Aria listened to Serai’s response to her little joke ’Kind of hard not to treat you as an equal when we can have conversations like this; but I know he cared for me, though until that point I thought it was just as a friend. Really it made things awkward. I wasn’t ready for a romantic relationship…and it was so close to the awkward incident with Garrett, really that side of things didn’t developed until quite recently……though it wasn’t nearly as awkward as that; does the miss and Adrain have a thing going?’ Aria arched her eyebrow and glanced at Lucinda; the two seemed free with their…touches. Aria chose to say nothing else on the subject, least not out loud. Aria nodded when Yuki accepted their invitation and returned her gaze to others. Really the girl seemed to be going out of her way to act inappropriate.
Aria chuckled at Melda’s interaction with Diamond; and then Aria herself realized she still had Diamonds Mid Winter present to give him.
”Oh Zepons tittie twisters, I keep forgetting to give you your mid-winter gift…it would have been just what you were looking for. When we go back to the castle I can go fetch it.”
Aria was amused by the other phiorics and her snake’s interactions; she did note the girl seemed to be quite at unease around her. It was a shame; Aria did wish to get to know more people that were the same as her species. Well half of her species; the other half was fucking nuts. As the topic moved back to the game of truths Aria had to wonder what rules Lucinda had in mind.
”Well what rules were …..”
Arias attention was pulled when the snake started to talk animatedly; causing a loud laugh to burst from Aria. Oh she liked this snake, he was amusing. Much more talkative then Gabby.
”One second Crowley I may be able to help you with that; I hope everyone doesn’t mind but I’m going to step in as translator here. One moment.”
Aria placed two fingers to her throat; her eyes flashed gold for a moment fallowed by a soft orange gold glow around her finger tips. When she spoke Aria would not be speaking in her own voice but Crowleys; and very much in the same animated way.
” No kidding, this girls best friend is a snake. A SNAKE! And that was before I came into the picture. She's over two hundred years old and her first and only friend is me. It's sad really. I've been trying, but what can I do when no one can understand me but her.”
Once she was done translating the glow vanished leaving a giggling Aria. Really it was a shame more people couldn’t understand the animals. They were so amusing; at least she could do this.
”I think Crowley wants to play Lucinda; if you really wish to play then perhaps we should set some ground rules.”

When Aria burst out laughing Ellaria quite visibly jumped. She had been desperately hoping that Aria would not have been paying attention to Crowley. She was about to snap when the red headed woman did something terribly unexpected. She not only translated for Crowley, but it was as if she had recorded him voice and all. So everyone who listened had gotten the full effect of what he had been saying. It did not take long for Ellaria's alabaster skin to turn a very very bright shade of crimson, her mouth hanging open much like a fish's would. She was appalled, terrified, and quite frankly, rather embarrassed.
Crowley's eyes flashed with mirth as Aria translated for him, and he burst into a fit of snake like laughter. "Aria was it? THANK YOU, SO VERY KINDLY! You might actually be able to set my plans in motion." Before Ellaria could react Crowley unwound himself from around her and swam over to Aria. "May I? it's a bother trying to swim in one place and hold a conversation, as you see I don't have any limbs." Before she really even had time to reply, Crowley slithered up Aria's back and wound himself loosely across her shoulders, being tactful for once, as the matters had switched to a more important topic than his taste for mortal women.
By the time he had already removed himself from around her, Ellaria snapped to and gasped. "Crowley you traitor!" She fumed, going to make a grab for him, but remembered she was stark naked, so instead she sunk down into the water and pulled her knees up to her chest and covered her face. Because she knew Crowley was on a roll, he had made a new friend, besides her, that could translate for him verbatim; and even though he was her companion animal, she was not the boss of him. And once he was on a roll, there really wasn't any stopping him until the damage was done.
Crowley took this as a sign of defeat from Ellaria. "Oh Elly Darling hush, you hate me now, but trust me you will love me later." He turned back to Aria and continued. "Now, this game of truths does sound terrific I know some are seemingly against it, but it might just be able to help Elly here, pop out of her shell. You see I've only been with Ellaria for oh say, 25 years. Her people skills are absolutely dreadful, she barley even talks to snakes. She hasn't even tried to transform. 225 years. Hasn't attempted once. Despite her appearance one could mistake her for human, absolutely no Phioric qualities. Tell, what was her name, Lucinda? To please reconsider and the others as well, and to state the rules so we can play, you would be doing this ol' chap an enormous favor. And Elly too, though she wouldn't admit it." He flicked his tongue when he finished his miniature monologue like one would take a breath after speaking so much. "I would bat my eyelashes at you endearingly if I could, but along with limbs, I also do not acquire eyelids."
If Ellaria could she would have drowned herself. But with the embarrassment Crowley was creating for her, she really didn't need to create any more.

