Sai had left word with the town crier and had put up a few posters letting people know that she was looking to hire a healer for her orphanage. As much as she loved her children she couldn’t help them if they got hurt and if she was away doing other business to raise money for to put food on the table and clothes on they back. Sai was in a simple outfit that day it was a dark brown long sleeved dress with a deep V-neck exposing the top of her chest. The middle of the outfit was a dark grey corset with a belt around the middle for her to place her daggers just lower there were two slits on each side allowing her to have free movement in case she needed to leave right away to get something done. To complete the outfit, she wore a pair of black boots with the hilt of her dagger sticking out the top of her boot. As Sai waited in front of the orphanage she had one of her other daggers out with a rag in her other hand she slowly wiped it off. The dagger wasn’t dirty pre-say but it was way for her relax while she waited for someone to show up to be interviewed. Her eyes were watching everyone that passed by from the children that were with they parent and the adults who were heading on they way to the work or just heading out to meet they, lovers. Thinking of lovers, she remembered that the Blossom Festival was going to be coming up soon and for the first time she was looking forward to it praying that if it was anything like last years that maybe she could get matched with Alekir and finally tell him how she feels. After talking with Serenity, she realised that she did love Alekir and the thoughts of her getting married didn’t scare her since she knew that Alekir would be able to take care of himself and he wasn’t going to get hurt since he was in the same career as herself. Even with her being deep in thought her eyes were scanning watching for anyone heading towards her. Dress

Zyphire after wandering for some time reached Nova, hoping to just stay here for a few days before heading out again started walking around the streets. Hearing the town crier mention the need of a healer for an orphanage seemed to intrigue her. Walking to the crier she asked about the information she just spoke about before given directions to the location and where a poster was.
Looking over the poster for a second Zyphire thought that she should at least try and check if she could get that job. If she could maybe she could actually settle down and no longer wander around from place to place without a place to call home.
After reaching the Orphanage, Zyphire saw a person in front of the Orphanage and approached her “ Hello, are you the one looking for a healer?” Zyphire said in a somewhat monotone voice as she looked at the woman holding a dagger.

Seeing the person walking up Sai did a quick look over of the woman she was tall but not as tall as Sai herself, the blue hair and eyes were different but she did notice the tips of the woman’s ears sticking out. So, she was an elf not completely rare in these days but most don’t venture too far from they settlement so what was one doing here not that it matters much to Sai. Sheathing her dagger, she folded up the rag and extended her hand towards the woman. “I am. Follow me inside we can talk there.” Sai said when turned and walked inside before getting far she knelt to one of the little boy’s who was now under her care. “Mommy is going to talk with this nice lady here she might become our new live-in healer, but if anyone else comes let them know to wait for a little here or show them to the backyard okay.” Watching the boy nod his head happy to be entrusted with the task she ruffled his hair before taking the stairs and heading towards the office.
Once inside the office, Sai took her seat and gestured for the blue haired woman to take the seat from across from her. “I’m Sai I run this little orphanage. Now keep in mind that this job does involve working with children. So, the question is are you good with children because I can not have a healer that doesn’t like children.” Sai said getting straight to the point her voice came out monotone as her eyes harden to not show any emotions. Alekir might have gotten her to show more emotion that she was used to but she was thankful that her new-found feelings didn’t get in the way of work for when she has to return to being emotionless. Once Sai got her answer she turned and looked out the window watching the kids run around in the backyard, some climbing the tree while others were playing tag. “Second this is a paid job but will be living on site and all meals are provided. Meaning the pay isn’t overly great since we do rely on donations and odd jobs here and there to cover the total cost.” Sai said being completely honest and upfront since she didn’t want someone who believed that they will be making the normal pay-grade as a healer who worked in the castle or even one of the richer families.

