Who wants to spend eternity alone? (Trinity)

[Ukilit]

Ukilit awoke, not knowing where he was. He looked around for a moment but felt something heavy on him. He turned and saw Trinity, the succubus he had met last night laying on top of him. Then it hit him like a brick. He had finally given himself up for someone and she seemed to care about him as much as he did for he. Ukilit smiled, but his mind was elsewhere. He thought about his wife Morgan who he had spent all this time saving himself for. "Morgan...Im sorry. I know I spent all this time waiting to be with you but I realize now that is impossible. You are likely an angel and I am an aberration. Trapped in a realm no angel dare steps foot and even the gods do not wish to go to. I hope you understand why I finally did this. But knowing you you had realized this the moment you became an angel. I can finally love again. With someone as brilliant, kind, and beautiful as you." Ukilit sighed. He ran a hand down Trinity's long locks. He moved in and kissed her forehead. "Good morning Trinity."

[Trinity Kane]

Trinity opened her eyes slowly, blinking to adjust to the light in the room. The sound of Rey's voice had woken her, and as her eyes adjusted, she smiled warmly as she could see his face. "Why, good morning." She then sat up and leaned in to kiss him softly on the lips. "That was a lovely night. Such an odd feeling to wake up next to somebody, but I like it." She looks into Ukilit's dark eyes, her own filled with love and sincerity.

[Ukilit]

Ukilit smiled for once in eternity "Yes it really is. Especially the warmth. I am acustomed to waking up in frigid cold. But it is much warmer with someone laying with you. As much as I would love to continue to lay with you however, I have much work I must do. I need to buy a few things and I need to go meet with a few people." Ukilit thought for a moment "If you would like you can join me. It's nothing too interesting, at least in my eyes but it is up to you." Ukilit continued to look down at his lovely partner, running fingers down her hair. She truly was something else.

[Trinity Kane]

Trinity smiled at Rey, loving the sound of his voice and how secure she felt. "I don't usually sleep in the cold, but there is something about having your arm around me that makes me feel safe. I don't know, I can't explain it." She frowned at the thought of him leaving her so soon. She strangely did not want to leave his side. Maybe it was because they were on two opposite ends of an imperfect evil. They both had dark pasts and things they had done and come to regret, Trinity's being the fact that she was a demon with no purpose in life other than to serve a stupid prince. As soon as Rey mentioned her tagging along with him, her train of thought was broken and she immediately perked up. She grinned from ear to ear as she spoke. "I would love to accompany you. It's not like I have anything better to do." She closed her eyes as he ran her fingers through her hair, loving the feeling of his embrace.

[Ukilit]

Ukilit smiled even wider now "Wonderful, let us get dressed the we can depart. " Ukilit slid out from the bed and under Trinity. He grabbed his clothing off of the floor and got fully dressed. He straigthned out his clothes and dusted off and dust or unwanted things from his apparel. Finally Ukilit touched his ring with two fingers of the other hand. He spoke something sounding like gibberish. The ring became dark and cold causing Ukilit to gasp for air. He stayed like that for a moment before deeply exhaling. He turned to Trinity "Im sorry, it's how I maintain the possesion. I am ready now if you want to go."

[Trinity Kane]

Trinity watched in horror as the ring seemed to cause Ukilit pain. She practically jumped off the bed and leapt to his side, grasping his arm and looking at him with deep concern. When he finally spoke, she exhaled, not knowing that she had been holding her breath. "You scared me." She frowned, tears almost pooling in her eyes. But why? Why did she have such deep feelings for this man? What was so different about him? She shook the thoughts out of her head. She didn't care. She enjoyed his company and truly cared for him. Trinity blinked the tears forming in her eyes away and moved to get dressed. She stepped into her dress and wiggled her hips as she maneuvered it over them and could put her arms into her sleeves. Once finished, took a black ribbon and tied her hair up in a messy mop on her head and looked over at Rey. She put her hands on her hips and shifted her weight to one foot. "So, what's on the agenda?"