Serai lets out a small growl as Aria inquired at whether Adrain and Yuki had a thing going. His tail swishes slightly as he looks at the redhaired phioric. 'No, not like that...but the girl has been through hell, it doesn't surprise me that much she seems to find comfort with him. I suppose I should help him out, since I think he's going to call me over anyway for that.. Serai says to Aria, standing up and sauntering his way over to where Adrain was, sitting on his haunches for a moment.
As Yuki decided to get snuggly and cuddly, Adrain you could almost tell had a bead of sweat run down the side of his head. Sure, Yuki was being cute right now, and he could tell she was exhausted possibly himself making it harder for her to rest by putting magic studies on her plate. Were it just himself and Yuki her, he would allow her to sleep for a time just wanting the girl to get rest. But Duchess Vanya was here, along with Lucinda, Aria, and others and he didn't want to give an improper representation of their relationship since it could backlash on Yuki in one way or another. Plus, he wasn't quite in that deep of a relationship with Yuki as of now.
His expression looks about for a moment, trying to find a reasonable way to get out of this when Serai at this point decides he wanted to force himself in between them, slowly trying to take over for Adrain's spot as bedpost for Yuki and sitting in the water letting the girl cuddly up against him, at least assuming the transition didn't (likely) stir Yuki out of it.
"So, ah...she must be exhausted, yeah? I know she sort of has insomnia at times so don't mind her" he says trying to cover for Yuki in the eyes of the nobility class people here, before then going over to the ice platform. "Does anyone need more wine or refreshment?" he offers. He looks over at Melda whom seemed very interested in Diamond joining her, while he was reluctant. A brow raised, and a mental note was taken but he offered nothing to interject since it wasn't his place to do so.
Perhaps most amusingly, Aria seemed to be translating for the snake that was covering up Ellaria's unmentionable goodies. Then the serpent disrobed Ellaria and made his way to Aria for more monologue and tormenting the phioric. At this point, Adrain felt sympathy for Ellaria's level of embarrassment and went to his pile, pulling his black robe into his hands and walking over to Ellaria, offering it to her while averting his eyes from her funbags.
"If you want to wear this as a non traitorous swimsuit, you can have it, you can at least wrap it around yourself and get it wet, don't worry about returning it, I have many more back at home." he says with a welcoming smile, waiting for her to accept or decline before doing anything more.
The game of truths, Adrain was still indifferent on and had no more to offer on it. He would play along if the group saw fit to do so.

Lucinda watched as Yuki made herself quite comfortable on Adrain and anyone paying attention would probably notice the stone mask her face suddenly becomes. Inside, a million thoughts raced through her mind concerning the two of them and while she really wanted to disappear right then, she was a proper lady and not a coward.
Instead, she chooses to focus on Melda who seemed to be talking to her and she nodded. The older woman seemed to be disappointed on her behalf. Why? Oh, the game, yes. “Well, I certainly don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable,” she agreed. Then the scene with Ellaria and Crowley unfolded with Aria playing translator. The princess smiled as, apparently, the game was back on. The suggestion was merely supposed to be a distraction but perhaps with proper rules it would be alright. Though she did feel sorry for Ellaria, giving her a look of sympathy, and Adrain a smile as he offered her his robe.
She took notice of Adrain’s obvious discomfort with Yuki’s actions and sighed to herself as Serai inserted himself into the mix as Yuki’s new tiger pillow. She’d have to get that cat a toy later. As Adrain offered more wine, Lucinda held up here glass. “Can I have another? Just one more glass?” she asked, smiling. Once he supplied her, she’d sip on the wine, clearly thinking.
“Alright. There seems to be some disagreement here concerning this game but enough people want to play that I guess we’ll give it a try. The basis for the game of truths is that someone will ask a specific person a question and that person has to either answer it truthfully or they may choose to decline. If they decline, they are then given a dare which they must complete,” she explained the basics quickly. “Now, because of our varied company, I think stricter rules should be in place. Personal questions are welcome, but nothing concerning issues of state or politics. No questions about family. Dares cannot involve anything too risque,” she decided, sipping her wine.
Lucinda sat up a bit in the water, not enough to uncover herself fully, and set her glass aside. “I’ll start, just to give an example,” she offered, turning to Aria. “Aria, what’s your favorite color?” she asked. (Each person may ask a question in their post, regardless of if you were asked one, keeps it interesting.)

