The mountain rumbled and quaked; the signs of volcanic activity was becoming apparent to those outside of Morgg Castle. 300 yards back 500 of both Nova and Palico's army stand ready with sword and bow. The Novaian military dragging eight trebuchet's on large wooden wheels through the forest out to the location. The ground forces of Nova's and Palico's army dealt with the remaining zombies and were instructed to look for any survivors of the first wave of brave men and women that were sent to Morgg.

The soldier's manning the Trebuchets loaded heavy rocks and stone into the sling, readying the siege upon the place of the dead. Fear obviously in the minds and hearts of those who stared up at the black castle. To destroy such a place? Was the Novaian Regent mad or insane? The soldiers pondered, curious if any of the first wave had any survivors at all at this point. One soldier reported finding a dead woman towards one of the side entrances. Her back showing signs of three large open wounds, perhaps something ripped or pulled from her? The soldiers reported, carrying the dead away from the area. Not wanting to take any risk of further reanimation in case the area was being manipulated by magic.

With the Trebuchets finally loaded with large heavy stone, The Novaian army carried out their orders. The slings tossing large heavy stone into the air towards the castle, smashing into the black soot colored building.

Inside Morgg the structure of the castle would begin to thrum with vibration. Helena's minions becoming frighten by the sudden change within the castle as the walls begin to scream out in pain and terror. The constant shrills of " Something's happening to the castle!", " The castle is coming down!" would echo throughout all the rooms. Vibrating the doors and any windows that remained intact. Bits and pieces of the interior would begin to crumble off the foundation. Sending the remaining of Helena's minions to flee to safety or try and survive the falling rubble that came down from the second floor of the castle.

Then suddenly ALL GROUPS (IN MAIN QUEST) would fill the castle shake an rumble with the sound of the deyu. Helena that had appeared before all groups would stop in her place, her expression stunned at what she was heard. The deyu...The deyu was laughing? There was no mistake in the below cackles of a beast laughing.

“ 1. I amiuae voscrems aeui vuvvask ksrissra!” The deyu bellowed with laughter causing the ground to trimble.

Helena growling at the sudden conditions of what was happening. THIS WAS not part of the plan! Damn the gods! Damn the fated mortals! They did this to her! They made her be this way! She thought, her brain feeling like wasps were stinging it repeatedly. The desire was there, the intent to kill to finish this all! Her soulless black eyes reflecting the remaining ‘mortals’ that opposed her.

This was not how this was suppose to happen…. She cursed in her mind once more. The soot from the debris some what settling, allowing her to see her surroundings a bit more. The sounds of screams from the walls and crumbling could be heard getting louder and more chaotic. She was beginning to see her other clones through several fallen down walls, her plan exposed as a failure. If she remained here, then she would surely die… If she were to die, then all would be for nothing anyway. She would then be a prisoner… again… The desire to live over powering her own intent to kill the mortals before her. With a hiss All the helena’s would turn to try and flee. The castle showing signs of more instability. If the groups do not find cover soon the castle could possibly collapse.

Her bellowing laughter causing the trebuchets to shake and and the armies outside to become fearful of what was going to happen next. While archers and mages kept the undead from approaching the siege weaponry.

The castle was beginning to fall…

As aqua was supporting her group in the air with her water magic, she saw the castle walls and soot flying around and knew trouble was afoot. "Uhhhh I dont think this is normal!" she called out to her group "What do we do?!" wondering if they would even make it outside before the castle fell. "Guys!" she called out while flying next to them, barely dodging a rock that fell from the ceiling. She kept her wings out so that she could still retain control of some water. She wondered what they're cover could possibly be and decide to use her wings to form some kind of poor shield against the falling debris.

Kail was standing still as things were coming down around them as he was in a bit of minor shock. As he saw Helena in one room and then another one running away. Rage and fury were begining to surge through him, was this all for naught? No this was not going to end like this nor was she going to get scott free from this. Even if he got wounded badly at this point. Kail did not really care at this point. "Your not getting away, with everything you have done. YOUR NOT GOING TO GET AWAY FROM THIS FREELY HELENA. ACELLERATOR" roared the blond as he used a spell he had created from the siege of Nova. As arcs of lightning went over his body. His eyes were now white as the spell took effect and then the blond moved like a flash. Kail was going to make sure that she was not going to get away from this unscathed and he did not care if he was badly wounded. He was going to try and give her a black eye or at least a punch to the gut. As the blond kept running and slashing some debris away with his lightning blade. Even though he was getting some of the big pieces away the smaller stuff was slashing into him. As one had slashed his forehead above his right eyebrow. The cut was bleeding and the blood was getting to his right eye.

