As Sai and Alekir had made they walk to the springs, for the most part, Sai was quiet as she walked with him, her eyes were looking at their surrounding making sure no one had followed them while also looking for places that would be best for them to set up an ambush if needed. Once they got to the springs a small smile graced her lips for a moment remembering the last time she had come to the springs and how she ran into Serenity the only female she could call a friend and everyone else with her ending up playing truth or dare.
“We should look for a more seclude spot,” Sai said as she walked along the edge of the first springs. It was one of the bigger springs and most people tend to use it since it was easier than walking towards one of the smaller pools but the few that come for privacy would go to the smaller pools that give more cover from the public eye. Leaving the main springs, she walked down until she reached another spring, it was slightly smaller and the rocks were high enough that someone wouldn’t see anyone until they came around the corner but it wasn’t overly open which worked fine with her the only thing it was missing place for Alekir to hide other than the trees just on the other side of the springs.

Alekir didn't want to disturb Sai's silence if that was what she wanted. It was understandable. She was a mysterious woman and mysterious women seemed to prefer silence for some reason. He didn't question that. It was just something they preferred and that was fine. Once they got to the springs Alekir let out a sigh of relief. Finally a place of relaxation. Sadly though he wouldn't be here for relaxing. He had serious business to take care of.
When they reached the more secluded spring Alekir took a look around. "Nice....very nice. Lot more secluded that the other springs....I mean there isn't many places I can hide...and I can't hold my breath for as long as this will take so hiding under water is not an option." Alekir gave off a comforting chuckle. "What do you think Sai? You think this place is good or shall we keep looking?"

“I was thinking the same thing Alekir.” Sai moved to sit down at the edge of the springs. It was a nice spot it wasn’t the ideal spot for them to set up they little trap when the time came but it was the ideal spot for them to relax for now plus it was still early so if anything, they could just sit on the rocks and relax. “For now, I was thinking we could just relax.” Taking the ribbon out of her hair she quickly did a simple single braid before tying it off with the ribbon. “Want to take a dip in the springs with me?” She asked as she started to strip down until she was only in her birthday suit making sure to fold her clothes and place them safely on a rock before sliding into the springs letting the hot water relax her muscles as a sigh of content left her lips.

"Ah yes. The springs is place to relax I've heard. Really gets the tension out of your joints." When Sai offered for him to join her in the springs Alekir was quick to act. Easily taking off his armor and clothing until he was just skin, flesh, and bones. "Why I would love too." Alekir wasn't as tidy as Sai when it came to his clothes however, he merely left them in the pile they were already in and went in to join Sai. As he slid into the springs he gave a sigh of joy. "ooooh this is the stuff. I can just feel my body getting all loose and free. So nice....you know I've really been needing something like this. Bounties can be really taxing."

“It’s interesting. Last time I was at the springs it wasn’t relaxing for a couple of people.” Sai said thinking back to the time where Kail was found out after using a ring to turn into a girl. Honestly, if he didn’t over react she thought that maybe things wouldn’t have turned so uncomfortable for everyone. She did take note that he wasn’t as neat with but she didn’t have to worry about that since she didn’t expect anyone to come this far to the springs. Swimming the short distance until she was sitting next to Selkiris. “It’s nice to just relax and not worry for a bit. Days like these are rare in our line of work.”

Alekir raised an eyebrow when Sai said the springs were not relaxing for a few people. That was...odd. The springs were one of the most relaxing places Alekir could think of. When Sai sat next to him Alekir gave a small blush, this wasn't the first time he saw her naked but last time....last time was different. Alekir was just lost in the heat of the moment. But now Alekir's mind was wide open and he could see clearly......not that that was a bad thing. "Definitely true Sai....I mean I can only imagine how tough your job is. Me its just run in, bash some skulls, break some bodies, and bring them back. You have to be a little more......graceful I would think."

As Sai had settled into the water she notices a light blush on Alekir’s cheek it was cute. Closing her eyes for a moment remember the last time they had seen each other in the nude it was under different circumstances and some influence of drinks. Thinking of then and now she still did enjoy the view of Alekir’s body. Doing her best not to laugh at how Alekir described his job though he did have a point her job at times are more stressful compared to others. “I do have to be more graceful… and careful since a job could take months on ends. Though those jobs tend to pay more but… it does make one think… and sometimes you realise how hard it is to do jobs alone.”

Alekir nodded "Aye it is but it also brings a type of satisfaction. That you did this, with out the help of anyone. Well besides contacts. It's tough work definitely. But my father always told me as a boy, it's not a nice job but somebody has to do it. I take those words to heart as I believe him. This job is tough but it is nessacary." Alekir smiled, "So Sai. What do you do when you actually have free time? I wouldn't think there would be much of it and it would be few and very in between but when you do have it. Me I really just go out to town, have some drinks, make some friends, get to know the innkeepers. Of course part of it is because I can't have enough allies in my line of work but it's mostly because I just love people to be honest. Of course it makes it a little strange to be a bounty hunter then. Let me rephrase that. I like law abiding people."