Yuki felt her hold on Adrain slip as silk fur replaced the flesh of another person. Cracking open her eyes slowly blinking a few times getting her bearings on her location once again. Giving a sleepy smile to everyone at the mention that was an insomnia of sorts, taking it as a sign that it was alright for her to take a short nap she returned to her new fluffy living fur pillow. Her right hand taking a small hold on Serai's fur being careful not to pull on it as she readjusting her body into the more comfortable position with her head resting on Serai's neck.
Deciding to stay awake a bit longer as she fought her body need for sleep, her eyes closing for a few seconds before opening once again upon hearing Ellaria's calling Crowley a traitor. Looking around in time to see Crowley had coiled himself around Aria leaving poor Ellaria without anything to hide her body. She felt sympathy for Ellaria not only did she lose her swimsuit she was also betrayed by her friend and companion, she did wish that she could offer help but in her current state, she couldn't offer much help herself.
She listened to Crowley hiss up a storm to Aria, she turned to look at Ellaria wondering if she wanted to skin her companion. A soft sleepy smile graced her helps that Ellaria didn't want to know Crowley if that he had said and Aria translated earlier was she didn't want the girl to be without a friend. The small waves in the water brought her attention to Adrain as she watched him waded over to the girl and offering her his robe.
Closing her eyes once again as the conversation around her continued it slowly moved back to the games of truth. Listening to the rules of the game and was a more than happy of the additional rules that were added to the game. The rule that she liked the best was that questions about family were off limits. As much as she disliked her mother for the things that she has done to her she still didn't want anyone knowing about the crimes her mother done to her or her problems at home.
Opening her eyes once again to look at Melda. "Lady Melda, what's your favorite flower?" She asked once an answer was given she would return her head back upon Serai's neck as she listened to the everything around, slowly falling back into another light sleep.

Once Yuki accepted their invitation home, Melda nodded her head and shifted her gaze to Aria, hearing her tell Diamond she’d give him his present once they returned. That reminded her she’d have to give him his as well, which happens to be the next day. She gazed around their makeshift group, cocking an eyebrow unapprovingly as Yuki seemed to be drifting to sleep on Adrian’s shoulder. How utterly inappropriate!! The girl was a noble for crying out loud! She should know to show a bit of restraint! Melda held in an angry sigh, and watched as Adrain tried to get out of the situation, his feline companion taking his place. Well at least he knew her antics were wrong. Melda rubbed the bridge of her nose, nodding as Adrain tried to make an excuse for her. Insomnia or not, she must learn to control such… urges. Melda sighed, speaking low enough not to wake the girl, while shaking her head. She hadn’t seen Yuki’s eyes open at first, but noticed after a moment. Well, what was said, was said.
It was clear at this point that Diamond would not be joining them, so Melda kept her back to him, giving up on hi all together for the night. He would join them if he changed his mind, she knew. I’ll have another glass if you don’t mind. Melda downed what was left of her glass, and waited her turn to receive more. Melda listened to Lucinda’s explanation, nodding along. With everything going on here already, the game had become the least of her concerns. With a sigh, she decided there was no harm in trying it, so long as it didn’t get out of hand.
Lucinda’s question seemed harmless enough, directed at Aria. Yuki it would seem, decided to join in as well, as she asked Melda a question. She blinked in response, not expecting one to come her way so soon. My favourite… flower? No one’s ever actually asked me that. Hmm… well I suppose it would have to be Shattered Mist. Thank you Yuki. Her tone was surprised, and calm, stunned into a quiet state. She didn’t know why that question affected her that way, but it had. People didn’t generally ask her simple questions.
After a moment of thought, she turned her gaze to Lucinda, decided she was the safest option; she didn’t remember Ellaria’s name, Yuki had just asked her, and Aria already had a question. She would steer clear of the men for now. Lucinda dear, which season do you enjoy most? The question was tacky, but she refused to delve into anything deeper so soon.

