He often carries a small sack on his back, and a walking stick.
Personality: Jeon loves people, but has had learned how to stand up for himself. He knows how to be a noble, but avoids it any chance he gets. He is often smiling at inopportune moments and is known for spilling whine on the king. Reading is one of his passion. He is constantly interested in the minds of other people, but prefers to do that in solitude. This is a contradiction in him though: he loves company, but needs to be alone often. He lives in confidence, but doesn't make a point to show it.

History: Jeon is royalty. He grew up in the courts away from Nova. His father was a duke of royal blood, but left the capital to pursue his ventures in magic. Jeon's mother, Jane, was also a lover of magic. From a young age he was fascinated by magic and followed closely behind his parents. He had a love for nature and knowledge and was destined to become a great mage.
The night that the king of Nova was murdered he was there. He was only ten. It was the first time he met his cousin Noku: heartless, a stalk of evil towering over him. The castle had been in chaos that night, and Jeon still remembers Noku's gloating face as he left the castle. This childhood fear lingers inside him. The relationship between him and his cousin is stressful to him.
As Jeon grew up he avoided his responsibilities as a member of the house Noru. He would rather spend his days studying magic and improving his intellect rather than be bothered by the rules of court. Besides, the rules didn't apply well to him. He never met a girl that caught his fancy, but there was another boy of the court who caught his eye. This other boy was nice to him, and seemed to enjoy spending time with Jeon.
When Jeon was 18, a neighboring army came and wiped out his city. Both his parents were murdered, and he was able to escape. That's when he started his journey to Nova, where the last of his family still lived. He had made a promise with Noku to help at the Arch of Mages, but he hasn't done a great job at living up to that promise.
