Klaus Bodmann, German citizen and picture perfect young man. Everything a mother could want her child to be in this day and age. Yet...Beneath the surface, if they were to see his 'flaw', he would be just as unwanted as the jewish population there. He hid it so well for so long. He went about his life as usual, following the news and getting in trouble with friends, having a secret love affair on the side...But one night after Hitler came into power and the Jewish people were being taken away, Klaus was no longer safe. A pair of SS officers had come to his home for a quick look over for hidden Jews, but they found something almost as horrifying. Klaus was in bed with his lover, Hanz. They were too far gone to lie and say they were just chatting. Half naked and fear running through his veins, Klaus was practically dragged away from there just a moment before Hanz was as well. That night changed his life forever.
One way too cramped train ride and a sorting later, Klaus would find himself sleeping on the lower bunk of a bed in the barracks. His job at the 'camp' was to do whatever dirty work was left over from the Jewish work day, which mostly consisted of carrying any collapsed Jews to the large cart, clean up whatever 'messes' had been made in unsightly places, and report to the guards when he was done. On top of that, he was often given the most dangerous tasks available. If he so much as missed a rock out of place, he would be given, at the very least, 10 whips across his back. They would leave the most brilliant shiny red gashes all over as a reminder of his failures and just what had gotten him there. After returning to the barracks, he would even sometimes be given a swift beeting by other inmates because of his sexuality. All of this made him hate himself and reject his feelings entirely, causing depression. However, his last hope kept him going. He often thought about his lover and where he might be, refusing to believe that he had been sent off to the showers. After that night in his home, Klaus never saw Hanz again, but chose to believe he'd made it out of this alive...
Using that as his motivation, Klaus planned out his escape over the course of several weeks and soon had the opportunity to persue it. The moment a fellow inmate had collapsed inside of the cabbin and passed away, he used that as an excuse to call in the guard. Over the past few weeks, Klaus had been sharpening a chunk of wood to be a makeshift dagger, which he then used to slice the guard's throat. He removed the uniform and quickly put it on over his own clothes, pushing the body out of sight for the other inmates to take care of. He said his goodbyes, wished them all well, and promised to come back for them when he had the chance.
Klaus made his way to the front gates, greeting the 'other guards' as he passed by. Everything was going just as he had planned, even after demanding to be let out to greet the new jewish prisoners. He made his way around the train, helping to open doors, then hopped into an empty car to 'check for left behind luggage'. Not that the prisoners would get their luggage back, anyway. He hid away in the cabin, doors closed and all, his heart racing as he sat silently in the corner. He prayed that he would survive...that he wouldn't get caught....then light suddenly flooded the cabin, practically blinding him. He felt strange sensations all over, overwhelming hismind entirely...then it all stopped. 'This is it...' He thought. He slowly opened his eyes, blinking in confusion as he sat on the cold stone ground of a strange unknown, yet beautiful, place...Although he had been afraid before, the floodgates finally opened and his emotions spilled forth in the form of sobs. Relief? Horror? Most likely something in between.

Kail doing his rounds for the temple had walked in, wearing his now trade mark jeans, black long sleeve shirt, and a black and purple cloak being more styled like a mantle like cape. Doing one of his last rounds before leaving for the day, apon entering the alter there was someone there. But to his surprise and shock he had not expected a person like this! The man was blond and blue eyes man, fair skin and was wearing a military uniform. He could tell it was WW2 era and there was slight disgust with it as not with the americans or the allied forces. This was more sinister a nazi and from the looks of it a SS uniform. Kail almost had the urge to want to beat the shit out of the man, but Teair Nova was a brutal place so he would not need to do that. But as he got closer though the man was not that well....to thin though. So the champion of fate slowly walked up to the man "Unfortunetly for you sir your no longer in kansas any more" he said in clear english as he knew the guy might know some or get the jist of what he said until the translation spell kicked in. Kail did have his swords on him, but figured that he would not need to draw any of them.
Again there was something off with this guy and Kail could not put his finger on it. But there was some slight distain on his face due to the nazi uniform.

Klaus jumped when the stranger approached him, looking strange and almost like a dull superhero from the american comics. He stood when he saw him, afraid to be found out, wherever this was. If they knew he was gay and had escaped from a camp, they'd kill him on the spot. Klaus had very basic knowledge of english, but enought to understand that it wasn't good. He cleared his throat, quickly wiping away the tears that had stained his cheeks. "This is Kansas? In America?" He asked, his accent still quite strong. "I do not understand. I was in the train. Are you a soldier?" Klaus hoped to god his english was good enough to understand. If he could get his meaning across, he might be able to find out more about this place and this man, and maybe even seek asylum.
Klaus took another look at the other's attire, noting how unusual and unique it was compared to the 1940s style in Germany. America sure was quite a bit ahead in fashion...At least Americans were said to be fierce defenders, but nice people.

