Sima uses his Demonic energy to compliment his natural strength, and speed.
While using this ability he can lift immensely heavy objects, or simply use it to dart across large distances.
Limitations:
The user can lift anything weighting from 200-400lb at a risk of tearing the muscle tendons, or breaking bone.
Lifting anything from 200-250lb is relatively easy for the user, and often leads muscles needing time to rest.
However anything higher and the user will begin to tear muscle tissue and break bone.
Using the enhanced leg muscles the user can leap great distances, however this does not mean that G-forces don't apply.
Although the user can jump higher, and run faster, doing either is much more stressful to the user.
A jump height of a mere 30ft will tear the muscle off of the bone, and render him unable to move.
Running faster than 20km/hr will cause the legs to pop out of place, under the pressure of movement.
Even lifting within a range of safety, running at mere 15km/hr, or jumping 10ft will still put immense stress on the body.
If the user decides to stay within the 'safety ranges' they will eventually suffer a muscle tear or worse, as the sress
on the body builds up.
The spell can be used multiple times as long as it is after the reload time, however any of the damage taken when using this spell will stack, and could eventually lead to death.
The spell also tends to make the user more aggressive and angry.

Description:
Novice Level 1-2 posts
The user conjures electric energy that ‘dances’ around the users body.
The electricity increases the heat of the user to a high degree, making it harder to do strenuous tasks like running for long periods. The electricity can be extended onto a metallic object, and will extend if struck by a metallic object.
The user is not damaged by the electricity, and it harms others lightly, but is found to be more of a nuisance to an attacker than a threat.
The electricity can be either red or blue, depending on the emotional state of the user.
The electricity can also be activated by a transformation, or high emotional state.