The blond was blocking out the pain he was feeling as a rush was going through his body. All of this time he had been planing and training for a moment like this. Was it all for naught? Was he still considered weak? The struggles he had went through, all he wanted to see his bench mark! Had he improved again in this amount of time since the siege of Nova? As things were crumbling down again another peice of debris dropped on his left shoulder grazing him but it was a painful hit and nearly caused him to stumble. But kept running the direction that Helena had been running at. As he did though one of her minions was running away with something. While getting closer it was a black wing and Kail knew what it was though, it was the other wing that he had cut off from Helena. But why was it here of all places! What had happened to the mage that had that wing! Things were getting worse as things were getting worse and worse as more things were falling down. Sheathing his sword he then switches to the Knife of Fate. He stabs the minion between the ribs several times and grabs the wing. Then heads back to his group with the same amount of speed taking a few more hits on his back.

When Kail returned to his friends he was beaten up and bloody "Sorry.......I lost it.....get over to me now" he said and then deactivated his accelerator spell. As he got closer to them he raised his free hand above his head and used his Force of Will spell and created a gravity field and causing the debris to slide off of the dome.

[Selkiris]

Selkiris watched as the clone of Helena ran away from the fight. The ground shook and he realized that the castle likely wasn't going to stay standing for very long. Most of him screamed to run but there was part of him nagging to end Helena. In a beast like voice Selkiris spoke "Weak. Coward. Rather flee than die in battle. I will kill you soon Helena." Selkiris's abysmal form seemed to pause for a moment before suddenly moving extremely quickly to a spot three feet ahead. The creature started to sprint out of the castle with amazing speed. It wasn't going to die for no reason, if Helena wanted to be a coward and run, he wouldn't stand around to wait and be crushed either.

[Sareth Edara]

As the castle started to really fall apart other visages of the Goddess before them were able to be seen along with the other groups that had come here to try and handle this situation. While running away was a perfectly viable option he couldn't do that, too much was at stake for the entire known world for him to retreat. Instead he moved himself over to Sai in order to help protect her from some of the falling debris since his hybrid form would allow him to move most of the rubble aside.

While he would have loved to have continued the confrontation with the Goddess before him the castle coming down around them forced him to back off. Using his runic enhancements he was dodging debris as best he could and hoping the others would be fine since he really couldn't do much to help them right now.

[Nyx]

The moment that the castle had started to shake it made Nyx lose her footing and the blade of Helena’s arm grazed the her face leaving a trail of blood on her cheek. Ignoring the pain she looked around for the rest of her team she saw that Lucifina was still in the air, she took note that Selky just took off fleeing away once Helena had ran leaving her. Then her eyes landing on Esme running to the woman she spread her wings as she yelled at Lucifina. “Grab her other arm and let’s fly out of here if you can clear a path.” Grabbing a hold of Emse with her left she waited for Lucifina to grab hold of Emse. Holding her staff tight in her right hand as made sure that she held onto Emse and flew at the same pace as Lucifina not wanting to pull on her arm and dislodge her shoulder.



Flying straight up as Lucifina cleared a path for them once out her eyes would look over the first time getting a clear view of castle from a bird's eye view but also some of the other people that were on the quest. She saw the familiar of blonde hair, another person running off that looked like Arthas and last she saw the blue hair of Aqua. If the situation wasn’t what it was Nyx would have flown over there and grabbed the damn girl, shake her then send her back home. Since the girl had come to Nova she has caused mostly trouble for her between the issue upon her fated over, to what Adrain told her about her connection to her own world and now she gone off to Morgg without letting her know. The person who paycheck is being cut to pay for her damn education at the Arch making a note that once she got back she would ask Adrain how Aqua was doing since she was investing the woman’s future.



Pushing the issue of Aqua behind her she looked at the castle her eyes looking to where Helena might have escaped toward.

[Sai]

Sai sheathed her sword, her eyes looked towards Alekir she didn't have to say anything her eyes was for the first time expressed everything that he needs to be safe and take cover. She had wanted to run after Helena but knew that she couldn't risk it with building coming down around them, as she moved towards Sareth she allowed her bones to start crack and break and reform until she back to her child size formed the smaller she was the less Sareth would have to protect since she was not a small target. The only downside was that her clothes were now too big on her not that she cared when it came to a matter of survival.

[lucifina]

As the shaking began Lucifina had just barely reached Nyx as the blade luckily just grazed her, turning back she watched as Helena flew away. Once Nyx shouted what to do Lucifina did just that. Grabbing a hold of Esme, She flew with Nyx going as high as they could. With her free hand Lucifina would create small orbs of light, though they were weaker than what she would normally use it the blast itself would be enough to push the debris away from her.

