A cloaked individual wearing brown robes walks into the Bloody Mary he looked very very nervious. Since he was very much figiting and walked up to the bar counter. "Has anyone replied to my job request" he asked and the person at the counter gave a nod of there head. "Yeah, I heard about five people give or take" the person said and the mage looking individual sighed in relive as he was in deep shit. "Thank the all father.....if the instructors found out about this.....I am so screwed then a fly in Zepon's stool....give me that fated drink....I think it was lemonaide or something like that" he said since the man did not want to be drunk but wanted something refreshing. Although he hoped that no one from what place came, if it was an instructor that came he would be screwed. "Tell the job takers to meet me over at that table....." he said and sat down at the table. Still looking nervious as things could still go sour for him. But hoped that Fate would shine on him and this turn of events to be a lucky one then an ill fate. As this mage was always looking at the bleak side of things. Even his peers constantly pranked him and rediculed him and hoped that this creation would make them change there minds. But it even that blew up in his face on the matter as it ran off.

A figure in a gray cowl enters the bar. He looked little different than most of the other drunks and ne'erdowellers that populate the dive. A pair of purple eyes scan the area, looking for the man who had posted the ad for help: Reks Morrowlight.
It wasn't directly that Adrain had seen the ad, but one of the 'snitch' types of academic students who brought it to his attention, something about a 'war golem'. He knew Morrowlight was a student of Golemancy, but weaponized golems were forbidden outside of very, very closely monitored assignments typically at the behest of a greater reason. Adrain departed without delay: to assign this to another instructor would only lose valuable time and if a weaponized golem is loose then the innocent may die and cause problems for the Arch.
The second he locked onto Morrowlight, he disappeared into the shadows and reappeared behind him, pulling the seat out from under him whilst he was mid-drink. Admittedly, not the most practical way to greet the student, but anger blinds logic at times.
"Morrowlight...you have some explaining to do. Where is it you fool? There is no time to waste." the mage says, his voice booming with a bit of air magic projection to Morrowind to convey the seriousness of the matter to the Archmage.

Iris entered the tavern. Unlike Adrain, she had seen the advertisement, and she needed to move around this world, explore a bit. She'd been fated over a month ago, and hardly anything had occurred. She came prepared for battle, as always, wearing her breasts pressed down under her wraps, and her top armour. On her arms were makeshift gauntlets, as hers hadn't been fated over with her. Her golden hair was up in a messy style, but out of her face entirely. Her yellow/gold eyes were piercing as they scanned the tavern, noticing the two and a scrabble of sorts.
Iris walked over, her hooves making notable sounds on the wood floor. Ay. Is this the man whom the advertisement was place by? She addressed the man in a cloak like thing, having a feeling that ignoring him may not go well for her. I'm here to help.. or whatever it is that's supposed to happen. I assume you are as well. Iris. She put out her hand to shake his, but didn't expect him to return the favour.

Sai had seen the flyer for the quest, it was her first quest that she would be undertaking without her father informing her to go on the mission. The last she heard he was sick but who knows by more he might be feeling better and would send someone to her for another mission. For now, she was happy to undertake one on her own without him assigning it to her.
Right now she was sitting her base of operations, otherly known as her home. Laid out on the bed was different knives ranging from small to dagger size ones. Adjusting her clothes having gone with a simple black tight top with matching skin-tight pants. Taking her knives she took the throwing ones placing them on her belt, taking up a palm size knife placing it down into her boots, having decided to wear the ones with the sharpen heel. Finally, she took her dagger attaching it to her small of her back in case it came down to it if she lost all her other weapons.
Grabbing a black cloak, and her staff she left the house after giving the children plain simple instructions to eat, sleep and to work a little. She loved them to death but she also didn't want them following her career path she would have to look into getting them an apprenticeship later on.
Following the path towards the location of the Bloody Mary, walking in she noticed a white haired man yelling at the man who seems to be shaking from where she was standing. Next, she noticed a woman with blonde hair and her lower body was that of a goat it was interesting she never seen anyone like that creature before and would have to make notes to study her a bit, wanting to add another race into her shifting library.
After asking the barkeeper for the person who requested the help she found out that the man who was being yelled at was the poor soul who needed help. Joining the small forming group towering over both of them the blonde only by two inches since she decided to not adjust her height today. Pulling out a stool placing her staff on the table. "From what I been told by the bartender that you're the one who requested the help. My name is Sai it is nice to meet you."
Her eyes turning to the white haired man. "Once you're done tormenting the man I would like to get some information about this quest and what we might be facing with this war golem you set loose during a time of peace." Her voice icy with undertones of a threat to the man who was foolish enough to let create and let loose a freaking war golem if that thing attacked someone from another kingdom it could start a damn war which is not good for anyone.

