When she is with her brother she enjoys babying him and joking around.

Description: the spell messes up magic that would reveal her identity. the enemy's spell seems to work perfectly fine
Range: same as the spell being casted on her
Times Per Day: As often as needed (usually only uses it when she's in phantom thief mode).
Extra/Drawbacks:
( example: say Nyx's string of fate. instead of showing the correct color, or the correct direction it would show a falsified color towards Cynthia but at the same time that string would actually be shown to another person or object)
Spell/Ability Two: Phasing
Description: Cynthia can move between through walls and floors using shadow magic to create an opening for her to pass through
Range: Must be in contact with the surface she is trying to phase through
Times Per Day: 10
Extra/Drawbacks: Bringing in other people with her is difficult/ nearly impossible because their manna circuits interfere with the spell which can cause mishaps (IE one person goes through or a leg is missing)

15 sets of Sharpened Feathers that are attached to her by strings of manna so that she can recall them to her or manipulate them to do various things ( like shield an attack or bind her foes)
trained in fighting with twin daggers if she needs to melee
trained in throwing daggers as well

Biography
History: Cynthia's past is the same as her twin's Selkiris. At age 10 Cynthia and Selkiris were playing in their room in their home when a strange knock was heard from the door. When their mother went to answer it a large tattered man stood in the door way. The man seemed silent when their mother asked who he was in confusion. Then he just walked in making his way into their home, his hand around her throat choking the life out of her. Behind him came four other men, all carrying swords and axes. Selkiris and Cynthia hid in horror while watching their father tried to fight them. He fail leaving Cynthia and Selkiris to fend for themselves in Nova.
At age fifteen Cynthia and Selkiris had managed to scratch together a life for themselves, however when Selkiris returned home, a crash was heard in their small hovel. Selkiris saw Cynthia being dragged out the house by bandits. He tried to stop them but was overpowered and knocked unconscious as Cynthia's screams echoed in his mind.
Cynthia was taken to Pherana and raised as a slave to the bandits who took her. after some "readjustment" to her new life, she became a personal slave to the leader of the bandits. When she had turned 25 years old the leader of the bandits saw potential in her to become a thief. He began to teach her various things, excelling in all categories he set up for her. However she was too good, he was afraid that she was going to surpass his skills and stage an uprising against his leader ship, he planned to have her assassinated to eliminate the threat however, at the night of the set assassination, the entire guild was found dead alongside the guild leader murdered inside of his office with a card that was left in a wound on top of his heart.
The card dripping in blood reads the following:
" Dear asshole, for years of abuse, emotional and physical. You decided to reward your pupil with a sentence of death simply because she was better than you in every category, and for that reason I sentence YOU to death to atone for your sins against humanity, may your soul never rest in peace - The Oracle."
And try as they might, no one ever was able to find a trace of the Oracle. Years later when she began to become famous because of her calling cards to the targets she deemed evil or sinners worthy of her attention. The king of Pherana placed a bounty on the Oracle for her capture. She decided that her time in Pherana was up and she had to return home to try and find her dear brother Selkiris ( if he was even alive at that point) or face capture and become a military conscript or a slave again. So she chose to return to nova and begin the journey to find the one who destroyed her family.