Following Sai into the orphanage Zyphire smiled as Sai spoke with one of the children, though it didn’t show to much from her demeanor Zyphire did enjoy the company of kids. After reaching the office Zyphire took a seat across from Sai at her gesture. Hearing her question Zyphire smiled as she answered.“ I’m Zyphire and well I love children, they’re enjoyable to be around with and the least likely to have a hidden agenda” Zyphire spoke honestly since she hated dealing with adults since there was always some secret that seemed to bite her afterwards.
“ I don’t mind the pay being less than normal, to be honest I’m not a true healer. I guess you could say I don’t use magic to actually heal. I’m more of a physician and a herbalist. Though magic is involved and it is possible to do minor healing. I have found it less taxing and more effective through creating potions and remedies.” Being honest about what she did she found no need to truly lie about what she did nor did she want to be viewed as a hypocrite. “In my village me and my teacher had a practice where we would sell remedies and help the wounded in battle. Foraging and self defense just came naturally along with it. If there is anything else you wish to know just ask, I don’t plan to keep secrets though I won’t tell what I was not asked “ near the end of her short history she became slightly monotone and serious.

Sai nodded her head Zyphire was already on the right track for simply enjoying the company of children. That was the most important thing for any healer she hired is that they got along with children she was fine with that. Though she did question a little why she said that children least likely to have a hidden agenda but didn’t voice it since it was true. Keeping those words in mind she will have to let Zyphire in on what she did for work if she made it pass a two-week working in there.
“That is okay if I am honest with you potions and remedies are perfectly fine. Most the time the children get hurt from playing outside of getting into a fight with each other. Non-magical healing I find it more effective for them to be careful next time.” She said being completely honest if anything serious ever happened where needed to take a child to the clinic which was one of the reason she chooses this location it would be easy to get to the clinic in the second district. “Well if you would like to continue selling remedies while working here I am fine with that.” Since if she couldn’t pay her enough at least she will have a second source of income to buy anything that she might need. Hearing that she was self-taught in defense was good too since it will come in handy if she told Zyphire what else also happened in the building.
“To be honest I have no more questions. You answered more than enough plus questions don’t always tell much. So this is how it will work for the first two weeks you will be on trial to see if you can handle the job. If you pass you will be given the job permanently. Even if you don’t pass you will still be paid for working here for those two weeks. Now I am not sure but had the infirmary built with a small bedroom within it so that you have privacy but also can be close to any of the children who might have been hurt.“ Standing up she looked at Zyphire before extending her hand. “Welcome to Rose Garden I’ll give show you around and introduce you to a few people.”
Walking around the desk Sai headed towards the door holding it open for Zyphire, once she passed through the door Sai will close her office door behind her. “One thing we don’t lock the doors inside. I’ll have to give you a key for the main doors since we do lock those at night. Your hours here are not set hours so you can start work whenever you want I also ask that if possible help out a little with caring for the children.” She said as she walked down the hallway having gone left from her office, coming to a door she pushed it open inside was rows of the bed along with shelves with potions on them and dried herbs. A metal cupboard was in on corner that held more medical items, in the back section of the room was a closed off section with thick heavy sheets to close off the bedroom the curtain was currently open so Zyphire would see the bed pushed against the wall with a chest at the foot of the bed, next to the bed would be a side table with a lantern on it. “If anything is not to your liking we can change it.”

“That's good and yeah, though it does take some resources being able to prepare them beforehand is convenient. And well we’ll have to see I’m new in the area so i’ll have to check what herbs and materials I can find here. “ Zyphire said somewhat excited to go around and see the area that she would most likely be staying at.
Looking at Sai as she told her there was no more questions Zyphire smiled. “ That is true, and I’m fine with that. “Thank you for having me, hopefully I’ll be here to stay “ Zyphire said as she extended her hand to shake Sai’s.
Walking past the door she heard what Sai was saying “ I don’t have too much things to do so whenever i’m needed i’ll be there. Though I may need to go and buy either a chest or another cupboard with a lock then, though I do make healing potions there are times when other types of potions are needed. “ Zyphire said slightly encrypted to prevent any children from understanding the meaning. “ Don’t worry about it Sai everything here seems more then enough to my liking.

“That is understandable. We have a small herb garden in the back if you would like to check that out.” Sai mentioned. “If anything the Forever forest should have herbs that you need. I can go with you to forge for herbs or one of the children can assist you if anything.”
Sai was glad that she liked the room and nodded her head knowing fully well what type of potions she was about. “That is fine if you need to get another chest or cupboard with locks. I’ll give you a few moments to settle in. The key for the main doors should be in the top draw of the side table if it is not there let me know I’ll get you a copy. I’ll leave you to settle in and when I can introduce you to the children and my own children who help me run this place.” She said before nodding her head and backing out of the room allowing Zyphire to settle in.
