Date: 15th of Sato Time: Early Morning Tag: Sai Its been two weeks since Zyphire and Sai’s first meeting, along with the beginning of her trial period working as a physician for the orphanage. During that time Zyphire also had ventured to the forever forest and the surrounding area with the kids. Learning about the various plants and herbs that were at her disposal she was happy to see that the area had a fairly large variety of material that she knew as well as some that she did not. Zyphire was in the infirmary with a few leaves and flasks scattered around the area as she was writing down some notes on ideas of what she could mix together and wonder what effects it would have. After finishing writing down her notes as she closed the book before standing up to stretch. During her stretching she noticed the door open, as someone slowly appeared in her vision. “Hello Sai, how can I help you?”

Sai had been watching Zyphire during the two weeks of her trial, the children got along with her and even mention that she took them out into the forever forest to help her look for herbs. If Sai was going to honest she wasn’t expecting Zyphire to do that but she was grateful since the children learned a lot more about different types of plans and where to find them given the current season. Walking towards the infirmary Sai walked in knowing that Zyphire was going to be there given the current time of day.
“Good Morning Zyphire.” Standing by the door for a moment she looked around noticing that the room was well kept. “It’s been two weeks.” Slowly closing the room until she was across from the blue haired female, she looked out the window watching the sun paint the backyard in different shades of reds and pinks.

“It has, hasn’t it? I didn’t expect it to go by this fast” Zyphire said as she sat back down on the chair looking at her current employer, “ So tell me Sai what’s the result then.” Zyphire asked as she had one hand on her notebook. Looking at the area she smiled since she did in fact enjoy the stay here, if she had to leave she would miss the place but she wouldn’t hate Sai. Wondering what Sai’s answer would be she patiently sat on the chair waiting for her to speak.

Nodding her at the confirmation that it’s been two weeks already, lending against the window frame. “The kids like you. You worked hard from what I saw.” Turning she started to head towards the door. “I have to show you something.” Those were the final words she said before heading back to the hallway praying that Zyphire would follow her as she headed down the hall to her own bedroom. Walking to the bookshelf she moved some books aside and turned a knob causing the bookshelf to swing open she then gestured for Zyphire to enter she closed the door behind them and heading down the stairs until they were in her underground training area that also had a small bedroom set up down here since she sometimes slept after training.
“The job is yours if you still want it,” Sai said as she walked to the table and pulled out one of the chairs taking a seat. This was going to be hard if Zyphire still didn’t want the job after knowing the truth then she would have to silent her one way another she did hope it didn’t come to that since the kids did like her.

“Thats good to hear, the kids are fun to be around as well” Zyphire said before hearing Sai said to follow her, when she went to her room and saw the bookshelf open she looked at Sai for a second before following her and seeing a spacious area which seemed to be like a area for training or some sort. “ by the size of it, it seems like a training area of some sort,” Seeing a few areas like this in her old village she was not as shocked as she would had been.
“I hmm if were being honest, I would love to keep working here still but I need to ask. Why do you need a room like this, they're just kids you know Sai. Do you really want them to have such a profession?” Zyphire though didn’t know exactly what Sai worked as, the dagger and her demeanor when they met gave a fair amount of it away for her to understand the general line of work. “The Dagger and your demeanor gave it away the first time we met if you wondered.”

Sai nodded her head when she mentioned that it was a training room of some sorts. The room hadn’t been used much by the children in the orphanage since Zyphire been there. Most the time during those two weeks Sai had been down in the room training once everyone was sleeping since she had it all to herself minus her children who knew how to get into the room.
Nodding her head once again when she said that she would love to keep working there even knowing what she does now. “That is good. I don’t get all the kids into this profession only a few with skills.” She placed her feet up on the table crossing them as she looked at Zyphire. “Then you understand that this place also serves as a cover for my second job.”

