Lilith walked into her new home, very happy with what she chose. Sima didn't know yet, but she had told him to meet her here. She was still quite unhappy with him, but none the less, she wanted him to see their new home. She had no doubts that when he knocked, or walked through that door, it would only take minutes for them to start fighting. Perhaps fighting was not the right word, but regardless she was not okay with what he had done today. She did not know the extent of his part in their mission, but it didn't matter.
Lilith roamed the living room, letting her eyes wander over the little details- the carvings on the borders of the walls, the hand crafted door to the bathroom, the beautiful lighting cast by the fireplace. Lilith walked into the kitchen, she had purposely found one with a larger size for Sima. And a higher ceiling- he tended to create large fires, most of which had charred their old ceiling beyond repair. After a moment, Lilith sat down at the kitchen table, and sighed. She knew she would miss her old home. She'd lived there for as long as she could remember. Mind you, the memories she cherished didn't happen until after Sima moved in with her, but regardless they were there.
Lilith stood, and walked to the ladder, climbing up, and pushing aside the curtain. Her- no, their- bed was neatly made, the soft blue blanket laid perfectly, and slightly darker pillows to match. Lilith smiled and lightly touched the wooden chest against the wall. She'd had it hand made for Sima. She didn't think he knew that she was aware of his "Momento's" he kept hidden under their old bed. Little things he collected to remind him of his memories. Like her dagger from the day they met, or the book from the day he'd brought her flowers in the library. She bought him a chest so he could stop hiding them, and put them away. But, she'd made sure it came with a lock and key so that he could keep it a secret if he so chose to. Lilith placed the key on their bed, smoothing out the blanket around it. She closed the curtain and climbed back down the ladder. She'd already moved their things over to the new house while he'd been out before the mission, so his collection was already in the box, their clothes already put away and the kitchen stocked. Lilith sat on their new couch and took a deep breath, just waiting now.

Sima followed Lilith's scent as directed. The sun was out over top his head, beating down onto his skin. The heat seemed to continue to build up, and his body was threatening to sweat. He stopped for a moment to grab some shade, walking quite slowly. He was quite concerned if he was honest with himself. Lilith was mad at him, Sima was sure of that. So what possible reason could she have to call him out to a random house? The more he thought about it the more it worried him. Was she preparing to break up with him? Was she moving out? That begged another question, why would she not just kick him out? The more these thoughts filtered through his mind the more he became worried about the answer. His heart dropped from the simple thought that Lilith may not love him anymore. Then would she hold a grudge, tell his secrets. Sima wasn't sure how'd he live without Lilith in his life.
Sima began quickening his pace now, exiting his little break. He had to know what Lilith wanted to say to him, even if it meant there would be no Sima in her life. He rushed to the door following the scent perfectly, and then knocked rather assertively.

Lilith jumped lightly, not having heard him approach. By the sound of his knock, it was clear he was uncertain as to wait was going on. Despite her slight anger, Lilith had to stifle a giggle at his unknowing. He had no clue that he would soon be entering his new home. Their new home. Lilith stood from the couch and walked carefully over to the thick wooden door, turning the metal handle and opening the door slowly, revealing her tall and handsome love from behind it. Lilith shifted her weight against the door, looking down at her feet. She was dressed in a baby pink dress, with short sleeves, and a semi-short hem line. She had black shoes, and her Rapunzel like hair was down around her.
She brought her eyes back up to him, a purple shimmer in the fading sunlight. Stepping aside she invited him inside, closing the door behind him. She walked passed him into the middle of the living room.
So, you're probably wonder why I asked you to come here... but before we get to the why of the location, we should probably get that out of the way. She gestured to the blood on him, the way he was clearly hurt. She needed to make it known how she felt, how she disapproved.
You risked your life today, and I know that you're used to that, being in battle used to be normal for you, but it can't be here. You're not immortal Sima! What would have happened if you died today? How could I live with losing you? And now, what if they find out you're fated? You'll be a sitting target! I understand your morals, saving an innocent, I really do, and I'm so proud of you for sticking up for it, but please Sima, you have to understand how worried I was about you! I had no idea how badly you were injured, how much you were involved! I don; even know what part you played... Or who's blood that is... She raked a soft hand through her hair and shuffled her feet. She so badly wanted to run to him, heal him, hug him to death and heal him again. She loved him so much, but she couldn't let her words go unheard.

