Problems with a new world [Tag: Selky/Open]

[Selkiris]

Selkiris found Nyx extremely adorable all curled up in bed. She was like a small child, which made much sense with the way she was acting. Selkiris was....extremely surprised that his little story was actually the story of her parents. But the thing that made him wide eyed was what she said after that, "I found my prince of darkness too.". That couldn't mean...no that was just impossible. Nyx had feelings for Selkiris just like he had for her. He watched her drift to sleep, he smiled and did something he would have never done if she was awake. He had kissed her, just a quick brush over her lips before he went back to doing his duties. While she slept Selkiris would prepare a warm stew for her to eat later and he would dry off her clothes for later.

[Nyx]

Tossing and turning a bit in her sleep, that she even kicked the blanket off of her body feeling too hot. As she slept the fever got a bit worse as sweat start to form on her skin. Small mumblings could be heard from Nyx as mana encase her body for a moment before leaving her in her basic magical girl transformation. She now laid on the bed with a one piece blue and white revealing swimsuit armor, with guards on her arms and legs a pair of white socks were on her feel. On her back were a pair of white turning gold angel wings as she rolled over onto her stomach as the wings flapped a bit before resting on her back peacefully. More mumbles can be heard as tears started to fall from her body using magic without a conductor, then transformation only lasted a few moments before the mana receded back into her body. If Selkiris was to check he would notice that her fever when down a bit putting her out of the danger zone but have not completely broken.

[Selkiris]

Selkiris heard the mumbling as he was cooking. Just to make sure she was okay he turned back to check on her, what he saw was her magical girl form in full force. Selkiris stared at it for just a moment and felt something warm dripple down his nose. He felt it and looked at his hand, it was blood. He just had a nose bleed by just looking at Nyx. He wiped up the blood and went to feel Nyx's forehead. As the form dissipated her fever seemed to go down which was good for him. He sighed with relief and ran a hand down her beautiful white locks. Why did she have to be so damn adorable as she slept.

[Nyx]

Nyx continued to sleep for another two hours before slowly waking up. First stretching before opening her eyes slowly, for the most part she was feeling a bit better. Her body felt weak and her head felt like it was spinning even as she stretched. She didn’t remember anything beyond when she was sitting on the small beach area, looking around she realized that she wasn’t at the beach and second she was not wearing any clothes even though her body was warm. Seeing the discarded blanket she quickly covered herself as she tried to work pass the dizziness and headache.



Looking up her eyes landed on Selkiris, as she wondered how she came to be and also why she was naked in a tent with him. Not that she minded or anything she did have feelings for him and as much as she might tease him sometimes but she wasn’t ready just yet to take that step with him. “Selky…” Her voice weak as she tried to move only to realize that her body was weak as well, falling back onto the bed since her body used up all it’s energy stretching and grabbing the blanket.
Rolling to the side as she fell into a coughing fit, realizing for the first time that she most likely had caught and cold. 

[Selkiris]

When Selkiris head Nyx call to him he quickly rushed towards her side. She had been unresponsive for a while and this was the first thing she had said that had actually made sense in a long time. Selkiris spoke to Nyx softly just in case she got a headache from her fever. "Shhhh, shhh it okay. Im here just lay down and rest. You've been suffering from a fever for hours now. I've just been taking care of you that's all. Just rest okay." Selkiris smiled very softly. Selkiris rushed towards his campfire and brought back a bowl of soup for her. "Are you hungry Nyx? I made some meat stew to hopefully make you feel a little better.

[Nyx]

Nyx only nodded her head, making it worst as she shut her eyes tight trying to get rid of the pain. So she was sick or still is and Selky been taking care of her, she wasn’t expecting that but was happy that he could take the time to care for her in her moment of weakness. The thought of food reminded her that the last time she ate was back at the Arch and that the day before. “Food sounds good. But…” A light blush dusted her cheeks, “Can you help me sit up? Also… do you know what happened to my clothes?”

[Selkiris]

Selkiris nodded and set the bowl down on the little table next to her. "O-Oh right your uh.....clothes. One second let me get them." Selkiris got up and walked off, returning with a neatly folded set of clothes for Nyx. "You were lying there in drenched clothes so I had to take....them off. So you wouldn't get a worse fever. I swear I didn't do anything else I just needed to dry them off. Here you g-Ah. Ah. ACHOO! *sniff* Sorry....I think i may have also gotten sick from this...geez I suck at this." Selkiris handed her clothes to her, only to sneeze once again. He was surely sick from all of this.