Samantha walked in and found the group easily enough and came over to them, her armor and swords equipped already. Her eyes looked over them and figured the cowering man being chewed out was the one who had called for them. She leaned on the bar and watched the others for now and smiled at the suffering he was going through.
"I'm Samantha, as long as I actually get paid for this I'm game to join you." Her tone showed how much she was liking this mans suffering and looked forward to the fight that was hopefully coming along with this mission. It still looked like they were one short though.

Diamond had recovered since the undead attack and now needed to get back into full shape. Seeing a quest available though, the white haired mercenary disided to take the quest. And saw that several people had joined up and a few of them were familure to him. He remembered Sai at least thats what her name was last time he saw her. The other white haired female though had tried to kidnap one of the noblewomen. But it looked like she was taking a ligit job with this quest at least. So there was not a need to haul her in just yet. But for now would just watch her. He then turns to the mage and it seemed that he was hounding the guy that had put up the quest. Plus he had seen the man before but could not put his finger on it. The only person that was not someone he knew was a blond haired woman with goat like features. This was not something he had not seen before and walked over and knew that these guys would have freaked the poor guy out since he was behind hounded by everyone. Diamond walks over and gives a nod to the quester's way. Since he had a feeling that this was going to go bad for that guy. The merc gets himself a drink before going on the road with these guys.
Diamond had no ill feelings but a creation that was out of control that was made for war did worry him a great deal though. But the group there including himself would be able to take whatever this thing was down.

Reks paled when he heard that one voice speak up, perhaps his worst nightmare. As he had been trying to be discreet about it, more then likely it was that one bastard that had it out for him. "Crap Crap crap......freaking crapbaskets.......Its out in the forever forest. Its holding up in some kind of ruins, I tried to go after it myself. But I made it too powerful.....thats what I get with working with anicent relics.....damn that Marx I'm sure he caused that thing to go rouge. I had placed enith level degree of lockdown charms and enchantments! Once I was done with the last few adjustments I was going to turn it over for the Arch" the male said as he then saw more people coming in and a few were already glaring daggers into him. He had done everything legally and under other regulations within the Arch. For Reks though knew that Marx was more then likely the snitch as the man had been jealious of him. By both his tallent in making golems and doll constructs. As well as courting one of the teacher's daughters that was the envy of all. Although Marx was one of the shining stars of the Arch of Ages and well it seemed that he stopped the man's journey to sucess. He reaches into his robes and pulls out a map and shows the location of the ruins were the golem was.
"......I would have asked for you not to destroy it as thats a few years of all my hard work down the drain. But thats life for you, anyway if your going to take it down. You can dismantal it and take its parts to be sold as payment for doing this. So headmaster will I be expelled for this? As I said I had that thing locked down and as added insurance I took out all of its Mana Cores. Who ever did this had sabotaged my work" knowing more then likely that would be the case. But there was always hope that would not happen but was prepared for both answers.

Bullshit.Complete and total bullshit Reks just rattled out. He knew damn well War Golems were not being commissioned by Noku's military at the moment. He made a weapon more powerful than he could control and he even may have built it off site where instructors couldn't quickly intervene in PRECISELY this situation? Internally, Adrain was seething but there were more important things to worry about than verbally lashing out the fool.
"You can only help your case if you are able to contribute to stopping your mistake." Adrain says, implicitly demanding that Reks take some responsibility for his screw up and assist in disabling it. "What material is it made out of, what weapons or abilities does it have?" he says. As he waited for the intelligence report from Reks, he did a quick survey of those who no doubt answered the ad.
An interesting woman whom seemed to be part woman part...goat? An anthro or phioric? She extended a hand to the woman, identifying herself as Iris and grasped it, trying to have a faint smile of greeting despite the situation.
"Adrain. I don't mean to forego the formalities but the circumstances aren't the best right now for a more social experience, perhaps later?"
Another woman appeared in dark clothes, very tall, upon seeing which a brief flashback tried to start in his mind of a similarly dressed woman clad in black leather with blonde hair was running from his point of view tauntingly saying 'Come and get me, if you can keep up'. Adrain blinked and shook his head, clearing his mind of the memory that was trying to surface. Now wasn't the time.
Another woman appeared, a mercenary by all appearances equipped for melee combat as far as Adrain could tell, but he knew well enough not to judge a book by it's cover. Then another mage, one that Adrain had went on the first trip to the Forest with appeared: Diamond he believed was the name.
[Assume this is the last thing in this 'round']
After Reks would fill in the others on what was going on, Adrain looks at a wall, his eyes glowing more brightly as he raises his right hand, a purple mist forming around it as a white glyph forms around his left. He begins to chant arcane words for thirty seconds before a few flashes erupt and a portal manifests in the wall. The highly observant might notice a slight glow from beneath the front of his robe and shirt.
"I believe we all agree that time is of the essence. This portal will take us to the edge of the forest where we can begin this task." Adrain says, then stepping through to prove safety to the others who would probably question the safety of a portal.