Sima walked inside and simply listened. Lilith could speak her mind, he always encouraged it. However we she began speaking her mind, his heart sank. He had been through this before. "Sima, I don't care if you can't die! You feel pain don't you? Do you have any idea how hard it is to look into your eyes when your in so much pain?!" Hotaru was really quite the hothead, but as Lilith spoke to him, he couldn't help but be flooded with the many arguments Sima had with Hotaru. "Sima... D-do you realized what happens when you lose control. What am I supposed to do? I had to watch you kill hundreds of innocent people, do you think that's easy to take in? Knowing that I could easily be another victim on your list! Your terrifying! I've seen your bones snapped, throat slit, legs split, and you always get up, you always fight!... always kill" "You think it's easy to live with a demon?! You're immortal, ageless, and I'm stuck year after year aging while you sit there and watch it all go by!"
Sima looked at Lilith, would he cause her this much pain? His heart sped with worry. Perhaps it was best if he was not in anyone's life. Sima of course was only looking at the negatives in his old relationship. He couldn't control his power in that world, it was power that scared thousands, hunted by millions, and scared gods. Sima hated that power, and he wanted to do anything to get rid of it. Sima was weak, at least in comparison to his older self. He got the feeling that his powers were somehow tied to his own planet, and although he wanted to visit his old home, he had a feeling, and it worried him, that going back, if even possible may return that power to him.
Sima realized quickly the differences between what Hotaru was worried about and what Lilith was, because Sima could actually die this time around, and she was worried about losing him. Hotaru was worried about her position, and what would happen to her if she continued to spend life with a demon. Hotaru was concerned for him, but never had to be worried, or afraid Sima might not be there the next day.
Sima closed his eyes, as hard it was to keep them off of Lilith, who looked absolutely breathtaking. "I'm sorry..." "I've never had to think about what would happen to the people that cared about me if I died, I only had to worry about what would happen to them.. Sima gripped his hands harder, trying with difficulty to suppress his tears. Sima did not take killing lightly, and he knew, reminded by the memories of his past, that he had to bare this slip up for the rest of his life. Sima never forgot who he killed, at least when conscious, and many of his mementos were reminders, only to be thrown away when he felt like he atoned for the crime he had committed. Sima didn't have a reason to do that here, but because he felt highly that his kill count would not rise here, remembering the ones he had ended would be quite simple.
"I killed innocent people... I don.. don't know why I did it, I lost my nerve, and it was like.. home.. When I was smaller, vulnerable, everyone wanted me dead, and, when I saw the weapons aimed at me, I aimed my weapon back.. I could have kept them alive, but I didn't!" Sima looked back up at her, tears falling from his face now. "Not only did I worry you, but I killed people, people that more than likely had a family, people that were just doing their job! You should be horrified Lilith, much more than just anger.. I am not a man, I'm not even a demon, I'm a killer, a monster, a murderer. I'm also inconsiderate.. I never think of who my actions affect. Lilith, you fell in love with a demon..." Sima couldn't hold his tears back, but neither could he tear his face away from seeing her reaction. Demon may not seem so bad to Lilith, but to Sima it was horrifying. Saying she fell in love with a demon meant she fell in love with a time bomb of destruction that would only cause her pain. Sima could only admit his wrong doings, and take all of the guilt.

