“You learned cooking in a similar way huh.” Lucifina said as she recalled the earlier situation. Once Cam answered Lucifina was surprised “2..2..28? Y..you're being serious right Cam?” Lucifina was shocked and wondered if it was because they were from different worlds that he seemed different from what she expected. “I..i..I’m 200” Lucifina said as she looked at Cam.

After a few moments she would take a deep breath, “Is there anything else you wanted to ask me?”

“Yes I’m twenty-eight is that a bit strange.” Standing up he fanned her a bit. “So you are a 172 years older than me.” Chuckling a bit the age difference, wasn’t that bad given that he did have a long alive ahead of him so a few hundred years didn’t make much of a difference. “Are you upset that I’m only 28?” Asking out of concern.



“Hm…” Thinking for a moment on what he wanted to ask her. “Do have any children?” It was an innocent question and he was just wondering cause given her age he expected that maybe she had at least one or two children by now.

“I’m not upset j..just surprised and embarrassed. I didn’t think you would have been that young is all.” Lucifina Squirmed around while looking at Cam when he asked if she had any kids. “Umm no. I don’t have any children, I didn’t even have a love interest until recent….” Holding her stomach she wondered especially with last night if she was okay. “Hey Cam, last night with rose. D..did you well. You know”

After waiting a bit for an answer she remembered when she first woke up. “You said you had a child right Cam? If i remember right, with a person named Nafuna?” Lucifina asked wanting to know more about Cam and his life before they met.

“Not need to be embarrass angel. Though I hope it don’t treat me differently now that you know I’m younger than you.” Cam watched as she squirmed a bit it was kind of cute. Though he was a little excited to hear that she had a love interest as of recent. Remembering what Rose had said he wondered if Lucifina was going to tell him now or if she was just hinting at it. A blush appeared on his cheeks, looking away. “I did but…um… I took the Mylee bluebells.”



Hearing her ask him about Nafuna he wasn’t expecting that question, though he was thankful for the sounds of the meat sizzling. Quickly hopping off the stool he went over to the ‘stove’ and carefully flipped the meat around, as the notice the amount of oil in the pot. “I do, though I don’t know the gender of my child. Yes, Nafuna is the mother of my child. Why do you ask?” He asked as he moved the meat around the pot a bit.

“N..no I probably wouldn’t treat you differently because you're younger, we probably have similar lifespans so a few 100 years probably wouldn’t be a big deal right?” Lucifina said and had a hint of disappointment when she heard him say she took the bluebells, in a somewhat emotional mess she did love Cam and want a kid of his but at the same time she thought it might be due to Rose’s influence on her.

“Thats so sad, and well um… i..im not sure I want to know more about you i guess” Lucifina blushed as she admitted that. Taking a couple more breaths she thought this might be the best time especially since she knew Rose would probably interrupt them if she stalled any longer. “I..I wanted to know because well… i..I think I have feelings for you umm.. Cam..” Lucifina turned red as she put her face on the counter so Cam hopefully wouldn't see.

“That’s right a few hundred years isn’t a big deal.” Cam looked up and heard saw the passing look of disappointment on Lucifina’s face. He wasn’t sure why she had the look he had done it for her own good. He didn’t want to end up in another situation where he have a child with someone he cares about only to be torn away from them because of his status. He didn’t know how long he was going to be in Nova and didn’t want to leave Lucifina alone to raise his child.



“It is sad but I know my child is taken care of, and that Nafuna is fine as well. Though I am sad I never got to see my child.” Taking down two plates seeing that the meat was fully cooked he placed decided it evenly among the the plates, before he poured the egg mixture into the pot moving it around with the spoon as he watched it cook being careful not to overcook them. Listening to Lucifina he almost dropping the spoon into the pot, after recomposing himself he smiled at her warmly. “Well if it takes you feel better I think I have feelings for you too. Also breakfast is almost done.” He said as he plated the food, then grabbing the pot that was over the fire and pouring the water into a small teapot that had mint leaves in it. Making sure to put out all fires not wanting burn down the Arch.



Placing a plate in front of Lucifina along with a cup for the tea. “Is there anything else the angel want to know about the demon?”

Lucifina lifted her head up and looked at Cam, “really? Do you mean it Cam?” Lucifina questioned hoping it was true. “Yay food, Smells good from here Cam” Hearing about the food Lucifina smiled since she was hungry, she couldn’t remember when did she last eat. Once the plate of food was put in front of her she took a deep breath and the aroma of the food filled her senses, with a smile Lucifina took up one of the forks on the side of her plate before taking a bite of the food. looking at Cam she smiled since she thought it was one of the best things she ever ate though it might be since he made it. "Mhm Cam it tastes really amazing." After a few more bites and hearing Cam mention if she had any other questions for him she looked at him then looked around the kitchen before taking a breath and slowly asked her question.