Diamond was currently in a trance with his meditation and what he was doing with the crystals. He was vaugely awear of what was going on. He had enough feeling, that if something happend thought that he could react to the situation. So he was not in the social aspect due to the fact of the three major noble women. Two were not so much such as Yuki and Melda but Lucinda was the other story. This time around he was not here to play as the last few times he was. The last one though it was not too good and it just left a slightly bad taste in his mouth. It seemed more on the women and Adrian as there was not much he had an imput on. Although one could have said it was his fault for being anti-social but he was not in the high social crowd or level of nobility. He would have to improve on that sometime soon since it was apparent that it could impact him in a bad way. And have a few daggers in his back, but at that point he tried to clear his thoughts again.

Aria watched as the snake swam over to her; nodding when he asked permission to use her as a seat for the time being. She understood quite well how it could be difficult to swim without limbs. Aria looked over at Ellaria and gave her an apologetic smile. While people busied themselves with getting another glass of wine; Aria listened to Crowley. Amused that the snake was the same age as herself; and that his friend well; she was two hundred years older. Chuckling when the snake said he’d bat his eyelashes if he had them, if she could get Lucinda to play. However it would seem Lucinda did reconsider the idea which was fortunate for the snake…and unfortunate for his companion. ”I don’t think playing if there are rules in place will be an issue; we just have a few people who are pretty high up in the royal court system to do so lightly in such mixed company. Aria had little problems playing so long as there were limitations. However she pondered on what Crowley said about Ellaria. It wasn’t to odd that Ellaria was so hesitant to transform; wasn’t exactly a safe process. ”I do not blame Ellaria for being hesitant on trying to transform; it’s easy to lose yourself the first few times. It’s probably very wise of her to wait so long to attempt it. If she wishes though perhaps I can help; I do not know her yet but she seems pretty set in her ways…she might be able to pull it off if she wished.”
Aria looked back towards Adrain when he gave an excuse for Yuki’s behavior; Aria’s eyebrow arching. Yuki had every control of whom she snuggled up to. Aria nodded in agreement with Melda; though it appeared Yuki was still indeed awake. Meaning her behavior was even less accidental. Aria shook her head; declining the second glass of wine. She herself wasn’t the largest of drinkers; one was enough to suit her. Plus she’d be helping Diamond escort the others back later. Aria smiled as Adrain offered Ellaria another way to cover up. Aria turned to listen to Lucinda as she explained the rules; fully nodding agreement. Yes family was best left unspoken…..so very much…. It would seem that she was awarded the first question of the game. She had to think about it.
”Really it’s a tossup between purple, orange, or green…but I think I enjoy purple the most.”
Now Aria had to think of whom her victim would be; Ellaria seemed like a good choice.
”Ellaria, I’ll make the first question simple. What is your favorite food?”
Aria smiled; and noticed that Diamond was off in his own little world. She had a really strong urge just to dunk him in. But she suppose it would be rather uncomfortable walking back in wet clothing. So she decided against it. She turned her attention back to the snake which was resting on her shoulders.
”Crowley if you wish to ask a question and participate to I will translate any questions you have.”
And she would in the same manner in which she translated for him before. So any question he asked would be translated after he spoke them.