When she had finished speaking, she watched the emotions play across her loves face. She could see clear as day the guilt her felt. She had not meant for her words to come of overly angry, but she needed to make him understand how worried she'd been. He wasn't immortal, so if that made her selfish, worrying what would happen to herself if he died, than she would openly accept that title.
She knew he had settled down slightly, whatever was going on in his mind, when is sharp blue eyes closed. Her eyes roamed his body some more, extending her magic ever so slightly, to find the extent of his injuries. They were worse than he let on, but she wouldn't pressure him about that now. As soon as she heard him utter the words "I'm sorry", her heart felt like shattering. HIs explanation was valid, and she understood that, which was why she had to make her thoughts known. He'd never had to worry about himself before, what would happen to those he cared about if he died- but he did now. Lilith's eyes shifted down to his hands as they clenched, her eyebrows furrowing together. What had happened?
After a moment of pause- and Lilith trying very hard not to reach out and take those trembling hands- Sima spoke again. The words that came out of his mouth sent ice over her body. Had he not continued speaking, she may have stumbled back, away from him. Not out of fear, or disgust, nothing towards him. Just the simple shock of hearing something like that. But as he went on, the sheet of ice over her body thawed little by little. It was obvious Sima would know where she stood on death, murder. She was a healer. She was one with nature. She knew that getting angry over that would only cause him more guilt. He didn't need someone to yell at him. No, it was clear he needed someone to comfort him. And as he spoke on, it only became more clear. Tears fell down his face, and Liliths own face turned red in response. She held in her own tears for him, for the promise she'd made so long ago. No tears.
The words he spoke, diminishing himself, who he was, tore at her. She knew how he saw himself, but it was only now that he so admitted it to this extent. His eyes were glued to hears, watching her every move, she knew that. She pushed back her tears farther, and her purple eyes softened as they looked into his, so upset and emotional. She knew she would never be able to fully explain to Sima how his demon side affected none of her emotions towards him, as he would never be able to understand, until he was no longer affected by it.
Slowly, she lifted her hand and placed it on his cheek. Then the other. Stepping forward she wiped away his tears, looking him in the eyes. You are Sima. You are mine. And I'm never letting you go. She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly. She knew that no matter what she said about him, his opinion wouldn't change until he forgave himself. However, she could help him understand that she loved him, and she accepted every part of him. Pulling away, and wiping away any tears left, she smiled softly.
Do you like this house? Look at the kitchen, it's actually a good size! She giggled lightly, hoping her emotions would flood over to him. She would not comment on deaths. No, she would be here for him, hold him and love him. Whatever he needed. She took his hand and walked him over to the kitchen, wondering if he would assume this was their new house, or if he would stay oblivious. She hoped he didn't assume- she wanted to tell him.

Sima looked at her, he could tell she was holding back her emotions. It was one of those things you picked up when you spent a lot of time with someone. He didn't understand why she was crying, but he still couldn't tear his face away from her, as much as he wanted to. "Lilith.. If you say you are accepting me, as I am, than it means you are accepting even the side I refuse to show you.. Do you think you'd accept me after you see this side?" Sima didn't know if he could actually show her what he meant just right this second, but she would more than likely see it in the future, and their was a possibility she could be terrified. He allowed her to remove the tears from his face, as they stopped falling. Sima managed to get his emotions under control, knowing his supernatural powers would more than likely flare up, and become increasingly difficult to control.
Sima looked at her complete change of the subject with much confusion. This was a huge topic for him, and it was very hard to switch the feelings of opening that emotional gate off. Sima wiped his eyes and continued to suppress his emotions, and follow the change that Lilith had started. "It looks great Lilith, I could certainly make a lot of things in it, however, It seems to lacking something.." Sima had let Lilith see him cry, even if it was not intentional in the moment, she saw, and next time it would be easier to show her his pain, he only hoped he could burden everything sent his way.

Lilith blinked at his question. Sima, I've seen your demon side, even if only briefly. You saved my life as a demon, and as a human. I could never be scared of you, you should know that. She squeezed his hand and pulled him out of the kitchen, smiling to herself as his response. Something was missing? She wondered what, but asking may reveal her surprise. She knew that this was hard for him, switching topics, but what she was leading to related to what they were talking about.
Lilith led him to the ladder leading to the loft, and released his hand. Follow me up please. She climbed up the ladder and waited for him. Assuming he followed her, she opened the large navy curtain in-front of the loft, revealing the bedroom set up. Dark blue bed sheets with silvery-light blue accents, with the bed in the centre of the loft, up against the wall, acting as a headboard. A small wardrobe to the left of the bed, the small wooden chest to the right. The silver key was still resting on the bed, waiting to be picked up.
Lilith turned and sat on the bed, looking up at Sima nervously. For some reason her heart had started to pound.

