The figure did not react as Aria intruded into it’s space, just continuing to clean. Once the task was done the figure rose, walking to the far side of the room, to a fountain bubbling clear water. As the figure twisted the rag in it’s hands, red liquid dripped from the cloth and into the clear waters of the fountain. When the figure would dip it’s gloved hand into the water, blood would follow, stopping as the figure removed it’s hand.
The figure walked back, pausing at the sight of the hello written in the floor. The figure knelt and began to clean this off the floor as well.

Aria watched as the figure began to clean; her eyebrows shooting up in surprise as the water turned red. She was beginning to wonder if she had accidentally took lunar drops earlier. Cause things were pretty trippy… Aria sighed and turned away from the figure. Focusing on the large statue. She walked up to it and plopped down at its feet. Taking the book that the figure had been so interested in and placing it on her lap to flip through.

As Aria attempted to grasp the book, it would not move. It was if the tome was nailed to the altar with how it would not budge. As Aria pressed her fingers to the pages, the did not feel like paper. It felt like flesh, warm and giving. With the press of her fingertips, blood seeped under the surface at the pressure, spider webbing out as if the page was a living thing with veins of it’s own. The writing was incomprehensible, just another long list of names. Eventually the Noru surname faded into a mixture of different surnames, never returning to Noru for the rest of the page.
The figure lifted their head when Aria moved to grasp the book and stood, standing silently behind her, seemingly unable to touch. Waiting.

Aria frowned when the book didn’t move…..well that was annoying…..When she touched the pages she froze. That was freaky….something to whip at her father and say change it back freaky. Aria scrolled through the names.
”Well, Noru family line…. I really hope that Wurud doesn’t show up on this list…..Wouldn’t that be a lovely note home ‘Hi dad I think I may love my cousin! Guess what we kissed!’…. I could see that going well.”
She sighed oblivious that the figure had stopped cleaning and was now staring at her. Aria looked up at the statue of Saden in her dream.
”You know the you that’s here is useless for this….”

The figure moved around Aria, the cloth of the robes not even brushing against her as they moved. The figure seemed to hear her this time though, as the figure turned the pages, not reacting to them as they bled under gloved fingertips. The finger ran down the list of names, the ink becoming more prominent under the touch and then fading once the finger passed. The name Wurud did not appear to pop up, but the figure paused at the edge of the page. A name was there, the edges bleeding red ink.
Belenus Giannino.

As the cloaked figures finger came to rest on Bels name Aria stared; she had known Bel was a Noru. That much wasn’t a surprise. There was a pained look in Arias eyes as she gazed at the name….
”His last name always sounded like gigolo to me…”

The figure might be frowning- it was impossible to tell. But there was a sort of frowning feeling about the figure standing next to Aria. The figure reached out with a gloved hand, nearly about to touch her, but stopped right above the scar. The hooded figure tilted their head, clearly questioning without words.
At the very least, she had been noticed now.

Aria turned and blinked at the figure, not moving as the hand came up to touch the blazing scar that was across her face. Apparently it could interact….. The sadness that had permitted Arias eyes as she had looked at the name did not leave. An expression on her face that very much matched the statue’s behind her. Eventually half a smirk twitched upon her lips, even though it did not reach her eyes.
”Good intentions don’t always have happy endings”

The figure with it’s hand not quite touching Aria’s face turned to the heavy book laid out on the altar. It looked up at the statue, then down at the book, turning a page. Blank canvas remained and the figure gestured for her to look as it drew a line across the page. Words followed.
You are Aria.
How are you here?
There was someone before. Where is he now?

Why was her subconscious asking why she was here?
”I am Aria, you freaky ass dream, asks much silly questions”
The sass was strong with this one, even in her own dreams.
”He’s been taken from me….I want him back. I don’t know exactly where he is…”
Aria studied the figure…..she had a feeling who it was….cautiously Aria lifted a hand to remove the hood of the cloaked figure.

The figure did not have time to respond before Aria reached her hand up to grasp at the hood. As soon as she touched cloth the room went dark all at once, the candles blowing out simultaneously. Whatever had been filling the robes was suddenly gone and at the touch, the cloth suddenly went limp in her hand as if nothing had been there at all. The amulet around the figure’s neck clattered to the marble at Aria’s feet, the gemstone within shattering on contact with a noise much too loud for how small the object was.
There was only once source of light remaining in the room, coming from the fountain. There was a familiar, pale blue light coming from within the fountain, under the strange water that seemed to bleed on contact before.