“I’ll deal with the debris lets just get out of here before we’re buried alive.” Lucifina said as multiple orbs would form and shot out in a crescent shape in front of them. As the walls began to crumble she noticed multiple people inside. She could only hope that they would be able to get out safely as she continued to fly with Nyx. In the back of her mind she hoped that the necklace had enough energy left to last seeing how much manna she had used throughout the trip.

Iris felt the vibration of the rumbling in her hooves. Her eyes flitted around the room, growing more nervous by the second. She opened her mouth to voice concern as a wall behind her came tumbling down. Iris snapped her head towards Aqua, You need to land! Now! She called as the blue haired woman flew down towards her. Once she was within reach, Iris grabbed her, moving to take cover. We need to move! She called out to the rest of her group. As she looked back, she saw Kail screaming at one of the Helena's and she faltered. You can't go Kail- He was gone. Iris let out a frustrated groan but shook her head. She needed to protect Aqua. If that meant leaving Kail, she would do so. She saw groups of people paired around here and there, all avoiding getting hit in some form or another. Iris looked up, and saw a large piece of debree flying down towards them, so she unlatched her shield, activating it the way she'd been shown. A grapling hook shot out of the center, latching on to a large heavy rock, and propelling them forward, out of the path of the falling rocks. From there she pulled Aqua away until they found proper shelter.

Esme narrowed her eyes as their oppoents started to retreat, not liking what was happening. As the walls began to fall, her eyes opened wide. She couldnt understand the language, but she recognized its sound; it was her. Esme darted back to her group, flailing for a moment when Nyx grabbed hold of her arm, Lucifina joining her a moment later.

They pulled her up into the sky, flying away from the falling things. Once they were far enough away, they stopped, just flying in place and getting a good view of the tumbling castle. Esme sighed, both arms being held up by an Angle of sorts, but she knew neither of them were from this world; she knew every angle in her world. Being held up in the air like that;.. it really pissed her off. Her own wings were useless! It was embarressing.

While I appreciate the view of a tumbling fortress as much as any other, can we land? I'd rather not lose my arms. Esme asked, hanging in the air between them.

[Mysteria]

Helena had managed to flee; though not without some damage to her pride. Her eyes reflecting the actions around her as she scowled and tried her best to escape without being wounded. Mortals of nova had once again foiled her plans. Barely escaping with her life; while two of her clones were crushed within the falling rubble of the castle. Quickly she fled into the mountains, with what little remaining of her army following behind her. The entire time cursing the mortals that intervened.

Meanwhile, The castle had fully began to collapse towards the front. Thankfully most of the people within the castle had either found some cover or managed to find some bit of shelter or took the damage of the rocks and wood that made up some of the foundation.
The outside of Morgg now visible towards the front of the castle. Exposing several open rooms. (( Those that can sense manna can see cs collecting around 4 different location in the castle that are exposed now. Those locations have nodes on the floor with runes written in an ancient language. ))

Outside, beyond the castle the soldiers of Nova and Palico began to see the dust clear and the front exposed of possible survivors. Along with the sudden drop of undead that once walked the battlefield.. Now their bodies slumped and lifeless on the soil floor. The Novian armies, stopped loading the Trebuchets. The sense of ease filling the soldiers among the silence of morgg. The soldiers that were still on the battlefield separated the dead from the injured. Once the injured were loaded up onto wagons, they were taken back to the capital to be healed.The air suddenly burst with cheers of men and woman shouting ‘hoo rah!’ over their ‘believed’ victory.

However, the mountain of Morgg broke that chant with a slow steady rumbled. The Deyu’s laughter killing the cheer with its threats to erupt.

As aqua landed and used her wings as a small shield, she looked around to see that Kail had vanished. She began to panic wondering where the hell he went. "KAIL!" she shouted, she was about to go after him till a rock fell in front of her that prevented her from going and iris grabbed onto her and yanked her back. "What about kail?! We cant just leave him!" she screamed to iris who most likely did not hear her or even if she did maybe was more concerned about aqua.

As soon as aqua saw Kail a sigh of relief came out of her and she relaxed, her group was safe...for the time being. "Sit kail, im going to heal you as much as I can." she said creating her glyph of light magic to heal kail's wounds "You know, you really shouldn't run off like that..you almost gave me a heart attack..I thought I lost one of my few friends.." she said sadly as she examined his wounds. "Is everyone else ok?" she asked her group looking to iris and Arthas. However when she began to channel Aingeru's blessing, only aqua's cuts and scratches were healed. "What?" she said before trying again and the glyph fizzled out. "No no no!" she said forming a fist and punching the floor out of anger. All the compliments Adrain and Professor Vanya on her strength returning to her slowly meant nothing if she couldn't even make a difference when it really mattered.