Lilith hadn't seen the 'form' in which he was speaking about. She has seen it come very close to appearing, however Sima held it down inside himself. The side that made him forget morals. The side that made him a killer, a monster, a demon. This was the side that he did not want Lilith to see. When Lilith grabbed a hold of his hand it snapped him out of his thoughts. He followed her out of the kitchen and over to the ladder. He watched as she climbed up and casually followed after. An odd silence seemed to fill Sima, but it also seemed to calm him down emotionally. He followed her up to the bedroom. He watched as she sat on the bed, his blue eyes filled with curiousity and worry. What was it that Lilith was going to tell him?
It was hard not to pass other things through his head, like how beautiful Lilith looked, and the difficulty he would have keeping himself away from her. She made him so very happy.. even if he was upset, there was something in her eyes that kept drawing his attenion and attitude upward. "Lilith, I don't understand what's going on.." Sima sighed lightly relieving what other stresses he was feeling. "I don't know why we are in this house, talking about what had happened earlier. Why not talk about this at home? It's hard to feel comfortable in a place that smells so empty."

Lilith looked up at him and took his hands. She knew this was hard for him, so she had stocked up on a few surprises. Standing she took a deep breath, knowing that he may not like what she was about to say. He had come to think of her small house as home, and loved the smells as his nose was far better than others...
I know, and I'm sorry... but that's just it Sima... Welcome home... She looked down nervously, hoping to high heaven that he would accept this as their home. She had searched a long time to find something she believed they could both live happy in. However this wasn't her only surprise. Turning, she picked up the small silver key on the bed and handed it to him.
It goes to that chest over there. She pointed behind her and waited for him to open it. When he did, he would find all his hidden momento's from the old house. The dagger, the book, all of it. She hadn't wanted to breach his confidence in finding and moving the items, but she wanted them here for the surprise. She had one more surprise, but it would have to wait until after she saw his reaction.
There's more, and I know we need to talk more, and I'm leading to that. Trust me, this conversation isn't over. I know you're not okay. I know you feel guilt, and pain, and I know I need to heal you... but I wanted you to see that this is our home... I wanted to surprise you.. By the time she finished speaking, Lilith slumped back down on the bed with her head bowed down. She was overly worried he didn't like it, wouldn't agree to any of it. Tears threatened to pour over, but they didn't.

Welcome home? Does this mean that Lilith paid for all of this? Sima felt a little bad, he felt like a nuisance sometimes. He did not help pay any bills, and all he really contributed was food. He didn't need to know Lilith's income, that was not what kept him around Lilith, but this had to be expensive, and he simply wished he could help support her somehow. Sima looked at her curiously. "Well then we will need to create some memories in this house then.." Sima looked around the room curiously gazing at the bed, and floor. Sima walked over to the key that Lilith pointed out. It was to the chest over in the side of the room. What was in that chest? Sima became quite curious and began walking over to it key in hand. When Sima opened the chest his heart sank.
"When did you notice these?.." He was afraid she may look at him oddly now. "No one looks under the bed.." he mumbled to himself closing the lid.
"You certainly surprised me Lilith, but, you know that as long as I have you beside me, and a place to spend time with you, I'll be more than happy. Our previous home was more than enough to keep me happy."

A while ago... It's cute. But I had a box made for you, with a lock on it so you can keep them safe... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to find them... She folded her hands in her lap. This was not the reaction she'd been expecting. She'd hoped he'd be a tad happier about it. We will need to make new memories... I hope you like everything... The carvings on the box.. I made sure the kitchen was big.. You always wanted a nice couch and fire place... She was rambling now, just wanting to make him happy. She heard his words, but she over thought them, and thought he meant that he didn't like it.
A couple tears fell from her eyes onto her hands. I can sell it if you want... we can move back..

