After several days Kaguya got several books, most of them to the best of her ability were resource books about Nova in general. As well as several books on spellcasting and other basic magic knowlages for this world. The pink haired hunter wanted to learn a bit more of the world around her. For awhile she had though maybe her twin would have been fated over. Before her in some kind of weird time shinanigans. But if that were true there would have been some kind of sign. This was suppered on by Nyx of that hope, in reality though he was stuck in the other world or dead. So she would have to move on with her new lease on life. Even then though, she was not sure even what to do. Kaguya was taking her time on this mattter since she had no where else to really go. Was this mage's school the place to go or was there something else. Even then it seemed that some of the native people of this world were rather high and mighty in there attitudes to her. Although there was a major cultrual divide with her and Nova, so it lead her to find some kind of resource book to understand things around her.

Adrain has been making his rounds through the day, checking in on the library among other places to make sure nothing wild was going on here. Ever since the incident of the wraiths possessing the library and causing a mess that took a week to set right once more, he had been wary of stray enchanted books ever since. As he passed the reading tables, his gaze set upon Kaguya, a new student that Nyx had brought over but he hadn't had a chance yet to talk to at any length.

He walks over and smiles, speaking calmly so as to not startle her. "Good afternoon Kaguya, I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to speak to you at greater length yet, but I wanted to see how you were doing since I happen upon you."

"Ah Sir Kaiaru hello" said Kaguya as she had some parchment paper and used a small piece to mark the page she was reading. She got up from her chair and gave a slight bow to the man. "Adjusting to a diffrent time and space has been rather hard. So as you can see I have been doing some reading to try and understand something" she said and then sat down in her chair and pushed with her foot to push the chair on the other side back. As an offer for Adrian to sit down. "I'm sure you would like to sit down for a moment to rest. Since this place is rather large. Unless you cheat by teleporting all over the place" she said with a laugh. The pink haired girl knew that the man was seeming having a small collection of women in a harem situation. Although could not blame some of these women since Adrian was a fine looking man and looking good in several places. "To be honest with you sir, I am a bit confused as to what to do with myself. My twin sacrificed himself to send me somewhere as my world was going to be destroyed by a great evil.
So I have a new chance of a life here in Nova. But not sure what to do, the only real thing that was said was Nyx about the Arch of Ages. And figured I would find my new destiny or some kind of path that would lead to it. I am sure that you get a lot of people that are like this or some Fated" she said answering his question about how her overall being was.

"Well...sometimes I do." he says, chuckling slightly about the response to cheating with teleportation. He bowed his head when she had made the formal gesture and after she was done looked at her softly. "Don't worry about the formalities too much, okay?" he says, then taking a seat once offered and watching her eyes as she spoke and reported about how she was, where she has been, and so on and so forth.

He nods at the last remark.

"There is still hope your brother made it. I'm sorry to hear about the fate of your world, truly. At least here you can live a life of your choosing, perhaps a peaceful one, perhaps an adventurer's style, perhaps that of a mage looking to grow the presence of magic in the world. Don't stress finding a grandiose future out the gate, Nyx was sort of like you but found a place here as an instructor. You know...you have a penchant for fighting, yes? Have you heard of the ARC?"

"Social habbits die hard" Kaguya said on the nature of formalities, this was something ingranied to her in some degree. She did let the man speak and give his condolances to her world as well as not let a lot of things stress her out. "Thank you.....but I have this feeling that he is not here. This is why I am not trying to rush things and take my time. But I still need some kind of guidance" she said as her eyes shifted down to the books and tomes she had around her. She then hears from Adrian about the ARC and her skill in fighting. "I've not been to privy to a lot of things in the Arch. I am assuming this is a special fighting arena or a specialized lab" she asked a bit curious as to why he mentioned this. For right now though it seemed that she would go along with this and would be able to use some of her tallents to use at least. If it was something relating to combat, everything else was not so easy for her.

He smiled softly as Kaguya expressed needing a guiding hand. "Well I am more than happy to help you however I can, just ask and I will do whatever is in my power. Do you have any interests you've ever wanted to explore or skills you wanted to gain? I have a number of resources at my disposal." he says, then raising a brow.

"Well sort of. It's a dreamscape chamber that allows participants to enter a lucid dream that can change conditions and settings to suit their needs. This allows people to experiment and do things without having to worry about collateral damage on the outside world. It's largely why you don't see a fire mage burning the forest down half the time." he says, rubbing his head. "It can also allow you to act in your full potential so you can practice and make the transition easier, I can even teach you how to edit it to make your own personal world you can visit if you want."

