Lucinda looked at Adrain thoughtfully. "I had not considered that. I still have not told Uncle Noku that I can do this but you're right, it is very promising. Perhaps it's time I had a chat with him," she mused, sighing a bit. "Thank you for the compliment though," she added, perking up and stretching on her toes to kiss the mage.

The princess watched the look of horror settle on Adrain's face and couldn't help but burst into laughter. Her voice rang out across the meadow and she stood still while he attempted to get the liquid out of her hair and dress. "Thank you, but you don't really have to bother. Perhaps we could take advantage of the situation and head over to the springs instead? That's not far from here is it?" she offered, giving him a look of pure innocence.

Adrain nods and then reciprocates the kiss from Lucinda, though his mind was instantly distracted by the visions from Ai. He had been admittedly unable to spend as much time with Lucinda due to the many responsibilities he had and what's more the looming threat was overhead. However at some point Lucinda spoke again suggesting the springs which broke him out of the trance that was being sold off as concentrating on magic.

"Oh absoultely, sure." he says, raising a brow at Lucinda's seemingly too innocent look. He knew her, she had that mischievous streak inside of her but the springs would probably help him to relax a bit since he's already had two misfires today. He takes her hand and walks with her to the springs, looking ahead on the path to the springs and towards the water. He looks around as they get to the tranquil springs, the fact neither had bathing suits coming to mind now.

Lucinda grinned as Adrain agreed with her. She let him take her hand, lacing her fingers with him as they walked towards the springs. It was a peaceful walk, with only the usual forest noises to distract them. Lucinda smiled as she looked around, watching birds flit between the trees. "I've never spent much time outside of the city, save for my trips to and from Palico and that one other springs trip," she said thoughtfully. "It's so beautiful out here in the forest. Dangerous, I've heard, but perhaps that adds to the allure."

Once they reached the springs, Lucinda looked around to make sure they were alone, pulling Adrain to one of the more secluded looking pools. "I really fell in love with this place the last time we were here," she said conversationally, before turning to face the mage. A sultry smile danced on her lips. She reached around to undo the lacing on her corset, then she slipped off each sleeve before shimmying the flouncy dress off over her hips. Her underthings were matching; a pretty baby blue color with white lace edging.

The princess turned, flipping her hair over her shoulder and sauntering to the edge of the pool. She balanced there, glancing back at Adrain and smiling.

"The forest usually isn't dangerous1 as long as you stick to yourself and not bother making anything angry. Besides aren't I proof with my big scary magic there is allure in danger?" he teases, smiling at the princess and squeezing her hand and laughing softly. As Lucinda seemed to navigate around the pools like an expert, Adrain watches as she seemingly all too casually shimmies out of the outfit she was in, showing her lovely, curvaceous form in it's full glory almost. It was almost too much for the man to bear.

Remembering the situation, he looks around to make sure nobody is around and then holds his hand up, forming an opaque shadow barrier around, both for privacy and to keep intruders out. He then looks at her, approaching her and standing a few feet away with a wry smile.

"You seemed just a little too willing to strip down...are those piercings I see under there?" he teases, knowing it would likely fluster her.

"I guess that's a good point. You are dangerously attractive," she tossed back, grinning. His advice made sense though. She'd often heard that the creatures in the forest just wanted to be left alone, for the most part. "At the very least, I certainly have nothing to worry about with you around," she added more seriously.

Lucinda watched Adrain as he looked at her, delighting in his reaction. She didn't miss when he put up the barrier either, coloring lightly at her own bravery. Undressing in the open where anyone could see! Adrain certainly had an interesting effect on her confidence.

When he made the joke about piercings, the princess laughed. "You would wish, I'm sure," she threw back, but her face was pink with blushing as she dropped her eyes to her toes.

The princess smiled, looking back up at Adrain with a spark of mischief in her eyes. A quick flick of her wrist sent a sudden, small splash of water at the Mage, hopefully only soaking his hair. She backed into the pool, wading up to her waist and looking at Adrain expectantly. "Well, come on. The water is amazing, as I just demonstrated," she invited.

"Well maybe worrying about getting ravaged being alone in the forest with a handsome, dark man." he says coyly in response to Lucinda being worried about nothing. It was just banter really, he had decided to loosen up a little with this date with Lucinda and be more loose since it was just the two of them here.

"Maybe. the male says with a small joke in response to Lucinda's comment about his remark about piercings. Seeing her look around and red, he ponders for a moment what to do next. The splash of water would soak Adrain's hair and some of his shirt as he saw his princess waddle into the water.