[Nyx]

Slowly taking her clothes she placed them next to her since she didn’t want to waste too much of her strength trying to redress. “Thank you.” Hearing his explanation she could only agree since any movement of her head even the slightly caused a headache. She was about to lift the spoon and try some of the stew when she heard him sneeze, looking up from the food she moved a bit and reached out placing the back of her hand on his forehead. “Did I give you my cold Selky?”



Lifting up the blanket a bit inviting him to join her under the blanket. “I’ll take care of you but first food.” She said once he joined her under the blanket. Carefully she moving the table so that it was resting over her lap, she dipped the spoon into the stew carefully blowing on it before offering it to Selkiris. “Say Ahh.”

[Selkiris]

Selkiris didn't know what to say. He was supposed to be taking care of her but here she was trying to care for him. That was just so typical of her. Selkiris sighed and joined her under the blankets, trying to forget that she was naked under there. "That stew is supposed to be for you Nyx I made is specifically for you to get b-you know what Im sure there it no arguing with you. I might as well just give in now. Ahh" Selkiris opened wide for her. Was this childish? Quite. But it didn't seemed like she cared. " You know you said some weird things when you were sleeping Nyx. You seemed to be delusional, calling me Oto-san and asking for horsey rides and uh saying some......other things." Selkiris gave a deep blush as he thought back to that. "You also somehow had a uh...quite revealing suit on for some time before it just dissapeared."

[Nyx]

“I know you made it for me but you are sick now because of me. You are also right.” Nyx turned away from him as she went into another coughing fit. Placing the spoon in his mouth and making sure that he ate. As much as she was hungry herself and she could feel her stomach demanding the food that was infront of her she couldn’t help but make sure that Selky had eaten first. She would continue to feed him until half of the stew was gone before eating any herself.



At that moment she was thankful that she still had a fever or she cheeks would be red right at that moment. “My Oto-san normally took care of me when I am sick. I guess I my mind made me see that. Well…. Um…. what other things did I say?” She slowly ate not wanting to choke on any of the food if he said something else that was too shocking. “You mean my simple transformation?”

[Selkiris]

Selkiris chuckled a bit "Well uh....you uh.....said you found your own prince of darkness. I winged a story and apparently nailed it on the head. That's how you responded......" Selkiris thought back to that for a moment before thinking back to her transformation. That was a simple one?! He almosted wanted to see her complex one now. As he thought of the transformation again he felt something warm run down his mouth again. Another nosebleed. "Oh abyss not again." Selkiris wiped up the blood that poured from his nose, making sure the bleeding stopped again.

[Nyx]

Nyx looked away from him when he mention that she found her prince of darkness. Though looking at him from the corner of her eye she guessed that she asked him for the story of how her parents met, though she wondered how he felt about it knowing that she was destined to fall inlove with her enemy. Though she did wonder also how he felt knowing that even if he doesn’t feel the same right now that he was destined to be her husband based on everything at the moment. Upon seeing the nose bleed she giggled a bit wondering what he could be thinking about. “You know if you want I could show you another transformation when I’m not sick if you want?”

[Selkiris]

Selkiris sighed. "I uh....I don't think my nose could take that Nyx." Selkiris yawned and cuddled next to Nyx, holding onto her tightly. He was extremely tired and Nyx was kinda just like a big squishy pillow right now. "Im sorry Nyx...I am just really tired and you are just so warm. I can let go if you want." Selkiris looked at Nyx, staring into her ocean blue eyes. They were just extremely beautiful he couldn't take his eyes off of them. His cheeks took a bright red hue as he looked away shyly. All of this was just too much for him. He had never planned to fall in love with her. In fact she was one of the last he would have foreseen to fall in love with.

[Nyx]

“My other one covers a bit more skin compared my basic one.” Lifting the table placing it next to her. Wrapping her arm around Selky as she laid down pulling him with her. Nyx looked into his eyes those stormy blue eyes, normally he was wearing his robes but during those few like this one she couldn’t help but get lost in his eyes. Resting her head on his as she adjusted Selkiris so that he was a bit more comfortable before she returned to the lands of dream. “Mine.”

[Selkiris]

Selkiris chuckled as she said mine. Selkiris spoke softly "Oh I am your now hm? Well.....I guess that isn't completely bad." Selkiris smirked and slowly drifted off to sleep. In his dream he saw two people, all happy and cuddly. They seemed to be surrounded by kids, about five or six. As the dream progressed the faces of the couple became more and more clear. They were a slightly older Nyx and Selkiris. In both of their arms seemed to be two babies, both quiet and happily nuzzling their parent while the other kids played. As Selkiris watched this unfold he could only feel...happy. A life where chaos was not a part of it. A life with Nyx, a life where he could actually be happy and show it.