"Sell it?.. No we need to break it in. You know like a brand new shoe." Sima made his way over to Lilith to grab hold of her hands. Noticing the tears, but choosing not to comment. "How do you break a house in anyways?" Sima looked at Lilith curiously for an answer. "I could make you something to eat! Or we could go have a bath! Or we could go for a walk, lay on the couch and look at the fireplace. " Sima made sure that all of these activities included them both, because to break the house in Sima needed to create a memory, one that was with the both of them.
"To be honest, right now, I think I want nothing more than to lay with you by the fireplace.. " Sima didn't need anything else in that moment, just Lilith, and her beautiful eyes. Sima looked at her with a smile. "What do you say Lilith, do you want to create a memory with me?" If Lilith agreed Sima might have the largest memento in his life, but this one he wouldn't be able to hide in the chest. Sima liked the chest quite a bit, and he would tell her about that at a later time. For now all Sima wanted to do was change the way he was feeling earlier, and also pick up Lilith in the process. So Sima did exactly that, picked up Lilith. Despite how his legs and arms muscles felt, he did it anyways. "Do you have any objections?" Sima was only going to ask once, although a yes would mean he'd simply jump down the ladder, but that was fun right? [/b]

Lilith squeezed his hands and smiled softly. A small laugh escaped her as he picked her up. Having no objections, she nodded. Good. I don't want to sell it. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. Assuming he jumped down, she got up, having him put her down. She looked him over and frowned. Give me your hands. She took them, and focused all her energy. She needed to heal him. She felt if flow through her like waves in the water, and slowly his muscles mended, his hands healed, and his bones repaired themselves.
Once that was done, she took his hands again and led him over to their new couch, comfier than the last. The fire was already lit, her having done it before he arrived. She sat down and waited for him to join her, making him lay down when he did, putting his head in her lap. She gazed into the fire softly for a few minutes, enjoying the silence. He was scared of her seeing a side of him she'd yet to see- she knew that. She'd seen a very minimal part of his demon side, but it was enough to understand why Sima was so afraid.
Shifting slightly, Lilith pulled a silver ring out of her pocket and held it up, watching the flames dance across it. Sima... This ring... It's also for you... She paused, looking down. What if it was too much?
I had a mage create it specifically for you. I know you don't like magic on you, but you can trust it- I made sure of it. This ring... It's called a Containment Ring... The person who wears it... Well, all their demonic energy is obsorbed, or rather, contained by the ring. Meaning, one can never lose control when their emotions flare up, or things get out of hand... Sima if you wear this, you never have to worry about turning into a demon if you don't want to... But, I would never force you to wear it. I accept you, regardless... But I felt as though something like this... well maybe it could help you worry less about hurting the people around you... me... It doesn't hinder your strength, or abilities, like your nose. But it does mean you can only use a limit. No more than you normally could before turning into a demon. That breaking point from before is as high as you can go now... She looked down at him, her purple eyes honest and full of hope for him.
Will you wear it? Not for me, but for yourself? The light from the fire danced on Liliths skin, and reflected in those eyes, but she didn't falter, gazing at her love, so beautiful and strong.

SIma was a little shocked at Lilith's words. She created a ring to suppress his powers? Sima grabbed the ring, looking at it curiously. Sima didn't trust magic, especially this type of magic. "I'll keep it in hand, but I don't want to wear it unless I need it ok?" Sima would be able to put the ring on if he was starting to lose control, and then he would find out the extent of the rings power. Sima kept his eyes on her, there was no excitement in his eyes for receiving this, but there was no fear either. He reached his hand around her side, grabbing a hold of her waist. Sima very much enjoyed putting his hands there. "I was scared you know. I thought that I might have lost you. You told me to meet you in a different location, and not home. I didn't understand why. The only thing that raced through my head was the thought I may have lost you. It's a scary thing to think about you know?" Sima oddly smiled bringing up this conversation. "But I'm much more happy that I can join you in making a whole new house full of memories."

She was a little dissapointed he wasn't excited as he thought he would be, but nodded silently to his response. At least he would keep it in mind... Lilith looked into the fire while he spoke, feeling his hand around her, settling on her waist. She took comfort in that, knowing he wanted her close. I'm sorry for worrying you lovely... That wasn't my intention. I wanted to surprise you-- you did nothing that could cause me to want to leave you. I love you Sima Oratio. She ran her fingers through his hair softly, only for a brief moment, not wanting him to fall asleep.
New memories... where shall we begin my love? She smiled down on him, the fire dancing across her face, casting shadows on her beautifully pale skin and baby purple eyes.