Iris shook the persons hand, nodding in agreement. No, I understand. Business is business. Her voice made it obvious that this was not her native language, and that she was not of this world, but of Ancient Rome, not that anyone here would know that. Iris moved away, and took a seat nearby, watching as one by one more people began to filter in and around their quant little group. She knew none of them. There was a white haired female, who seemed to be used to this kind of mission, an assassin of sorts she would guess. There was a white haired male, who seemed careless about the whole ordeal, only pausing to nod at them in the first place. Must be everyday work for him. Another woman who went by Samantha, and by the looks of it, she enjoyed the state which the creator was in.
Iris rolled her eyes at the explanation given to them. “Oh no, please don’t kill my monster, just tame it.” same story different phrases, every single time. It was nothing she hadn’t heard before. The only thing that caught her attention was the portal that was created afterwards. More magic she’d never seen. She eyed the mage curiously, still uneasy with such powers. However, her scepticism was cut a tad short, as he walked through on his own to prove it’s safety.
Well, let’s get on with it then. Iris stood from her perch and walked on ahead of the others, following Adrain through the portal. She could care less who was joining them on this little quest, she wasn’t here to make friends. She’d only introduced herself to Adrain because he had arrived before her and already had hold of the trouble maker.
Iris looked around after walking through, taking in the surroundings. Forests were where she’d grown up, so she was no stranger to the surroundings, but the demons and monsters within the forest were always new to her. Where should we start? She looked to Adrain. It seemed he would be their little leader this day.

Sai just nodded her head as the other woman arrived and introduce herself followed by another white haired male. Crossing her legs on the stool as she watched the wimp of a man shiver for being yelled while he was giving them the information they needed. It was funny that he was blaming someone else for his golem going rouge.
Only rolling her eyes as he mentioned the for them not to destroy his little project. She let the other white haired man extract more information from the little wimp because if she was going to do it she might have torment the man and maybe even cause him pain to get the information. Hearing the man finally mention his name she gave him a quick look over before turning her eyes back towards the wimp.
Watching him create a portal, as she watched the blonde woman creature follow after him. Placing her hands on the wimp shoulder's she whispered lowly for only him to hear. "Your golem is as good as dead, and maybe you as well after this." Pushing off of him as she walked into the portal letting the magic guide her towards the Forever Forest.
Stepping out next to the blonde creature before moving away from the portal as the others stepped, though. Her eyes harden as she took in they surroundings it was honestly maybe one of the best areas if they can fight from a distance but if they came in contact with the golem surrounded by a large group of trees they might run into trouble. Moving to a tree she placed her hand on it for once wishing that she had a connect to the earth.
Once everyone was assembled, she turned to the person who she assumed was going to be they self-appointed leader. "Adrain your leader, so you lead the way." She hands now placed on her hips, fingers just itching for a good fight. Once he was on the move she would follow him towards the location, praying that everyone on this mission was skilled and no one was going to get hurt.

What a fucking coward, was all that went though Sam's head as she watched the man cower and ramble off information at Adrian's request. She had to smirk a little bit as the other white haired woman said something sinister to the man as it seemed what blood was left in his face drained away. She looked at the man, "Hope no one pays me to seek vengeance on you for damage done by your creature." She walked over as the white haired woman walked through the portal after the Satyr woman, satisfied that it was stable she passed through the portal joining the others.
She made no argument that Adrian would be the one to lead the group as she was more than happy to let any failures be on the shoulders of someone else. She had kept to herself so far and that wasn't changing for now though she did keep an eye on Diamond since she had been seen by him during one of her less than legal operations.

