Affairs and Exchanges [Theo / Yuki / Sareth]

Following the Royal tea party hosted by Baroness Yuki D'Avranches, Theo felt it was appropriate to invite both parties to officially meet and finally start working getting their exchange affairs in order. In preparation for the meeting, Theo invited a scribe to the meeting, ordered a small supply of an array of Yuki's teas for tasting - including her rare milk chocolate tea, a bitter tea for Sareth, and a fruit tea for Theo. Theo also put together some sample contracts of previous exchanges, to provide an example for the two parties, and also arranged for some snacks to be brought to the meeting just in case it ran too long. 

Theo would send both parties a letter a week in advance, asking them to prepare what they hope to offer the opposing party, and what they hope to gain in return as their business partner. Theo included a list of expectations for the meeting - that it be formal, and that both parties respect each other and their businesses. Theo would expect them to arrive on time - their meeting being in the mid-afternoon around 3pm. 

Theo was dressed more formally than usual, wearing an all grey suit with a vest and cuff - links included. Theo hoped to make an impression and really wanted to help this business exchange to go through. He was glad he could encourage both parties to participate in the exchange, now it was just to make it happen. Theo would be sitting in his office, putting the final touches on the sample contracts, and preparing a stack of papers for them to make their own contract.

Yuki had gotten the notice that Theo had request another business meeting, reading over the details of the meeting it seemed that it was more a trade agreement with Sareth well more so Pharena. Still this was a big opportunity for her secure a trade deal that would be beneficial not only for her business but Nova as well. Spending most of the morning getting her skin scrubbed in the royal bath chambered and making sure that her hair shone. Once that was done she looked at her dress selection she had to wear something formal yet not too overly formal since this was a business meeting and not ball or a party. She had thought about wearing the dress she had worn at the tea party but changed her mind and selection a different dress. It a long dress with a sweetheart neckline and halter top design that appeared to have three layers the top and bottom layer was light blue in colour the fabric that was choice had simple pattern of vine like design in white and pink with a dark gray flower. The middle bottom layer was light pink in colour with similar pattern as the blue. Around the waist as a simple belt that was tied off in a bow showing off her thin waist. To complete the outfit she wore a simple gold necklace and pair of matching earrings. Her hair was in it’s traditional style with a light blue bow tieing off the bottom of her hair.



Sitting at her desk she look over information that Theo had said her upon the less of expectation for the meeting. After some thinking she quickly jotted down some of the possible trades she would be willing to make for tea. Looking at the paper until a light knock was heard at her door with a soft come she handmaiden informed her that it was almost time for the meeting. Nodding her head she quickly slipped her on stockings and her black chunky heels with the little bows on them. Grabbing the papers and her white shawl to go over her shoulders as she made her way down to the office. Adjusting her outfit she knocked on the door announcing her presence, giving Theo and Serath if they were in the office a moment before she entered.



“Good Afternoon.” Her voice soft with signs of her nervousness as curtsey, seeing that it was only Theo in the office at the moment.