[Ukilit]

Ukilit cracked his knuckles. "Well first I need to go talk to a little "friend" of mine. We had a deal and I expect him to keep it. I may seem nice to you Trin but betrayal is something I do not take lightly." ' Ukilit began to walk out of the room, holding to door for Trinity. "Hes quite the charming fellow, really a shining example of the Third District." Ukilit left the tavern, making sure Trinity was nearby him. They would walk for several blocks until Ukilt made a sudden turn into the alleyway. At the end of the alley an man sit down, staring at the markets on the other side. Ukilit stopped a few feet behind him. "Do you have it?" The man would jump and turn to Ukilit and Trinity "Gods above! I swear you appear out of nothing. Yea I got it, here's your damn book." The man handed Ukilit a thick tome with strange etchings on it. Ukilit opened the book and held it by one hand, using the other to briefly flip through some pages. On the pages seemed to be images of rituals or magical items and the writing was a mixture of languages, both native and foreign to Teair. "I...am impressed. And I am not impressed very often. Very well, I will honor our deal. Here is your locket and have a great day." Ukilit dug in his pockets and pulled out a silver locket. The man took the locket and walked off at a brisk pace. "AND STAY AWAY FROM ME YOU BLACK-EYED BASTARD!"

[Trinity Kane]

Trinity sauntered out the door gracefully that Ukilit held open for her. "Well, if there is any way that I can help, let me know. I may not look it, but I can kick ass when I need to." She smirked at him and waited for him to follow her out the door. She then followed him through the streets of the 3rd district. They walked several blocks before turning into an alleyway, of which had a man sitting at the end. Ukilit spoke and the man jumped, obviously scared by the noise. Trinity stood like a queen at Ukilits side, her hands folded gracefully in front of her. She watched the interaction between two men that ended in the man giving Rey a tome and Rey giving him a locket. Trinity glanced over at the book as Ukilit went through it, but she could not understand what any of the transcriptions meant. When the man decided to yell at Rey and call him a 'black eyed bastard', Trinity got really angry and it was very evident as a tail suddenly thrashed around from behind her as her half demon form tried to take over. In only an instant, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath and the tail was gone. She opened her eyes and spoke sternly to the man in the alleyway. "I suggest you watch your tone. You don't know me or the things I could do to you." She didn't know what came over her, but she felt powerful. She looked to Rey and then slipped her fingers between his and locked their hands together. Trinity then turned and began to walk away, pulling Rey with her.

[Ukilit]

Ukilit was mildly shocked at Trin's sudden anger shown by her tail. He held onto Trin's hand when she locked fingers with him and let her lead him. Ukilit laughed "What was that all about Trinity? I did not know you would get that angry from a little insult. I get those insults too often, then again I did stab his hand and take his last connection to his family from him merely because I wanted this tome. So I guess it was deserved. " Ukilit grinned, obviously not taking the encounter serious at all.

[Trinity Kane]

"I don't know what happened. I suddenly felt so protective of you. I have never felt protective of anyone." Trinity blinked, unsure of her feelings. Why was she all of a sudden wanting a partner? Trinity had never wanted to settle down. She took a deep breath. "I'd be lying if I said that I weren't falling for you, Rey. To tell you the truth, it scares the shit out of me." Trinity was telling the truth, her feelings scared her. Everything in her mind told her to jump ship and never look back, but her heart held her down, like an anchor at Ukilit's side.

[Ukilit]

Ukilit thought about what she said. She was a succubus...she wasn't supposed to fall in love if he remembered succubuses correctly. "L-Love is a scary thing. I know from experience. You never know where love might take you. Last night..I realied that me and Morgan will never be able to reunite. She is likely an angel and she would not dare tread my domain. So....I decided to possibly try love again. Answer my long deprived feelings. I am falling for you as well Trinity. I don't know why but obviously I must have a reason to have these feelings for you."
