APPEARANCE:Finn has long wavey brown hair and a well maintained beard that helps to make him look older and more grizzled when he is among knights. He is fit and by most accounts quite handsome.

PERSONALITY:
Finn has been a noble since birth and was raised along with his sister to be a noble and just. Finn has always been a very active child who shined brightly on the battlefield and was well liked by his people. He is usually positive and benevolent, but he is also rash and quick to show off. Also while Finn is a wily and skilled commander he is not actually the brightest bulb and some insults or discussion will go straight over his head.

BIOGRAPHY: Finn is the first son of Fergus Talrin. From a young age his father taught him everything he knew about how to manage the king's land, and was then greatly relieved when he had a daughter who could actually learn to run the lands. Finn took well to the ways of war and the sword and tried his best to emulate his father whom had gained many honors and acclaim for their family on the battlefield.
However his total inability to pay attention to something that did not seem fun of “knightly” made him into a somewhat brash youth. Despite this his good nature and general down to earth attitude made him very popular with his subjects and the members of his court. When he was 16 he went out on his first mission to protect the King's peace and proved to be an apt tactician with an innate flare for unconventional tactics. His continued exposure to battle caused him to develop a bit of a gallows humor, but his strong personality helped him to be a successful leader on the battlefield and as more than just another bloody officer.
Soon after Finn's 20th birthday his father and mother died in a bandit attack. Finn quickly rallied a force and brought the bandits to justice, but after that he inherited the dukedome from his father, and quickly made a mess. Finn had a tendency to try and ease hardship on his people, but he was too lax a ruler and knew too little of finance or infastructure, people followed him though. Thankfully Sheila, confronted her brother privately before things got out of hand. Finn continued as the Arch-Duke and appointed Sheila his first adviser. She quickly turned the country around, often times helping to curb her brothers recklessness and helping the lands to prosper.
Finn continued to lead the combat for of his duchy and win the affection of his people while Sheila managed and ran the duchy making allowing them to effectively continue on their father and mother's legacy. After a recent victory and the unrest that seems to be building Sheila has sent Finn to Teair in order to build some connections to strengthen the duchy's position.
INVENTORY: A war horse, two sets of armor (one ceremonial, one practical), Falcon (the family broadsword), several cases of exceedingly fine wine (his duchy produces the finest in the kingdom), dice, bow, arrows, a variety of fine apparel, three sets of leather boots hard and soft.

SPELLS:
Guardian Endowment: Finn is incapable of doing magic, but he has an divine gift that is passed down through his bloodline. Once in his life he can bestow power upon someone not of his blood. That person will recover from wounds faster and will gained increased strength and speed. However he cannot bind them so the selection of the individual who receives this blessing is considered one of the most important choices he will ever make.
COMBAT: Finn is a very good swordsman and bowman. His family sword Falcon is a magic blade that “will never break and never dull and weights half what it should”.