"Thank you for that its still been overweilming. I have done some gardening when I had free time. Most of my other intrests don't exsist here. Due to the era of this world and I doubt it will catch up to my world in my life time" she said to Adrian as he asked about her hobbies and or intrests. Then he went into detail about the ARC and this raised her eyebrow in a sense. A altered reality state and even her world that was just a conscept or in the infant stages. "That would help for those that would need to train. And yeah......trying to put out a Fireball of Fury in a place like this would be a pain in the ass" she said and had a small chuckle on the matter. Then pondered something on that matter. "Has someone become additied to it? Like not wanting to leave there dream world that they have made?I know that this a great tool but has anyone abused it? Sorry for all of these questions, I was just curious on these kinds of things" she said as it seemed like a really great thing to use. But at the same time the dangers of it were rather high in some other areas. Kaguya herself did not want to use something like that right now. She knew if she could alter it to her own dreamscape. That she might not want to come out of it. But at the same time she did not want to feel like this. The pink haired girl was much stronger then this in every way. The loss of everything though had been rather great.

"Well you could always try to invent some of what it was. I've heard of a number of things, perhaps it can be replicated. Just tell me a couple." Adrain says with some degree of sympathy for Kaguya being thrown far away from her comfort zone in terms of what her life was like back then. As she mentioned abuse of the chamber, he rose a brow.

"Well sometimes fated really like the chamber since it lets them hold onto a piece of home for a little while. When someone starts to have issues with self control or anything like that I usually start to get them a lucid dreaming ring so they can replicated it in their minds. Its usually under control of a staffer when a student is using it anyway."

"I see well its hard to explain for some of these items" Kaguya said and saw that Adrian was more then willing to work with her. Although something did come to mind "Although something does come to mind though with anything I need. I might need a lot of paper and high quality ink. I need it for some talismans and seals that I use from time to time. I was able to ward off spirits and demons away or weaken them. I have not focused on this in awhile since I have not had a stable place to train. Once I am up to a decent level I could train some people here to do it" she said and understood with the other thing and could try it out in the near future at least. "Also has Nyx been a bit too overprotective lately or is it just me" she said to Adrian as the girl had been annoying her lately. As she could at least handle herself at least.

"Just try...you might be surprised." Adrain says to the busty pinkie, then listening when that she wanted some papers and inks. He tapped his chin in thought. "Well that's easy enough...I think I've heard of that technique..kido?" he says. When asked about Nyx, he raises a brow.

"She is a compassionate woman, I think she feels a kinship with you because you come from comparable worlds and times. I would try to give her a break and not be too hostile about it. She tries her best."

"Eh......perhaps thats for another time for those kinds of items. Its that certain things are already done here with magic. With illuminating crystals and such for lighting the dark areas. Or using maybe some heat enchanted plates for cooking on top of or a flameless oven. Its more of the entertainment side of things......" she said as for her it was anime, games, and manga. Heck some junk food would have been good at this time too. But the mentioning of the spellcraft shifted to something she could talk to. "Some have called it that I think. I never remembered the correct term....I might have fell asleep in that class.....There are some other skills I might have to retain as well. I hope I can remember some ninppo as well. Its going to be for awhile though" she said and then hears about Nyx and she had to laugh a bit melencolly in its tone. "I think its for me annoyance, since I was like that a lot to my other half. And now its like I am getting the reciving end of it. Karma is vengeful like myself in this case. know she does. But I am not frail doll or a flower thats that delicate. I mean I ripped that core out of that golem. Yeah sure my arm got cut up but still it went down like a sack of potatos" she said and laughed again.

"I see, I see....I've compiled some ideas from other fated. I can begin to guess, I might be able to put together something..." he says, mentally putting a schematic together for a device that seemed possible. He wouldn't really overly share it though since he was uncertain if a number of things would work until he tried them and maybe the time used would be too much, but it could be a fun diversion.

"Magic is adaptive, whatever you called it, whatever the technique, you can figure it out with a little work. Other fated I've worked with have expressed similar concerns and they have all regained their capabilities." he says then shrugging a little.

"Physically you are mighty, that is obvious. A lovely bastion of strength, but is the inside as resilient? You've been through a lot and made a change. That is what I worry about more. Though if you are so defiant when you act I may need to commission some sort of healing item for you in case you rip another golem open and cut your arm up or something."
