Diamond had been taking a bit of time to do the task that Noku wanted done. He left the majority of his items and a few other things. He then got a suitable disguise to work with and gets ready. He replaced his attire with something more in line with what vagabonds would wear. Most of it was super worn and in blacks and grays, the only thing that did stand out was the navy blue cloak. He also borrowed a blade from the guard's armory a rather large claymore like sword. Several throwing knives and a small buckler on his left arm. Diamond made his hair really wild and messy to further distance himself from his normal apperance was a eyepatch that he could see through. Last thing that had to be done was get a bit of dirt and some grime on him. Then set out from the castle and then wandered about for several hours. Then went down to the slums and it was a rather cold night as the snow was on the ground. He kept his senses very very alert so he would not be ambushed for a mugging. Since every lowbrow thug was looking for a way to make a quick buck.

Mostly to put something in there belly or whatever family that they had. A bitter survival of the fitist to whoever could come out on top. Walking down another bleak ally way, he could see homeless children huddled together to try and keep warm. Farther down were harlots trying to get busniess as women of the night. Even though Diamond had lived in higher end places, it was not like that at times with the mercenary troup he was in. Sad sights like these were common everywhere you go in any city, kingdom, empires, and other major civilizations. As Diamond kept walking, he kept watch on the best group of ruffians to approach. To start his investagation, if all else failed. The best looking brothel within the thrid district would work to get info. Just due to there customers coming in to get there rocks off and a field or two to be plowed. Or could wander into the Gallows inn and maybe start a bar brawl. To get some attention and maybe some more info on what he needed. So many choices to go with but right now just wandering a bit.

Serenity had decided to take the walk from Bane back into the city for once, wanting to know what everyone else had to do. The part she hadn’t thought through was the outskirts of the city. She’d never needed to come to this area, so once she’d wandered in to it, her body tensed as she glanced around, keeping a constant watch on everything around her.

She was dressed for her trip; long warm brown dress, nothing flashy as she normally would wear, with a large cloak and over the shoulder bag. Her normally fancy hair was up in a simply ponytail for the time being, out of the way and practical. On her hip was the rapier Kail have forged for her, which meant in turn, she was wearing her fire gem necklace, and ice gem bracelet to assist her if need be.

After wandering this dreary and downright scary part of time for going on 10 minutes, she spots a man, looking like he half wanted to blend in, and half wanted to start something. Going against her instincts, she decided to approach him; she was getting rather hungry and had finished off what food she’d brought during the trek back tot the city.

Ahem… Excuse me sir… Pardon me, I don’t mean to bother you, but could you possibly direct me to the closest tavern, or something like it… I’m out of food, and have been walking for quite some time now… She put on her polite face, and hoped for the best, playing up her sweet act so as to hopefully not tick him off. People in places like this always seemed to get angry at nothing for some reason.
