Sima looked around the empty restaurant. Not a single customer to be found, but to be fair, the restaurant had not opened yet. Sima felt quite nervous. This was the first time in a while that he would be serving far more than a family of a four. Sima was anxious, excited. He was once again a chef. Sima headed to the kitchen, lighting the ovens. He quickly realized that he was far understaffed for a large crowd. However, the success of the restaurant wasn't even guaranteed. Sima would have to see how well everything went before he even considered hiring anyone. So for now Sima was the only person working, which was fine, as long as their wasn't a large turnout. That would be both a dream, and a headache. His business would grow quick, but then he had to support a larger workforce. The kitchen was much larger for just one man to use. Sima had a lot of experience on his side, he knew he could serve at least 10 people at once himself, without complications, which was quite an impressive number. Sima headed to the tables and chairs, setting up the table covers, and making sure every chair was neatly pushed in. He pulled out the menus and set them at every table, including the ones on the second floor. Everything seemed to be coming together just fine. Sima knew that he would not have many choices on the menus today, he after all was a new business, but as time grew he knew he would start supporting more. He headed towards the door, flipping the sign in the window next to it. It was official Lua Azul was now open. He did once last look around the restaurant before looking back at the door nervously. Lilith came up to the entrance of the building, a wee bit irritated with the owner. She walked in and looked around until she found him. Sima! You were supposed to wake me up so I could come with you! She grumbled, but then saw his nerves clear as day in his eyes. Her face softened and she walked up to him, embracing him.
Darling, this is a big day. I want to be here with you. She pulled away and smiled, noting all the work he had done to make this place what it was. She could only hope people came in to give it a chance. If they did, she very highly doubted they’d regret it, his cooking was phenomenal.
It’s still early, I’m certain people will start to arrive soon. She leaned up to kiss his cheek before moving to stand by his side, watching the door as he did.

The Journey to Nova had been exhausting and slow. Finally once within the grand gates of the city, the Terrafell caravan scattered like a pack of rats. Most of the cargo was hauled off to the merchant district which left Olivia, her servants and body guards with nothing else to do what wait for an audience with the King of Nova. So while Olivia's servants fetched a room within one of the local inns, Olivia was able to enjoy the sights that the kingdom had to offer. One being actual food cooked in a restaurant instead of a cauldron outside in the wood. The aroma of food seemed to make the armor the woman was wearing much lighter as she followed her nose to the closes source. Olivia stopped just a few feet away from a quaint looking place just on the edge of the main shopping district. Her opal color eyes locked on the sign of the restaurant as she tried to pronounce it in her native tongue.
" Lady Olivia!!" A group of female voices broke her silent concentration; She turned her head to gaze at the three 'slave' women that had traveled along side her on this journey. A soft smile forming on her caramel features. " Ah, you finally booked a room." Olivia asked with grinned lips, the three women now in arms reach. " Y-yes your grace." one woman replied while attempting to catch her breath as the other two adjusted their tunics.
" Fantastic, then let us indulge in this kingdoms culture shall we?" Olivia replied, looking back over her shoulder at her two body guards that her father had paid for. Such a pity that her father felt that she needed to be watched; not that she didn't appreciate the gesture of good will, but the lack of faith was a little disappointing to say the least. It was silly to think her father saw her to be brittle like a leaf when she was her nations general. However, she understood the precaution from what they had encountered so far before evening entering the city.
Olivia sighed turning her head back around to notice two people standing out front of a building. A brow raised in curiosity as her small group approached the couple. " Greetings, are you open to serve? "

Sima jumped slightly as Lilith walked over to him, angered about the way he left him. "But, you looked so tired, I couldn't wake you!" He responded in defense. When she approached closer she seemed to ease up. "huh?" Sima spoke slightly confused. When she embraced him, he only became more confused, but simply wrapped his arms around her and accepted whatever was happening.
"A big day? I suppose so.." He thought briefly on his own words.
When Lilith said people would come soon Sima simply nodded in a silent agreement.
A minute or so passed before he noticed someones voice.
" Greetings, are you open to serve? "
Sima's head turned towards the woman curiously. "Of course!" He piped up energetically walking towards the female. Sima knew he would have to give up waiting people to Lilith if it got packed, but it was a rather large if, it was after all opening day. "How many are you seating?" Sima eyed the others with her briefly, noting that it was probably just them, but decided to ask just in case anyways. "You can take a seat anywhere, the patio, inside, or the second floor, there are menus on the table. Please feel free to look at them, and please holler if you need anything!"