"Ah......that seems like its in effect now. What I said was a figure of speech, also your english was rather good" said Kail as he got closer to the man. It seemed that this man was extremely nervious and could not hardly blame the guy. ".....Before I begin to speak again and telling you whats going on. Whats your name, I'm Killian Lancaster. You can call me Kail if you like" Kail said and was going to take this slow with this man. As this man's mannerisims were not that of a soldier. As the blond had seen some so far and even then a nazi or even a SS man would have been more composed that skittish? Or perhaps he was over thinking it as he was poofed into this world without his consent or anything in that matter. So they would be freaking out, none the less he would have to hear this guy out more.

"My name is Klaus Bodmann....With two n's, not one. " He assured the other, hoping the clarification would show him that he was purely German. It was safer that way. "I live in Dresden, Germany." Klaus cleared his throat and stood striaght like he had seen the guards do. Doing so, however, revealed the red blood stain on the collar of the shirt of the uniform, despite not being too obvious. Klaus hadn't taken that part into consideration when he escaped, just tossing on the clothes and going. He was lucky that no SS had noticed the small stain. His life would have been ended on the spot.
"Can you tell me where I am? And tell me what is a figure in speech?" Klaus asked with uncertainty. He was also thoroughly ready to defend himself should Kail attack him on grounds of suspicion.

"Well Klaus.......I am not sure if your going to think I am crazy. But your no longer in germany or any place on earth. Nor is this place heaven, hell or purgatory for that matter. The place or world your in is called Teair Nova....a place where fantasy is real and where dragons fly above the emerald fields. And that Kings and Queens rule below the various gods and Goddesses" said Kail as he took a small bit before continuing as he looked at the man as he regained his composure. "I am like you one of the many growing people that are forcivlly taken from there world and time. I come from an era of earth thats far into the future. We are called Fated as a divine being called Fate has brought us to change something within this world. To what corse, I am not sure....even though I have been here for almost a year and a half.....I'll give you a moment to let some of this sink in" he said and this would give the blond a bit. As he figured that Klaus would ask for proof of what he had said. Since this could have sounded like words of a mad man or someone who was drunk or high as hell.

As Klaus listened, his heart beat louder and louder in his chest. The idea of possibly living so far away from what his life had been for the past year or so(he'd lost count of the days, by now) was beyond imaginable and favourable. Klause felt a lump in his throat and his jaw tightened, his fingers curled into a fist, and his entire body was as stiff as a board. If all of what the other said was true, then everything was over...he was free...sort of, anyway. He still didn't know a thing about societal ideas in this place. "I hope you are telling a truth...please show me?" He requested, eyes shining just a tad more, water accumulating on his lower lids. Hope was building up in his core, but doubt was holding it down.
"Show me your truth..."

Kail watched Klaus's expressions on his face but it seemed that he did have a poker face. But his eyes, the man's eyes had some kind of major reaction. He then nods his head "I am not the person to lie but I totally understand. Since what I can say could be the mutterings of a mad man. I will not attack you, I'm one of the greeters for fated" the blond said and took his cloak off and let it drop to the ground. On his waist were two swords one on each side of him. Although one was longer then the other one. He then rolls his sleeves up and shows that there was nothing up his sleeves. Kail then extends his right arm holds his palm up and consentrates lightly. And a soft blue glow comes his bracelet on his wrist. A orb of water forms and then two more appear floating around like a orbit of like the earth or a planet. "Yes what I am using magic. And this is real" he said and threw the orbs into a large alter bowl. Which splashed and was filled up with water and grins slightly.
"I am intrested in your story before getting brought over to this world" he said obviously curious to Klaus's history before he came here.

Klaus felt the lump in his throat more prominently now as relief set in. Mild confusion in the mix, but relief and happiness for the most part. He couldn't entirely hold it back much longer, the tears in his eyes growing in size, almost spilling over. This? This had to be heaven, figuratively. Klaus bit his lip and looked down toward the ground to avoid the other seeing the tears the best he could manage. "I-I uh....It is a very...very long story." He began, hands together in front of himself, fiddling with the cuffs of the jacket nervously. "I lived in Germany all my life. I had no brothers or sisters. I had many friends and...." He cut himself off before he revealed his little secret, a small sad smile gracing his lips. Then, his expression darkened slightly. "My father wanted me to be Hitler youth." He explained. "I am aryan, you see?" He gestured to his eyes and hair. "I am lucky....but others were not......I-I do not want to talk about this." He shook his head.