Diamond just relaxed slightly and it seemed that the quest maker was in some deep shit. But he did not care too much as this was a job he had to do. As money was money and yes he would be saving lives from being killed as he was Mylee's Champion. But his mercenary ways came back to him once he was taking a job. It seemed that the mage would be in charge of this one since it came from his school or whatever it is for mages to train at. "Well none the less we have a job to do" Diamond said as he got up to join the rest of the group there. "By the way you two, don't get too heavily invested emotionally to a job. It might come and get you on the ass. He screwed up yes but don't rub it in" he said looking at Samantha and Sai. But none the less he would be working with these two for the job. And it seemed that the swordswoman was keeping a eye on him. Perhaps she feared that he could turn her into the guardsmen "To you miss, right now this is a legal and legit job. I have no reason to turn you in, if you keep doing legal ones as repentence. But if you do something that would be illegal I will not hesatate and turn you into the guardsmen. Are we crystal clear on that" he said and then went through the portal.
The white haired mercenary did worry about the blond haired one as he did not see a weapon on her. As this situation could turn into a deadly combat situation. So he would at least watch out for her if need be or make a weapon on the fly. He deffinately knew the others could handle themselves in this situation. Overall Diamond was needing a challange and again this war golem might serve as a good test of his skills.

Reks gave all of the information he had on the golem he made. The construct was made from a strong steel and iron, and from what he gave it was a partial reconstruction of something he had found in the ruins that this thing was at. It stood as a giant above most men and had a somewhat spherical body. It did not have any ranged ability to note of but its strong bulk and mass would be more then enough to deal devastating amounts of damage. The man was very forth coming on everything and was now very much afraid of both Sai and Samantha in there intimadation of him. He had rebuilt this thing as for the sake of knowlage and as well as arcilogical find. It made him far more depressed that he was seen as a mad wizard or mage seeking to destroy the world or take over the world. None the less his curiosity got him in the end and it burned him greatly.
Through the Portal
It would be rather cold as it was still the middle of winter and in the far distance between the trees there was a structure in the far distance. In the snow near by were some massive tracks made by something that was not normal. As they were massive and heavy and the path also had several trees on there side either pushed out of the way. Knocked down by something massively strong and some were uprooted and thrown to the side. Even though something like this was out of the ordinary and would have caused many of creature to disperse and hide. There would be several creatures moving about as if what had happend was natural rather then an evil presence. None the less it would be an unerving situation when they got there.

As Adrain stepped through and was apparently elected leader by the others, his eyes scan the ground to see footprints. It was convenient that it just happened to be nearby to where he popped out with the portal. Nonetheless, he traces the trail to where some trees were laid aside. Strangely, the fauna nearby didn't seem startled. Woodland creatures tended to shy away from unnatural energies. It was curious.
"I can see the ruins in the distance. We were fortunate that my portal ended up nearby. The tracks on the ground were likely created by the golem, but it is a little odd. Most golems operate on an arcane crystal of some kind and through action create a mildly unnatural energy that scares off fauna. Yet there are creatures scampering about on the wooded regions the golem likely damaged." he says walking in the direction of the ruins following the tracks.
"At the least, it seems to be drawn to the ruin and not rampaging towards the city. Perhaps it won't be hostile or can be contained...if this thing is as durable as Morrowind says it is being able to beat it with melee weaponry would be problematic." he says, noting the fact that their group was composed of three melee. "In any case, when we get to the ruins and lay contact on the creature, don't rush in to attack it. Observe and perhaps we can resolve this with fewer broken bones."
With that, Adrain would walk down the path and trail of tracks until the edge of the ruin unless something jumped out at them and went oogly boogly.

Iris scanned the area as well, and automatic thing she did when she arrived somewhere new to her. She didn’t know anything about the creature they were hunting, so she listened carefully to Adrain when he spoke. She nodded when he was finished, noting to stand her ground. She looked around at the group trying to make a mental note of the abilities off of a guess, but until she saw them in action, she wouldn’t know much about them. This could be problematic, as she didn’t know who she could rely on, and who would clash when fighting together.
After a moment she shook her head and followed Adrain down the path. “Assuming it’s a trap, and it is hostile, whats the plan?” She caught up to him easily, given her differing lower half, and tilted her head in question.