Lilith rolled her eyes. I always look tired when I’m sleeping. She shook her head and smiled. She was watching him to long and before she knew it, they were being approached by a group of women. A smile grew on her face, excited for Sima to have his first costumers.
She let Sima speak and direct them, but once he was done, she nodded to them. Once you’ve found where you’d like to sit, I’ll come by and take drink orders. She knew he would be doing most of the work unless it got busy, but that was the least she could do. When the girls went off, she walked back to Sima.
Your first costumers! She held his arms for a moment, squeezing lightly.

Olivia smiled at the couple as she caught sight of their little spat. It was cute to see couples have small arguments. An Olivia waited patiently until the male turned to confirm her question. Her smile brightened and Olivia nodded at both Sima and Lilith at their hospitality. When the male explained where seating could be found, the woman paused for a brief moment. Her opal gaze scanning the restaurants seating layout for a suitable location to ‘relax’ for the rest of the evening. With the festival about to take place, requesting an audience with the King would be rather difficult at this very moment. So while able to enjoy what the city had to offer, Olivia searched for the best location within the small establishment. Her eyes resting on a round table next to the window. A perfect place to still see the wonders of the city and yet the comforts of actually being indoors.
“Ah, thank you very much. We shall be seated inside next to the window. It is way too hot to sit outside in my current attire. ” Olivia nodded to Sima in a polite manner. Her servants and guards following close behind Olivia as she approached the table. One of the three servant women, a much taller lanky woman quickened her pace to move past the group; The first to reach the table the servant woman pulled out a chair for the young mistress to sit. Once seated the servant woman pushed the chair back in before taking her place with the other servants standing perfectly still behind where Olivia had been kindly seated. With legs crossed Olivia sat patiently while reading the menu provided. Her eyes glancing over what was offered while waiting for the waitress to answer some of the questions she had before taking her order.

The doors swung open to reveal a fameluar red head. Well almost familiar, dressed for a day out with the princess her attire was significantly improved. Her hair was done up in a braid that coiled neatly around her head. Small ringlets of hair escaping to frame her thin face. Her scar which usually marred her face was hidden by her illusions, leaving pale and unmarked skin. Her dress was simple but elegant. A pale cotton blue green in color, fitted at the top and loose and flowing around the waist. The hem line stopped at her ankles, allowing her matching slipper like shoes to be seen. She had a large smile on her face as two familiar scents hit her nose.
"BLUE EYYYYEES! I believe I was promised sweets once I'm here to collect! After we pay for lunch of course."
Aria turned her attention to the group who was coming in behind her, waving them on in.

Lucinda had followed Aria through the crowds to a newly opened restaurant which she picked out for lunch. It was a quaint little place which she, so far, approved of. The real test would come with the food. She didn't have to worry if Aria understood what their eating here would mean, especially if it turned out to be delicious. The red head was usually pretty conscious of how her actions affecting others and what implications meant for royalty. Just before entering, Lucinda gave herself a once over, straightening her blue and purple dress and giving up on her hair, letting it down to brush her shoulders.
The princess smiled at Aria's greeting. Really, was there anyone in this city that she didn't know already? She turned her own attention to the man, presumably the owner, and offered him a smile as well. "Hello, I'll be paying for the lunch, actually. She just treated me to my first sword, so I wish to return the favor. Do you mind if my companion joins us?"she said, motioning towards Alli, currently perched on her shoulder. Lucinda didn't introduce herself just yet, slightly reluctant to cause a stir.

"Yeah. no problem, feel at home." Sima spoke to the woman who now found her seat near the window. Sima turned his attention to someone he pegged as Aria the moment noise left her mouth. He turned around as Aria yelled for blue eyes, asking for the sweets he had promised her before. "Yeah I remember!" Sima laughed, not able to keep a smile off of his face. He turned to Lucinda once she began speaking, trying to keep his attention equally divided among the others, but found it hard to multi task like this. Luckily he had Lilith to help who would probably take orders once he left to cook. Sima was beginning to have a hard time containing himself, this was his dream after all, and he was living it.
"Yeah no problem, everyone please find a seat." Sima whipped around quickly to grab the menus before they left, handing one to the woman who had already sat down previously before handing to the other attendants. "I apologize if the menu is a bit scarce, but it will expand as we hire new employees to help with cooking and waiting." Sima spoke quickly and with as much of a professional tone as he could manage. After addressing them he turned almost on a dime, knowing he had to whip something different up for Aria, something more personal. If he had promised her sweets he was going to keep that promise. He now had a goal, which meant he might be less present outside. Hopefully Lilith would notice that right away.

