He looked over at Ruby and saw that she had adjusted a bit easier. Then the majority of the other people he had greeted into this world.

"Eh your doing well miss and it looks like from the looks of things a good adventurer. I take it from your height that your a halfling? Since your overall build is not of a child. I am sure you could easily join a adventurers guild or a group. Oh yeah, please be careful as not to mention Gallows Bane to others. If this place gets found out by the King of Nova or one of the other neibouring nations. This place could be raized to the ground or worse. This is the only place where people like yourselves appear. No where else in the world. This also brings up another point be weary of others if you tell them that your not from this world" Kail said trying to inform the both of them of the world. Since it was his job to make sure that they were ready for the world outside of Gallows Bane.

Ruby nodded. She *was* a halfling. "My world, I was part of an adventuring group. I wouldn't hate getting back into it. It's always fun, in a possibly fatal sort of way." She turns towards Isen, "Would you be interested in exploring this world?" She turns back towards the man, "Aside from just kind of setting off, how would one find other members? And where is there to explore? OOOOOOhhhhh! Is there a generally unused tunnel system under the city that is swarming with large rats that needs to be cleaned up?"

Ruby stood up on her chair and waved over the nearest barmaid. With one foot placed on the table and resting her arm on her knee, Ruby ordered herself a plate of whatever meat-based meal they have for her and Isen, then looked to Kail and asked what he'd want before she sat back down.

Ísenwulfa shook her head at Kail, eyes still a little wild with disbelief. He had no concept of honour! How could she swear to a new lord with the intention of eventually betraying, perhaps even seeking to betray him? Because that's what she saw the scenario as. If she swore to serve Noru, she would have to choose whether to abandon her mistress or break her oath to the king. She didn't say any of this, though.

"No. I will find some other form of work."

Her voice was back to its usual flat monotone and her face resumed its emotionless mask. She would give nothing more away.

The comversation then turned to Ruby, and Ísenwulfa was surprised to find that the child was not, in fact, a child and seemed to delight in the idea of going into danger. Ísenwulfa turned her emotionless face to study Rubh and realised, with thr benefit of hindsight, that Ruby was indeed an adult of her species. A halfling, was it? She had never heard of such a being, but part of her wondered if Ruby really might be some sort of supernatural being as she had first assumed.

When Ruby asked if she would like to explore the world, Ísenwulfa tilted her head to one side, obviously thinking, having found that exaggerated body language helped to make up for her deficiencies. If Ruby was some supernatural being, then it would be unwise to turn her suggestion down. On the other hand, if Ruby was just an ordinary mortal being, did she want to let Ruby go off on her own into danger? The tiny woman seemed to delight in actively seeking at danger to an extent that even Ísenwulfa thought her rash. She found that she very nearly liked Ruby, and felt protective of her even now that it was obvious she wasn't a child.

After a wait of about ten seconds, Ísenwulfa made up her minded and nodded sharply, though she remained otherwise blank.

"That would be acceptable to me."

Ísenwulfa's decision to accompany Ruby into the world seemed to be immediately accepted, because when Ruby ordered food she did so for both herself and Ísenwulfa, who didn't mind in the slightest. She didn't know what food was available here, and it was one less conversation she needed to have.

While they were waiting for their food, Ísenwulfa turned to Kail again and said, "Why would the king destroyed this place of a god?"
