In Regards of The Fated Woman
Dearest Cousin,
I am relieved to have received noticed that my dearest sister has arrived safely in your courts. First off I hope this letter finds you well and in good health. My deepest condolences in regards to the trouble your court is facing as of late. My sister has informed me that the Arch Duchess of your kingdom had initiated war against the fated. Her political reaches are as far as this kingdom my dear cousin, her brood holds positions in my court; it pains my heart to know their matriarch has insulted our noble family. I hope they do not fallow their elders example; consider them closely watched as of this point on.
My sister has also informed me that we may have a troubling new addition to our noble lineage. She has informed me this fated woman has been detained in your castle for reasons she did not enclose. I write you this letter immediately after having read the one from my dearest sister. Somehow this woman has won over Lucinda enough to want me to grant her the title of Duchess and Head of House Dragon and Training.
So dearest cousin, I write to you looking for guidance and information on this woman. What are your opinions of her? Do you really believe she is of Noru blood? Lucinda mentions she has made herself a target of your Archduchess, I am concerned for the character of one who would make a spectacle of herself enough for the Arch Duchess to personally take notice of.
Until then, I will leave her care to Lucinda; she seems to have use for her at the moment. I will be sending an extra set of guards for the woman as well. As Lucinda has mentioned her safety is of a concern. Until then I leave them both in your capable hands.
Sincerely
With warmest wishes, your cousin Silas

To Silas Noru King of Palico From: Noku Noru King of Nova In Regards to your Letter. Your letter, Cousin, is well received amidst the opposition facing our noble clan in our capital city of Nova. The fated woman, Aria Wurud, has come into our court through mysterious and uncertain circumstances, and her presence bears for us a most turbulent state of affairs. as to her lineage, it is as of yet undecided what claim she has to our noble blood; the circumstances under which that claim has arisen being shrouded in confusion and mythos. I would advise you to conduct your own inquiry among those of your kingdom as could shed some light into this matter, to compound upon what little we already know.
Your dear sister has been met with much fondness and comfort among our court, the exceptions to which have no doubt been made particular to yourself by her own correspondence. Beyond which, I shall not at present assent to convey further that which is supposed or heretofore unfounded, but assure that such unnerving claims of subterfuge have been met with appropriate administration. The Regent Breton, whose repute no doubt abounds in your own circles, has personally undertaken specific measures to allay the onset of what I heartily fear might prove a violent bid for the crown. To the discovery of such a faction, and for the safety of the future of our clan, I urge you to suffer Lucinda to remain at Nova until such time as the exposure of our opposition shall secure for our descendants an unending claim to the throne.
Would that your court be swift in discovering any amongst you that harbors dissent to the Noru, and bring to light the purpose of the Fated in this world. Their origins, and the nature of their coming here, are the keys of knowing what powers are new at work in the world.
Your Dutiful cousin, His Highness Noku, King of Nova.

In Regards of The Fated Woman
Dear Cousin
I am glad the letter found you well, my sister writes that the woman claims to be unsure of her connection to us as well. Lucinda however has fully accepted her as one of our own. Lucinda while friendly is usually a good judge of character and strongly vouches for this woman’s sincerity. I am comforted by the fact that Lucinda say’s Miss Wurud is already fairly concerned with how her association with us will affect our reputation not only within my courts but your’s as well. My sister seems to hold her opinion in great esteem.
Lucinda sent a second letter, which gave greater detail to the woman’s character, along with reports I have been receiving as well. It would seem she is earning some respect amongst your people at least as champion. Even whilst suffering an injury she took it upon herself to take steps to repair the Moon Temple and would have done so quietly and humbly if your Arch Duke had not called attention to it. As you have suggested I have launched an inquiry. The woman also seems to be fond of mingling amongst the common folk; most of those who have associated with her personally have mostly positive things to say about her character, even if it’s a bit strange. My reports are this woman acts more like a man then anything; and is educated! As an orphan I’m fairly curious to how she received such an education; Lucinda seems to think she already has a mind made for politics. Even informed her of her wish to start a school? I am also fairly interested in the fact she is a phioric, and apparently somewhat of a mage. It does not sound as if she is completely defenseless.
Upon Lucindas suggestion I am giving her the title Duchess, as to give her an appropriate position in which she will be protected from unnecessary slander. I am also giving her the title and job of Royal Dragon Trainer and Advisor; Lucinda apparently has already given her the task of caring for one of our house dragons; that and has said the woman has had experience raising dragons before. Perhaps you may find a use for her in that area as well. However I wish her to be prepared before any official coronations; that and learn what it means to be a Noru. I humbly request for your assistance in helping Lucinda with Miss Wuruds education in this matter.
Also in regards to the fated, upon further investigation it troubles me to inform you that apparently the fated have not made it past your borders despite the situation. One would think they would leave, however they seemed to be isolated to only your Kingdom. Normally I would have brought miss Wurud immediately to my courts, however upon light of this information I believe it may be detrimental to her safety without finding out the cause of why no fated have left your boarders. I am very curious to meet this woman though, she sounds intriguing.
On another note, I have informed my sister to search for a suitor while in your courts. If you have any suggestions please feel free to direct her in that area. Which also reminds me; is Miss Wurud unmarried?
Sincerely
With warmest wishes, your cousin Silas