“thats good, though i wonder if the kids you were training would be able to keep it from the others.“ Zyphire looked at Sai for a bit “Yeah this place is a good cover though it may put some danger to the kids.“ Looking around the place while slowly moving she looked at Sai “Well what plans did you have for this place? Can you provide for all these kids with what you do? It seems difficult.” She said with a hint of sadness feeling bad for the kids thinking if anything was to happen to Sai.

“The ones I train personally after a few months they go live with my father for him to finish up their training.” She saw the concern that Zyphire showed for the children if someone dangerous came to the orphanage looking for her. “I know that it’s why only a few selected people know how to contract me for business so the safety of the children is nothing to worry about.” Sai heard what Zyphire said and knew that she was worried about what might happen if she was to die while being away for a job. “I can provide for them plus in the case that something was a happen to me. I want you to take care of this place and the kids if you can’t then wait for someone to some with a white lily and let the know they will send someone.”

“Seems like you somewhat got it planned out then Sai” Zyphire said as she heard everything Sai said. “Well its good that not many people can really contact you, and that the kids would be out of harm's way for the most part” Zyphire looked up for a bit while thinking about something before voicing it “I’d be glad to take care of the children if anything happened to you but I’m not you. Nor would i prefer that happening. Though I can’t really fight that much, if you give it some time for me to start gathering and having a fair amount of herbs to make potions, we can make a small part of the orphanage to a apothecary of sorts, funds would be simpler that way and I could teach any of the kids that's interested to make a fairly safe and honest living if they’re not suitable for combat. Even though that’ll probably take some time before it really happens” Zyphire took a couple deep breathes after voicing her opinion to Sai hoping she’d take what Zyphire offered well.

Sai nodded her head when Zyphire said she seemed to have things planned, though she did some leave some detail out. That the cook and the one other staff are children that she helped raised herself from when finding them when she was 15 and more of less asked her father to help her raise them while going about her normal training. It took some convincing but she was able to get him to agree of course since them her kids knew what her family did for a living and didn’t care since she took them in when no one else could. They are the only people that she felt she could trust with her life and, they been there for her when she came back hurt from training or a job.
“That is okay I don’t expect you to fight. I wouldn’t mind if you wanted to make a small part of the orphanage into an apothecary. I am sure some of the children wouldn’t mind learning how to make potions.” She said honestly, as she tilt her head back pushing the chair onto it’s two back legs while thinking for a moment. “So even knowing this you are fine with doing the job, knowing that it might be double work knowing you will have to bandage some children when they get hurt from training.”

“As long as I can still gather herbs teaching them wouldn’t be too difficult.” Zyphire said. She pulled a chair up and sat down “It wouldn’t really be double the work Sai, in my village i was accustomed to doing this. We’d have a lot of injured people on a daily basis.” As she said that she remembered her past of when she was still working with her teacher. “ I’ll see if it’ll be possible to grow some of the more common herbs in the garden but I may need your help with some of the herbs since they’re in fairly dangerous locations Sai. I hope that's fine with you”

Sai nodded her head since she didn’t see anything wrong in her needing to collect herbs. Though she was a bit surprised when she said that she wouldn’t be doing double work since she used to the workload. It did make her curious on what village she was had worked in before but she wasn’t going to ask questions. “That is fine with me. The forest has become quite more dangerous. Just let me know when you wish to go out into the forest.” She returned the chair to its proper seating position and took her feet off the table. “Anything you wish to talk to me about before we leave here?” She asked since they should be heading upstairs to start they day off properly.

"thanks Sai, and nope nothing much as of right now. Since I'm allowed to stay I'll probably work on the garden so it'll be possible to gather at the least some basic herbs in the area" Zyphire said as she stood up as well "And thanks for the offer Sai, if I ever have to go deep in the forest I'll probably ask for some of your time when your not too busy." Zyphire would then follow Sai back upstairs before continuing on her day taking care of the kids and looking around the area for any specific herbs that she would need grown in the garden.