"A bit warm but yes.." he says, finally relenting as he in turn strips down to just his under shorts, exhaling with a bit of redness and then making his way into the water slowly, getting used to the temperature difference

Lucinda blushed again at Adrains joke about being ravaged in the woods. "That doesn't sound like the worst thing that could happen out here," she said, trying to sound casual and flirty at the same time. This was a bit unusual for her, but she was determined to step out of her she'll a bit.

As Adrain finally relented, Lucindas face lit up with her smile. She waruched as he stripped down to just his shorts, not bothering to hide her appreciation. Lucinda waited as Adrain walked slowly into the pool. In the meantime, she sank down into the water, soaking her hair and resting on the bottom for a minute.

Adrain had made his way across to where Lucinda was and then seemingly sits on the water itself, in a indian style position being hovered in the water by his magic, his head above the water. He saw her soaking and deciding to return the mischief that was given to him by causing a brief, almost freezing current of water to assail her toes.

Lucinda started as a cold current assailed her toes, jumping straight up with a screech. Her head bumped into Adrains bottom as she had drifted a bit from her original position. The princess laughed and coughed as she ducked around the Mage. "I guess I deserved that," she managed, smiling. She poked him lightly in the thigh. "Smart of you to keep your toes safe," she noted wryly. Her hand slipped back under the water, reaching to caress his backside where she'd hit him. "I didn't hurt you didn't I?" She asked, her tone half caring, half teasing.

Adrain is jostled when Lucinda bonks him and flails a little with a slight 'ahh'. "Well I had to get you back for being such a tease." he says coyly, watching her approach and slide her hand, his buttocks feeling the caress of her hand as he raises a brow toward her. "Well you tell me, does it feel bruised or battered? Perhaps I should compare.."] Adrain says, leaning over and giving her own bum a firm squeeze.

Lucinda laughs as Adrain flails a little, not worried about him falling. She nodded reasonably when he insisted he had to get her back. "Absolutely. What else could you do?" she quipped, rolling with the tease. When Adrain answered he with a question, she feigned a serious look, rubbing his assets a little more firmly. "Let me check... hmmm. No, I don't think so. But is it tender here?" she asked, moving her hand a bit more forward to fondle his 'family jewels'.

A blush rose light on her cheeks as Adrain returned the favor, the firm pressure of his hand on her butt sending a tingle of pleasure through her. "This outing is taking a surprising turn," she murmured, smiling.

After a pleasant evening together, and a detour eventually taken to the ARC for a vigorous amount of magical training to make up for lost time, Lucinda would find after the last activity with Adrain she would be in proper attire as well as in what appeared to be the ruins of a castle. At the center of the room, a presence would be felt...far more powerful than Lucinda had ever felt before. A giant, at least twelve feet tall sat in a throne with glowing blue chains around him in every which way binding him seemingly endlessly to the throne.

The eyes open as red spheres take in the girl's form, a chuckle emitted. "Why...hello there. It's been some time since I've seen a visitor."

Lucinda blinked, looking around confused. A minute ago she'd been with Adrain in the ABC, training. Judging by the looks of it, she must still be in the ABC but what was this place? Her clothes had changed as well as she found herself in a beautiful purple sundress. After taking in the ruined castle, her eyes finally came to rest on the chained figure. He emanated more power than she could ever remember coming into contact with, immediately putting her on edge.

The princess gasped as the man opened his eyes and addressed her. The red color of them was a bit disturbing and she couldn't help but wonder why he was chained to that throne. "Who are you?" She asked, her tone polite but curious.

"I am Kalonis, God Emperor of the Hyperion empire before I was struck down by the puppets of a schemer. I know of you, Human Girl,one whom would seek to pair with my host. There are bits you may have been told by the shiftet, but they only scratch the surface" the figure states with a solemn laugh.

"Only when Adrain sleeps can any find their way here at the core of his soul. I imagine you may have inquiry."

Lucinda's brows furrowed as she listened to Kalonis introduce himselfor and explain the situation. This was part of Adrains soul somehow? SShe thought about that, reasoning that it must be because they were asleep in the ARC. She nodded when he mentioned she might have an inquiry. "I have quite a few questions now, if you don't mind answering them. But first, despite you insisting you know of me, I still feel the need the introduce myself propeels. My name is Lucinda Noru, Princess of Palico," she said, smiling and dropping into a curtsy. Straightening, Lucinda began her questions. "Where is Hyperion? Why are you chained here in Adrains soul? What do you mean, 'shifter'?" She asked, just to start. She took a breath and waited patiently , determined to get as much information as Kalonis was willing to give her.