"Sing my little caged canary..." a voice softly whispered into the fated princess's ears, she looked around for a moment. It seemed no one else heard that voice and she decided to take the advice the voices in her head gave her. She closed her eyes and began to sing hoping something different would happen. As she summoned her glyph for light magic, it vanished and reappeared over Killian's wounds, healing them one by one. After she finished singing, she coughed a bit, this sensation was different from when she used Water magic and singing, she wondered why but decided it would be best to not heal others for a while until she understood more. Her coughing was then silenced over the armies of Nova and Palico cheering and then the Deyu laughing.

"This fight isn't over yet." aqua said to her group while gripping onto her staff to pull herself up. "Arthas, status update?" she asked with a serious tone. If Aqua learns of the seals she would most likely fly over to one of them to be able to help in any way she can

Once the dust had started to clear away Sai looked up at Sareth reaching her tiny hands up almost like a child you wanting to be picked up. Instead of wanting to be picked up and held she wanted to thank him for protecting her. "Thank you."

Suddenly she felt dread in her heart that something wasn't right that someone was missing. Her eyes looked around wildly for the one man who found a way to wiggle into her heart she couldn't see him anyway she prayed it was a good sign but she felt as if she already knew what happen to him. A single tear rolled down her cheek at the thought of losing him after such a short meeting in life still at the moment wasn't the time to mourn his lost she would have time later for that. It seemed that as soon as her mind realize that what sounded like a laugh from deep within the earth came.

No wasting any time she knew that there had two options here. "Check the seals or check on the others." She didn't honestly want to check on the other people there were skilled or stupid enough to come on this quest so she didn't see a reason to check on them plus now that there group had become only the two of them it would be easier for them to move around without anyone else. Stepping out from under Serath her eyes scanned his body to see if he had any injuries she wasn't a healer like Tres was but she could bandage most wounds until a healer could see to the matter. Once she made sure that Serath's was fine and anything that she could bandage was taken care of she shifted back into her normal self her eyes didn't even bother by the fact that her clothes was ripped.

Once Serath decided what they're were going to do she would follow him.

Hearing Esme's request to be put down once all the dust was clears she looked at Lucifina as she sense the magic of one of the seals closest to them. "Esme my little angel in training do you want us to put you near the other to see if they okay or head off to one of the seals to check on it?"

Whatever Esme choose Nyx would nod her head to Lucifina and set off. If she said to group closest to them then she would fly down with Lucifina to the group that had Aqua, Iris, Kail and Arthas all the people she knew at least she could trust that Arthas would have kept Aqua out of trouble and she was sure that Iris was a big help with keeping her little sister safe then fly off to one of the closest seals.

If Emse said the seals she would fly off towards the one that was closest to them which just a bit left and below. Being careful to make sure that Esme did not slip from their grip as there brought her down to the ground making sure that she was steady on her feet.

Walking toward the seal she placed her hand down tracing the ancient writing feeling a bit of the power that there held even though she couldn't understand it. It was comforting yet at the same time terrifying neither the less. "Oh Deyu please sleep a bit longer you're not needed right now but I sense that you might be sometime in the future." Her eyes glowed bright blue as she saw a quick glimpse into the past of what happened here before Helena tried to unseal the Deyu it was strange it all came too fast for her mind to proceed and she couldn't slow it down to try and grab a hold of it. In a blink of an eye the vision left her.

[Sareth Edara]

Arthas looked around as the dust settled the golden glow still seeming to radiate from under his skin. Arthas move to where Aqua and Kail were and as Aqua started to have issues with her casting he pulled out a stack of talismans inscribing them quickly with healing and regeneration runes and handing them out to them and offering one to Iris as well. "I can't be certain but I can see the seals that were broken by Helena and her troops. Manna is pouring out of them and they need to be capped off to keep that dragon from getting released. Personally I'm going to work on sealing them up as my runic magic may help with doing so."

Sareth looked at Sai and nodded and knew that she was looking for someone and left her to do so as he surveyed the area. Noting a couple other groups of people and hearing her question to him about what they should do. "While I would like to deal with the seals I have no way of finding them other than randomly searching for them. So I'll leave what you want to do up to you I'm going to try something stupid and talk to the Deyu that is imprisoned here." He wasn't abandoning her but trying to obtain information from the Deyu on what is wrong with it and why it was so hell bent on destroying everything.

Walking among the rubble he felt out a good place to reach out to the Deyu with his empathic abilities, thankfully they were boosted a bit in his transformed state. Stopping where he was he started to speak, (1)"Wrara du aeui cuka kruk Elena? Wros ek es sros kodak aeui rosa ku?" He was oddly anticipating the response from the Deyu who seemed to be off her rocker. One thing he had to be overly careful with was that he could be overtaken by her rage and sent into one himself.
