. “Green… it’s since it normally means rebirth and new beginnings.” She finally said as she opened her eyes. “Kind of like us right now.” Smilingly warmly at Alekir.

Alekir smiled when she said green. Green was a nice color to be sure. "Yes, just like us. Oh yes I almost forgot to ask you. How are your children doing? I would still love to meet them one day." Alekir could only imagine Lily's 'children'. Alekir didn't really see Lily as motherly, well at least until he met the person behind Sai. "I bet they are all lovely." Alekir chuckled a little, a warm happy smile in his face and showing in his eyes. He honestly loved children, they were innocent and sweet. Well at least most of them were.

“The children are doing well, though some do are becoming a handful with them being older,” Lily said honestly as she sighed a bit. It wasn’t bad completely when they decided to help out around the orphanage but with them reaching the age where they can work it was hard for her to handle them while trying to find work for those that weren’t the greatest fighters. With Zyphire it would be easier if they wanted to go down the healing route but till finding them jobs was hard either way. “They are all lovely when they not causing me a headache. Would you like to stop by and meet them tomorrow if you’re not busy?”

"Well that's normal for children is it not" Alekir laughed as he thought of it. "Let me think....yea I should be free. I'll make sure I'm there." Alekir swore partly to himself. Now that Lily was officially his.......girlfriend..he didn't want to disappoint her. Even when she was just a close friend Alekir didn't want to dissapoint her but now that she was his partner, it only strengthened that want. "Is there anything I might want to know before I drop by your place? I don't want to come in unprepared." Alekir grinned.
