Clothing - Detailed Appearance: Aruk is a little bug that is surprisingly very tough. He has a harden exoskeleton protecting his body that can prove difficult for normal animals to pierce. The only soft spots that he needs to watch out for is the center of his chest, his shoulders, and his sensory organ as those are only muscle and have no protection. On his back are two largeish nubs, these are excess chitin growth and symbolizes his age and caste. When one looks at Aruk's face one would quickly notice that he does not appear to have any ear, nose, or eyes to speak of. Aruk, like all Yequl, has no eyes so he is actually blind. His ears are stored under a flap in the center of his forehead which is called the 'sensory organ' and the two large slits near his mouth are where his nostrils are. Disturbingly, Aruk has very human like teeth and a jaw that juts out of his mouth. This is to easily eat the native fauna of the island's the Yequl are native to.
Personality: Aruk is a bug that is ask first and act later. He is a scientist through and through. He enjoys experimenting on things and learning from mistakes he has made in the past. Even though most of his kind have some strong opinions about defilers (people that mine down into Teair) Aruk sees them more as possible partners in the quest for something greater. He doesn't like getting over emotional about things and often tries to calm himself down if he gets to frustrated or upset.

Description: Aruk has some extremely strong senses even for a Yequl. His sense of hearing and smell is so strong he can somehow smell the emotions of someone if they are strong enough or he could hear a pin drop in the midst of a loud banter.

Extra/Drawbacks: Extremely loud noises like horns or powerful smells like rotten food can cause Aruk to get extremely nauseated and in worse cases bed ridden for a few days
Ability Two: Overdrive
Description: If truly necessary Aruk can send his senses into overdrive which extends the range of his senses to sixty feet
Range: 60 ft
Times Per Day: Once
Extra/Drawbacks: Doing this will give Aruk an extremely strong fever and will leave him bed ridden for at least three days to recover
Combat: He barely knows anything about melee combat but he does now enough to hold off against an untrained idiot

Biography
History: Ever since Aruk was born he had been told by the Queen and his breeders he would be doing great things very soon. Aruk held onto these words like dear life, even though he knew that the Queen and her breeders said that to all the newborns. Even before he was given his job and was still deemed 'too young' Aruk always enjoyed cataloging his discoveries into books once he learned how to read and write. One day the queen caught him cataloging and instead of punishing him like she was supposed to she actually laughed. She took him into her arms and told him that he would rise to the top. Above all the seers. She told him that before he he reached his first century he would reach the rank of High Seer. Aruk couldn't believe what she was saying. Never before had he ever heard her say that to anyone. He realized when he was older that she was actually speaking of the truth.
Once Aruk finally reached the age of eight he was given his job, Seer. He was given job after job, but Aruk actually loved it. He loved the idea of the queen calling apon him for jobs, as it made him feel complete. He was serving his queen to better the Yequl society. He would help lead the construction to the grand statue to Eostu in the temple and cataloged all of the species of the island into an easy to understand compendium. At age sixty Aruk was awarded for his hard work day and night. The queen called him to her quarters and told him to kneel. Aruk obeyed and he felt something cold touch his shoulders, it was an ornate chitin staff that the queen always carried. The queen spoke and told him that he would be given the highest position possible for his hard work. A position the queen had promised him as a child, High Seer. High Seer lead all of the seers and practically was the second in command, only under the Queen in power. Aruk spent the next eight years dealing with all of the problems any other seers might have encountered through their jobs. At age sixty eight Aruk was given probably one of the most important job in his life. He would have to leave the islands with a small party on a royal Yequl ship to try and make a business deal with the King of Nova for resources. Aruk took the job happily as he knew that this job would also allow him to be the first Yequl to catalog species from a land other than the islands.