Sai nodded it was true what Alekir’s it felt good to know that she did the work by herself and he was right someone had to do it. In this world, it was a dog eat dog world and sometimes you had to do things that other wouldn’t want to do. The question on what she did when she had spare time thinking for a moment wondering if she should tell him the truth. “Well to be honest when I have spare time I am either spending time with my ‘children’ or I am relaxing at a tavern normally getting information for another job.” Closing her eyes, she thought about her kids some were already long gone sent on they way to train and become like her, other were adopted by lovely families and last some were given normal lives and got normal jobs. Only a few of her children reminded with her and there were the ones who help look after her when she came back hurt.

Alekir was surprised when she had mentioned children. I mean he wasn't really surprised in a bad way...just surprised. "Children? I didn't know you were a mother Sai. I mean I personally love kids it's just....a little surprising. Especially with our type of career....." Alekir took a deep breath, letting the information take its toll. He really didn't see Sai as much of a motherly type but he has been wrong before. After taking a deep breath he spoke again "So how old are these kids of yours? I would love to meet them someday. Must be interesting kids with someone like you raising them." Alekir said someone like you playfully, not meaning anything from that last part.

“Yes, children. I always had a soft spot for children, but I’m not a mother in the traditional sense. Given the type of career we both have.” Sai did enjoy that she was able to surprise Alekir a little bit and he was right with they career it was hard for her to be there all the time for the kids she took in but it’s why she was saving towards an orphanage that will also work as her base of operations. Hearing the question on how old her children were it was a hard question for sure since given the race of some of them others were babies but been on this earth longer than herself. “I am sure you meet some of them already. Did you ever do a job with a with a young elf with green eyes and taken a liking to a sword and wearing a white cloak. No matter how many times I told him white is not a colour to wear on the job. Some children never listen. Yes some of them are interesting but currently, only two live with me the others I got them apprenticeship because of connections.” It was funny here she was bragging about her children like a normal mother even though some of them are cold-blooded bounty hunters while others decided to do simple work like a blacksmith.

Alekir nodded. It made sense.....he guessed. He wondered what she meant by "she was a mother in a traditional sense.". Was she more of a mentor/guardian for these kids? His focus came back to Sai as she asked him if he ever had done business with an elf in a white cloak. "Sorry, can't say I done a job with someone like at. I mean I'm sure I've seen him once or twice but I have never done a job with him. I would be interested in meeting these two little ones who currently live with you. Maybe I could teach them a few thing?" [/color] Alekir gave a hardy chuckle as he said that. Alekir stretched, "accidentally" wrapping an arm around Sai's shoulder. "Tell me Sai, what made you chose this career path? Was it family, or something a little more interesting?"

“Are you sure you wish to meet them. I mean they might try and attack you.” Sai said honestly knowing that if she ever brought someone home who she had even the slightest interest in her children would more than test the person. It would be funny since she knew that they would try and find a way to contract her other children to test that person to see if they were even worthy of her affections. Feeling Alekir’s arm around her she felt her heart skip a beat, it felt right and yet not at the same time, pushing down all instinct and training to not wrap her arms around Alekir since she might just end up snuggling with him. Hearing the question, she was glad for the small change of topic since her mind and her heart was conflicted on what she was to do.
“Well more like the career chose me. You know how I wasn’t raised by my birth family. Well the man who raised me I found out what he did for a living by accident and well normally, in that case, I should have been put to death. It was when my shaping shifting gift made themselves known and from that day on I was given proper training. What about you did you get into bounty hunting because of family?” Closing her eyes Sai listened to the sounds of nature while wondering why she was opening up to someone who was a complete stranger to her just a few months ago, and now she was gaining feelings just from spending time with him. She just prayed at these new feelings that she was developing wasn’t going to change her when it came to her pain source of income.

"Now I'm more than sure. It will be interesting to see how your kids can fare in a fight. Plus I think it would be just absolutely adorable." Alekir laughed a little. On the inside however, Alekir was almost completely terrified of what Sai's children would think of him. He thought he could pass off as at least acceptable but he could never be sure.
Alekir quickly blocked off all of his worries once Sai started talking. I see. Well that is certainly an interesting way for you to find your career. Me....well I guess I always had a feeling I would become a bounty hunter. My father was a bounty hunter, and so was his father, and so was his father's father and so on. My father would often teach me combat techniques when he came home from hunting, teaching me what he could at the time. But I guess what made it certain was when my father never came back from a hunt. I could only assume the worse. So I decided to follow in my father's footsteps...and to find who had killed my father and take care of them myself to avenge his death."

Hearing that Alekir wanted to see how well they fared in a fight she could already picture the fight. The clash of metal hitting metal with silent movements and everyone thinking on they feet on how to disarm they foe to try and get an upper hand. Even thinking about it she wasn’t sure who the winner of the fight was going to be since she knew that she trained her kids well but how well would they do against a seasoned professional it would be interesting for sure and if anything, it could help her figure out what she needs to focus on for her children. “I’m sure they would love that. I think they get bored fighting me or each other at times.”
Sai listened to Alekir from what he said it seemed like his career path was more or less laid out for him before land until the death of his father when it sparked him to fully take up the mantel. “Did you ever find out who killed your father?” She said as she closed her eyes going through her mental database of those she had to silent for a job, no one resembled Alekir which was good since she wouldn’t want this new found relationship to end because she had to do something for a job. Plus, it did give her something to do to help Alekir if she could dig up any leads regarding the death of his father.
