Guild Title: Thieves of Nova- Sub board: The tunnels
Guild Sub-board Short Description: A laybrith of tunnels hidden deep underneath the decrepit cabin. There are a few secret entrances hidden throughout Nova, one such entrance happens to be hidden underneath the debri of a stable slowly being reconstructed on the property; in the maze the tunnels can stretch on for miles. Jutting off in strange directions. Some paths are lined with soft glowing flowers. Others pitch into darkness. A word of warning for those who stumble upon these tunnels; there is not always something friendly waiting for you at the end of them.

Extra: The decrepit cabin doesn’t look like much, but it hides a deep secret. Deep beneath the earth there are sets of tunnels that haven being built for a couple months now. The majority of the tunnels had already been carved out by Novites that have long since been cleared out. The rest has been excavated by a basilisk that roams the tunnels. Some of the more steeper paths Aria has placed ladders that can be removed if needed.
Guild Title: Thieves of Nova- Sub board: The Den of The Thieves of Nova
Guild Sub-board Short Description: if you managed to navigate the tunnels correctly then eventually you will stumble upon a great circular cavern. The cavern itself seems to stretch up far, the walls are lined with a sloping path way and door ways that seem to lead to different parts to the tunnels. On the floor there is a large symbol of a crown and dagger placed, in the middle a large pit meant for a bon fire.

Extra: The Cavern ceiling is bathed in a soft glow of lunar flowers stretching across the ceiling. Bathing the entire cavern in glow that makes it seem like its cast in a never ending bath of moon light. A sloping path seems to spiral up the side of the carver. Almost as if something large had carved the path way leading four levels up. The opening to the open air below the path was blocked by a large railing made out of roots that twisted up in the form of a railing. Along this path way up there were woven doors that lead to different rooms and other tunnels. Towards the upper levels there were bedrooms, furnished and ready for use but otherwise plain. In other rooms one might find a large kitchen, several storage rooms; and other necessities. The whole place seemed ready and set up for a living space for many people. Curiously if one would look closely at the walls they seemed to be dug out but numerous things, claw marks of many types of animals could be identified. Yes everything seemed to be set up, there was even a tunnel that led to yet another cavern that seemed to have been fed by the hot springs, for the water was warm; and also bathed in the glow of lunar flowers.

The house makes an "L" shape, with the door on the inner half. A window in the very tip of the house. The door is rounded and a burgundy colour. It has a tree or two behind it, bit is otherwise not near a lot of foliage. The inside the floors are wooden and the walls cement or brick. There is a loft with a wooden ladder leading to it. In the loft there is a decent sized bed, big enough to fit two people, and a curtain concealing it, from the lop of the ladder, across to both walls. The loft also has a small wardrobe and chest.The back of the loft (and the house) has another regular sized window. The main level of the house has a fireplace. The kitchen is a decent size, equipped with the necessities, and a pantry, it is in the kitchen that there is the window. There is a wooden table and four chairs. The bathroom is small, just enough for the shower ect. In front of the fire place there is a living room type of set up, with enough seating arrangements for about 5 people. (A couch and two chairs). When one walks in through the front door, they are entering the side of the living room. The bathroom door is across the house in front of them, and the ladder to the loft to their left. Farther left is the entry to the kitchen and the staircase. Aside from the bathroom door, the house is open concept. Short Home Description: "Haven" is one of the largest buildings in gallows bane, it's exterior is made primarily of stone, but it's interior is mostly wood. The house has several extra rooms Rivers has converted into bedrooms for any Fated that wish to stay or seek "hospice". He does not charge for use of the house unless someone is doing something he feels they shouldn't be with it. The house has a large common area with a wide array of chairs and cushions for seating and a large hearth which Rivers likes to tell stories at.
The interior is currently lacking in much decoration, though this will change as Rivers acquires more stuff. Though there is a library with a variety of books. And the largest boon of the home is a hot spring that was dug up behind it that Rivers has refurbished.

Upon entering the two-floored building, you see a small room similar to a waiting room. There will be a wooden desk painted a pearl white colour, with many wooden chairs (6) with a soft cushion on the seat along two sides of the room. On the right wall there is a door that will lead upstairs to the second floor. This door is always locked. On the back wall behind the desk is a curtained door. Through the door there is a large open room filled with various gurneys (5) to the left, each gurney separated by curtains for privacy. Massage tables (5) will be on the right. There are two bathrooms at the back of the room, one on the left side of the room and one of the right side both bathrooms have a washing bucket, a toilet hole and a tub. On the same wall as the curtained door, there is a large metal cabinet for medication, herbs, spices, oils and healing agencies. Opposite to this cabinet there is a walk-in closet that will house cleaning supplies and linens on wooden shelving. In the back of the room, there is a well, dug up by Tres. This makes water more accessible to the patients and the care givers. The well is covered by stones, and has a bucket and pulley system to retrieve the fresh water.
The door to the upstairs will open up to a set of stairs. Door knob for this door will be charmed to be unlocked only by Tres [to be purchased elsewhere]. Upstairs, there is a room that has a small kitchen off to the right, with a wooden table next to it acting as a dinning room. There will be a counter made of marble that takes up the entire corner. Shelving/cupboards will take up the space above and underneath the counter-top. In the far left back corner, there is a loft that leads up to a bedroom. There is a double sized bed that lifts off the ground, at the foot of the bed there is a trunk for storage. On each side of the bed there is a bedside table, with an oil lamp on one side. On the back wall of the loft there is a wooden dresser for clothes and shoes. There is a small couch in the corner, furnished to be covered in red fabric with a simple flower print. There is also a closet as a storage space next to the ladder of the

Short Home Description:Kail bought the place after seeing no one living in it for several months. The mansion is a two story building and is a rather large but not a massive one. The first floor has a long hallway that leads to a large sitting room with several chairs and a couch with a coffe like table or a lower legged table. The room has several nice rugs over the stone floor. There is a main hall for eating for massive events for parties or holidays. There is a smaller dinning area in a side room that is for day to day eating and it has room for at least six people. Past the dinning area and the kitchen is the household quarters for the hierd help.
Also on the first floor is a large libary that seems to have a lot of books on Tiear Nova as well as various other stories,myths, and lores of the nation as well as the gods. There are a few desks and comfy chairs to sit at and read. In another part of the of the home has a hot spring and has been turned into a bath house like area. The steam is vented out to prevent from overheating the home. In the center of the mansion is a stair case that goes to the second floor where the the guest bedrooms are as well as the master bed room where Kail resides. All of them well furnished and have comfortable beds.
There is a second stair case that leads down to the basement and celler areas. There is a storage area for food and wine are. The other area is a locked storehouse where Kail keeps his weapons, armor, relics, and other things that would be dangerious. Kail does keep this place locked and does give guests that stay there a key to get access. In the situation where the home is under attack. One of the other places is a smaller version of the set up he has at the Arcane Cross, minus the forge. The last place that is in Kail's mansion is a small dungeon like area to hold someone. As a temporary prision or cell for a dangerious person or even a creature.

Short Description: A medium sized building, set up in sections on the inside, clothing, jewellery, glasswear, and a hair salon at the back. The salon is small, as Serenity is starting off working alone. The walls are a maroon colour, and the floor hardwood. It has two rooms, the main one, and a room to the back, where she would keep her stock, desk, and where she would take breaks. The outside is brick, two windows on either side of a big ornate door. The sign hangs above one of the windows, a big oak one, with the lettering of the name in bright red, written neatly and in a fancy font. The cash register is at the back, next to the salon. The salon is two chairs and a table with all the supplies she may need.
