"I have no idea if there is but it would kind of go against general ethics to flirt with someone who controls your grade...and or whether you graduate or not." she said a little more while sighing wondering how to get Arthas to view her differently then just a student. "This sucks." she added after taking a big swig of her wine. "I've been trying to distract myself with doing other things but that doesn't seem to be working." she said looking back to her study and thinking of her blueprints and laying her head on the couch a bit.
she lays on the couch "Even if I wanted to focus on what i was drawing I cant cause them my mind just slips away from my focused state and roams back to him.." she said thinking about her blue prints for weapons. Even if she wanted to she was not that good a smithing. she remembers the weapons she would design from home were usually created by the royal blacksmith who rather enjoyed creating her devices. "Hey Faye what kind of magic is it that you use?" she asked wondering if there was something she could create for Faye that was in the realm of possibility of aqua's talents.

Faye wanted to comfort Aqua as much as she could. She didn't like seeing her new-found friend sad. "Hey, I bet I could tell you something that would cheer you up. Something I forgot to mention that happened earlier today during Shy and I's date." Faye gave Aqua a shy smile, hoping to see her face light up. "Adrain showed up while Shy and I were on our date this evening. Iris was there too. She threatened to put me over her shoulder." Faye giggled softly before continuing. "How Adrain knew where to find me was beyond me, but it was a very awkward situation to be in."
Faye arched an eyebrow at the mention of drawings. "What were you drawing? Can I see?" After Aqua would decided whether or not to show her the drawings, Faye would take another nibble from her amber-gum and another long sip of wine. She was then caught off guard when Aqua asked her about her magic. A huge smile formed on her face. "Butterfly magic." Faye giggled, being mysterious about it. She didn't think that anyone else had powers like hers. She hadn't used her powers since she left home, that she could remember anyways.

Aqua listened intently to Faye's story hiding her frown. But then suddenly she laughed a bit "Oh boy..I bet he was upset huh?" She said mimicking Adrain's serious face even though she knew most likely behind that face he was a friendly man who cared deeply for others.
She decided to lay the thoughts about Arthas to rest, it wouldnt help her to think about it now. As the conversation of Aqua's drawings came up she got a bit shy "Well im just designing some things for people I've met.." she said. As she said that Aqua went into her study and unlocked the door she pulled out the Blueprints she drew up. She handed them to Faye for her to observe, The first seemed to look like a rotating chamber that would attach to the surface of a jacket or outfit. "That's a rotating chamber that leaves space for several gems and allows people to channel elements they normally could not.." She said then handing the next one.
The next one was a design for a staff for aqua to use that she wanted to make. "Well this one is for me..Professor Melda wanted me to try and use a medium besides singing to manipulate water so i was wondering if a staff would work." she added still trying to come up with ideas to make that versatile.
"Maybe i can come up with something for you?" she added noting that her answer was butterfly magic "So you can command butterflies? That is rather unique.. ive never seen anything like that" She added saying how rare a branch of magic like that must have been wondering how exactly faye does it.

Faye giggled. "He was pretty mad. He wouldn't even let me finish my food." She huffed jokingly. Faye thought back to the night and smiled. She missed Shy, a lot more than she should for only knowing her for a few days. She wondered if Shy felt the same way or if she was thinking about her right now. Aqua tried to mimic Adrain's face, surprisingly nailing it with her feminine features versus his very masculine ones. "Wow. You look just like him." Faye was laughing hard now, wiping tears from her face from the laughter.
As Aqua went to get the drawings, Faye got up to get some water. She had training in the morning and should probably slow down with the alcohol. She sat back down on the couch with her water and grabbed the blueprints that Aqua was handing her with her opposite hand. "Wow. You're really talented. This is awesome." Faye had a big smile on her face. She would have never thought of something like that. "I wish I was as creative as you. I can't even draw a straight line. Enough about the drawing itself though, Aqua you could open a shop and sell stuff like this. Call it Aqua's Thingamabobs! I could even work in the store with you!" Faye's excitement only grew. She was serious. She couldn't help with the creative aspect, but she could help in the distribution.
Faye then looked at the blueprints for the staff. She was intrigued. Could something like this be made for her abilities? She didn't know. All she knew was that Aqua was a smart girl and next to her, Faye was nothing more than a princess who couldn't defend herself if she had to. She thought back to when she told Shy that she wouldn't let Galahad hurt her. Of course, she meant it. She would do what she could, but if it came to a battle, Faye would fall. At that moment, Faye decided that she would learn to fight. She would become strong for Shy, the woman she loved.
Could it be love? She just thought it and there was no argument when the thought popped into her mind. Faye decided not to think about it and focused her attention back onto Aqua. "Hm..?" Faye drifted back to her surroundings, silencing her brain for at least tonight. "Oh, I don't know. I don't use my magic much. It's really only an escape mechanism." Faye sighed. It was a defense for herself. She couldn't protect anyone else. Faye felt selfish at that moment. Had she only thought of herself when she ran away from home? She hated to admit it but she began to miss her father. He wasn't really a big part of her life, but he was all that she had. No! She shrugged the thought out of her head. She had Aqua. And Shy! If she had never run away, she would have never found love. Faye caught enough of Aqua's question to be able to answer it without Aqua thinking that she wasn't listening. "I can use a single butterfly as my own eyes and ears and I can form a wall of butterflies big enough that an attacker would not be able to see which way I ran."

Aqua sat intrigued While listening to faye "Hmm this will be tricky.." she said admitting that it would prove rather difficult but not afraid to back down from the challenge. "Well if you find there's a need for me to make you a weapon or some knick knack let me know, I need some practice to learn better." she told Faye.
"So illusion magic huh? I guess we're kinda similar in that sense." she said "I can manipulate light to create images and make a copy of myself." she said. Aqua then held her hand out to the side and her magic circle of light appeared in her palm. She pushed the circle out and it landed on an open space on the floor and began to project an image of aqua sitting in a chair reading a book. "I can also move light and draw it into a small orb and create darkness as well." she told Faye from what she remembers she can do. At that point aqua waited for faye to continue the conversation cause she was kind of lost on what to say, was this typical for friends? aqua wouldnt really know.
She wondered for a few moments if faye would be heading to morgg as well but doubted if she was.

"Honestly, I've never needed anything like that to use my powers. But, hey, if it makes me stronger, I wouldn't say no." Faye thought back to a time in her garden back home. She used her abilities to get a bird's eye view of the garden. Faye hadn't used her powers while in Nova (that she can remember). She was sure Adrain would want to see her abilities to see what she could do and she wondered if she should practice before morning.
Faye yawned. It was late and Adrain expected her early in the morning. "That's really cool. It's almost like we were meant to be friends." She smiled lazily. "Well, I've been having a great time talking with you, but I need to get to sleep. Adrain expects me in the morning and I probably shouldn't be tired when I get there. Sleep well, Aqua." Faye got up and pulled her robe tightly around her body and began to exit the room.

After Faye said she needed to go and sleep so she could be ready for the training tomorrow. "Well ok thats fine im probably going to stay up a bit longer and get these designs right. Good luck tomorrow faye" she added with a smile on her face, once faye left the room aqua locked the door and went back to drawing until she fell asleep on the table with her Quill in hand.