Melda stayed fairly close to Aria this time around, the crowds bothering her slightly, and not wanting to get lost. Once they arrived, and Aria burst through the door, Melda looked at Lucinda with an exasperated sigh. The woman would really need to learn proper manners, but seeing as she appeared to know the owner, Melda would keep quiet this time around. Once waved in, Melda followed Lucinda in, speaking only after she was finished.
You have a very nice place here. Well done, I can see this business growing admirably. Melda nodded her greeting, turning to Diamond. Though I imagine it has been assumed, you may join us for lunch. Melda turned after this, looking around at the tables, finding one that suited their group number, and stood by it, waiting for the Princess to sit before her.
While she waited, she glanced around, noting the other women by the window, about 5 tables from them. Melda would have chose a table another floor up, but her feet had begun to bother her, and stairs didn’t seem all that welcoming in that moment.

Lilith nodded to the woman, noting where they would be seated. Do you know what you would like to drink then? She was so excited for Sima, that she didn’t notice when another group entered, jumping when Aria’s voice pierced through the room. Lilith jumped, turning to face the group. She would stay to hear the womans order, nod and say she’d be back in a moment, but after that, she sprinted over to the red head, embracing her.
Aria! I’m glad you could make it! She beamed at the woman, thrilled people were supporting Sima. She glanced over at him then, as he went into the kitchen. It looked like she would be taking care of the social part of the work for now. Would certainly be interesting. Lilith watched as the older of their group left them, looking for a table, then waiting, probably for the rest of them to join her.
Welcome to Lua Azul, all of you. Once you are seated I will take your drink order! Lilith smiled at them all individually. She knew that with her job on the Mage Guard, she couldn’t actually work here full time and that Sima would have to hire someone else, but in the meantime it was rather fun, which was odd as she was never good with people.

Diamond Just raised an eyebrow at the curious place as even this was a fourin conscept to him on a place to sit down and eat. That was not a tavern or some kind of inn to stay at "This idea of a eatery is interesting. There were tea houses back out east but that was for weary travelers. But here is a different kind of beast......You make take this out of my pay for lunch. I consume much more then a common man my lady" he said to Melda as they walked into the place. They were greeted by a familure face of Lilith of all people and the white haired male just raised an eyebrow as they were brought to a table to sit down. Seeing that there was a menu for drinks he saw that there was tea on there.
"I would like some tea to drink" he said and then sat down and just relaxed and just tuned everything out.

Sima had mostly everything ready for the amount of traffic he was expecting today. He knew if he got more than what was expected he would need move twice as fast, which meant if he started seeing more and more people he would have to hire more staff. He pulled out something keen to a pan, with an odd latch at the side. it was just quicker this way to start of with a simple base. He then grabbed an extra bowl tossing in some cream cheese, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and a few eggs. He then put that mixture in the in the odd looking pan, this would form the shape of the cheese cake. He then took a few blackberries, tossing those into a different bowl, and then using something akin to a potato mashed to smoosh them, after adding a bit of sugar, he was able to get a jelly like consistency. Grabbing a toothpick, he pulled a dab of this jelly, and put it into the top of the cheesecake, using the toothpick to run lines across the top making a spiderweb from the blackberry jelly. He then threw that in the oven, which was already light before the guests arrived. Sima didn't need a timer right now, there was only one thing cooking, and his nose could keep track of it on it's own.
Sima just knew that Aria would like this. He then walked over to the opening of the chef's room. Where it allowed the person running till to talk to chef. He looked over at Lilith talking to the other guests. "Got any order's yet?!" He called to her impatiently.

Lilith looked happily around the room as the various guests took their seats. So far she’d only received one order, from a very familiar white haired man, and even it was only a drink order. She saw him sit, and nodded her head, not needing to write anything down to remember that.
Lilith moved to the table with the first guest in the armour, Would you like a drink to start or do you know what you’d like to eat? Lilith smiled sweetly, but upon hearing Sima yell at her, her eyebrow twitched. She took a deep breath, taking in whatever the woman told her, and leaving the table, to talk to Sima.
Sima… darling. If I had an order I would tell you. Calm down. It’s fine. And if you can’t calm down, find something else to yell at! her voice was hushed, but stern. She handed him the order she received from the lady in armour, after adding the Tea Diamond ordered.