Kail sees that Klaus had accepted his form of proof and was rather surprised by the next thing. The man to started to cry and it did spark a bit of sympathy. As it seemed this man was not a Nazi or anything like that. His assumption that this man was one of the many that were brainwashed into that order. This made Kail feel rather guilty and could almost feel the pain and joy. He was not an empath but the shear tone of Klaus's voice was enough of a tip off. "I am from a future time on earth......the effects of what Hitler did and his thrid reich were horrible. The effects can still be felt to my time in 2015....but he was defeated. I have seen the horrors but for now there over and you don't have to say anymore" he said and walked over to the poor man. As the blond had seen some pictures from the consentration camps. "Welcome to your second chance at a new future. Why don't you come with me and my home. Your going to need some rest and maybe some food. Since your going to need to get your strength back. The world outside is a bit harsher then what you know" he said offering a lot of help to this man.

Klaus looked up at that, realizing that the stranger was not as harsh as he previously seemed. In fact, he could perhaps be a friend to help him overcome his past. Klaude mulled over the offer, trying to think of any downsides, but...any that exised were overpowered by the prospects of real food. Let alone food at all, really. Klaus was far too skinny for a man of his height, cheeks quite prominent on his face and barely sunken eyes. "Please... I will love that."

Kail nods his head "Alright come with me" said the blond as he picks up his cloak and held it over one shoulder. If Klaus followed Kail out of the temple, he would see that they were inside a massive cavern that had massive crystals all around for light and it was just as bright as if it were outside in the daylight. As they walk down a path they would come to a residential area and to one of the larger homes. "Well here we are, this is my home. You can relax here" he said and once they walk in to Kail's mansion like home. One of the household staff walks up to Kail and the blond gives her a few directions and gives a nod and gets to work. "I'm sure you have some questions for me about some other things about this world. Or even myself, its been awhile since I had company" he said and placed his cloak on a nearby coat rack.

Klaus followed alongside the other, but a few steps behind. He was hesitant about the entire situation, but had a little more trust in Kail now as he had offered food and shelter. It had been so long since Klaus looked his best that he wasn't sure he'd ever look that good again. He looked up to the roof of what henow realized was a cave and his jaw dropped in awe. The 'daylight' was coming from large beautiful crystals all over the place! It brought a large smile to his face at last and he let out the slightest of chuckles. Soon enough, they were walking through a residential area and stopped at a decently larger home. Inside, there were even staff directly under Kail's order. "Impressive..." He muttered to himself.
Kail spoke to him and what he said was true. Klaus would definitely have lots of questions for him. "Is everyone here like us? From our home world? What about customs? Rules? Are there police to keep us safe?" He shot out question after question, hoping Kail would be able to answer them all.

Kail motions for Klaus to follow him and they enter a small dining area that was set up for a very small group of people. But there was enough to move around without any problems. As there was a round table with four chairs around it. "Let's sit here, one of my maids will be coming in with some tea and some finger food" the blond said and then sat down in one of the chairs. "Everyone in this place are fated, but outside of this cavern like place. Its a lot more brutal as its more like a medevil era of our world. But also its also a world out of a tale of Seigfried and the norse myths. As I said before I think with gods and goddesses" he said and one of the maids came in with a wheeled cart with tea and some food and placed it on the table. Kail gave a nod of thanks and then turned back to Klaus "There is no police persay here but in the main kingdom of Teair Nova. They do have a guards for the kingdom...and if you do venture out from here. Please keep Gallows Bane a secret" he said and started to pour some tea into ceramic cups. The food were some finger sanwitches and a few other things that would be appropreate for this.
"Although you might want to stick around until you can get your strength back. And if you need to get some money you can help out in my shop" he said and the blond did pay those that were working under him rather well.

Klaus did what was suggested and he had a seat across from Kail. The moment the finger foods were brought out, he couldn't help himself but stuff his face with the little sandwiches. It tasted so beautiful. He hadn't had real food in years! He was making sort of moans of pleasure as he ate, clearly enjoying it. However, he did listen to what Kail said to the best of his ability and pieced together every part that he understood until there was a whole picture. "So...Inside of this cave, every human... is from a different world... than this?" He spoke between mouthfulls, brows furrowed in concentration. It was almost hilarious how focused he had to be in order to fully understand english on top of the story he was being told. It was all so outlandish that it had to be true.
"I would love to work in your shop. It is the least I can do to repay you for helping me. You are saving my life, Herr Kail." He spoke, trying his best to show his gratitude. Klaus continued to stuff his mouth full of sandwiches until his hand reached down for another and found none. "Oops...I am sorry."