“Umm well, i was wondering umm did you prefer me? Or rose, since she’s the demonic half after all.” Lucifina thought about it for a moment after she asked “S..s..sorry that must be a silly question, since me and her share the same body after all”

“Yes really. I mean it.” Taking the teapot he poured some for the both of them before taking a seat from across Lucifina. “I hope you like it it’s nothing fancy.” Cam smiled a bit seeing that she was eating. Picking up his teacup he took a sip of the tea preferring it black, as he watched her. As he watched her he couldn’t help taking in some of those smaller details, from the way she held her utensils, or the small smile that appeared almost briefly when she thought he wasn’t looking.



Putting down his cup he decided to start eating, not wanting the food to get cold. The question almost made him choke on his food, taking a moment before answering. “I don’t prefer either. Both Rose and yourself make up a single person. Even if you both were somehow able to split into two different bodies, I wouldn’t have a preference since race doesn’t matter it’s the personality that is appealing.”

Lucifina smiled when Cam said he meant it. Looking back up she saw Cam pour some tea for her “T..thanks Cam” She watched as he moved to the stool across from her and sat down. Moving her hand to the teacup she took a sip. Smiling she continued eating “I’m glad you see it that way,” she said as she continued eating the food. “Hey cam? Do you have any plans for today?” Lucifina asked, since she did want to spend more time with him and believed she didn’t have anything else to do for some time.


"If you don't do you want to spend the day with me? I..I want to know you a bit better." Lucifina squirmed slightly while saying that believing it was extremely embarrassing to say something like that. After saying it Lucifina took a bite of her food before she saw an image in her head, of what happened last night, choking a little bit on her food she was able to get it down by drinking a bit of the tea. Believing that it was because of Rose she swore she'd get her back later.

Cam chuckled a bit, “I don’t mind spending the rest of the day with you. Sareth is not expecting me back for a few days. Now we should finish eating then we can take a walk around the little village outside the Arch or by the lake.” Slowly he finished up his meal, waiting for Lucifina to finish so that he could wash up their plates.



Once they had done eating and the dishes were washed he placed dishes away. Walking out the door, he took Lucifina’s hand lacing they fingers together as they walked through the Arch heading outside. “So what else would you like to know about me. Today you are my mistress Lucifina.” Lifting her hand he kissed the back of her hand.

“Yay thats good, Nyx has been busy so I haven’t seen her too often either. It gets dull when shes not around” Lucifina smiled as she finished her plate while looking at Cam. Once he took her plate she sat and looked at Cam while smiling as he was washing the dishes. Once he finished Lucifina followed Cam through the door though embarrassed when he laced their fingers together. Before she was able to say a word Cam spoke something she never expected. Turning red completely she stood still as she watched Cam’s lips on her hand. “C..c..cam w..what are you doing!” Lucifina said trying not to make a scene. “T..Thats embarrassing, w..were going to make a scene” Looking around Lucifina was glad that at least it doesn’t seem like anyone is awake near them “W..we should go back inside, we can spend the day in your room if your o..okay with that” Lucifina said wanting to just make sure none of the students or staff saw her like this.

Cam smiled at Lucifina seeing her cheeks turn that lovely rosy red, it looked lovely on her. “I am simply showing my Mistress for the day all the attention I would show anyone I have to serve.” Getting down on one knee as he held Lucifina’s hand in his own placing another kiss on the back of her hand. “If my Mistress wishes to say the day inside the room then we shall, but I feel that it would be a day wasted if we spend it inside.” Looking up at Lucifina his eyes shining with a small sparkle in them. “Unless my Mistress wishes for us to start the nightly activities now then we can.”

Lucifina blushed and became as red as she could be, her head was spinning as she saw Cam do all of that, calling her mistress, Lucifina didn’t know what she was going to do now. Though she didn’t want to waste the day, and unlike Rose, Lucifina prefered her nightly activities to be at night. Once Lucifina was able to catch her breath she looked around for a second before answering “Lets go to the library for a bit. My memory is a bit hazy but didn’t Rose tell you some hint to controlling her?” Lucifina questioned slightly as she held Cam’s hand as she walked towards the Library.

Cam followed Lucifina as he wondered if he said something wrong, this was how he behaved when ever he had to escort one of the guest of the castle that requested him. Plus right now Lucifina was a guest and he was escorting her for the day. Taking her hand he stood up and walked with her towards the library as he recalled what happened last night. “Rose did say that she had self control. She does what she does because she feels that you are too innocent.”



Once they got to the library Cam held open the door for Lucifina allowing her to enter before him. Taking a moment as he looked around he saw that only a few people were there most likely the students that fell asleep in the library the night before or the ones that woke up early to study a bit. Walking towards one of the window stills he grabbed a pillow and place it against the wall for Lucifina. “Is there anything you might require?”

“Yes I remember hearing that. When’s shes in control its somewhat like im watching someone in my body.” After walking into the library, Lucifina smiled as it seemed that there wasn’t too many students in here today. Probably since there's no exams soon or the exams ended not too long ago. Happy since rumors wouldn’t spread as much hopefully lucifina walked towards one of the wall and sat down her back on the pillow. “Hmm we would have to find some books on manna control most likely, and on demons, I guess anything that would seem relevant would be nice. Hopefully we can find something though if not we could always head back into the room and do what we did before” Lucifina said quietly as she relaxed a bit using the pillow.