Ellaria looked up at Adrain took the robe gratefully. She murmured her thanks as she tried her best to slip on the robe while sitting down. She ended up managing quite nicely without flashing anyone. When she was finished she laid back comfortably against the rocks, sipping more at her wine, deciding that Crowley was going to be Crowley and if she let it bother her to much, it would spoil the evening. She did silently curse him again. She was completely out of her element and the only stranger. Not to mention she had no understanding of Nobility or its customs, so the seriousness of certain topics didn't quite meet her. She was in all honesty a tad bit confused.
When the game was explained along with the rules, Ellaria nodded her head, swirling the remaining contents of her glass around as she spoke, "If that's all there is to it, then I am more than willing to play. There isn't much harm in asking or answering a question, especially when there are limitations."
Crowley hissed with delight. "Drat, my lack of limbs not only hampers my swimming, but ALAS I can not clap either. Ah well. But yes, I not blame her either, it's just I feel she has so much untapped potential. I just wish she would at least try something, whether it be trying to transform or something else." When Aria had turned to look at Yuki and the mage fellow, he did as well, perplexed by the situation and by the tiger. The tiger seemed to have just as much personality as he did. Deciding he knew which question he would ask, "You Sir, Adrain, how does one come to acquire a tiger?"
Ellaria had chosen to ignore anything else Crowley had said to Aria, but when the red head asked her a question about her favorite food she perked up slightly. "Well erm, I really, really like eggs. Doesn't matter how they are prepared, I like eggs." She blinked and looked around trying to pick someone who hadn't been asked a question yet. Her eyes falling on the girl from earlier. Her mind drew a complete blank and she awkwardly starred at the girl until she finally settled on a question. "Uhhh, Yuki, right? What's your....favorite....gem stone?"

For the first few minutes, Adrain had occupied himself with passing around drinks to those who had indicated that they wanted a refill. The time in between he had been trying to figure out if Yuki was going to take offense to Serai's intervention. It was convenient and it reinforced the fact that the cat seemed to have more of a mind than one might be led to believe an animal could have. He didn't draw any additional attention to Yuki since Melda obviously disapproved and others seemed to be in the same boat. If it fades from the active mindset then that was probably going to be what was best for Yuki.
When Ellaria took the robe and then motioned to begin dressing herself, Adrain dropped a momentary fog around her with a quick spell as he turned and walked away to provide additional cover. He wasn't really that interested in trying to get a glance at her titties and she was squeamish enough as it was.
The question about the tiger that came out of Aria's mouth in the snake's voice admittedly caught him off guard. He had to think on what to say, his amnesia didn't really help with that, and to let it on would potentially alert people to the idea that he was fated. Even if he appeared in this world before Fated was declared a problem, he didn't run around advertising that fact unlike a certain red-haired blabbermouth pain in the ass (never mind the fact Aria had mentioned this to Lucinda at another point).
As he thought, his eyes gleamed purple for a moment as he sort of went into a bit of a trance. "I met Serai when I was training in the wilds when I was younger. He is a very rare sort of animal, and at first he thought me a prey. We had a bit of a scuffle with me coming out on top with some magical assistance, and since that point on Serai decided to acknowledge me as a partner and companion, and he has been my most loyal companion since." he states, then feeling dizzy and sitting for a moment, grasping the temple of his head for a moment, distracted from the fact that he was supposed to ask a question.

The game was going quite well so far, at least, it seemed to be to Lucinda. The simple rules and restrictions had made it more alluring she thought, since now everyone was playing but Melda’s bodyguard. She didn’t really expect him to though, he didn’t seem the type for such things.
She was listening and sipping on her wine, trying to make sure she would remember most of the little details that people were divulging. Melda’s favorite flower, Ellaria’s favorite food, Aria’s favorite color. She thought Ellaria liking eggs so much was amusing, considering her companion was a snake.
Lucinda looked at Melda as she realized the older woman had asked her a question. She smiled sheepishly. “I’m sorry, Melda, I got caught up in the conversation. Favorite season, hm?” she said, thinking for a moment. “I think spring is my most enjoyable season,” she finally answered, smiling. She knew she needed to ask a question, so she thought for a moment. “Adrain, what’s your favorite element?” she asked, curious. She knew he was capable with any magic, and he had told her his affinity was for shadow, but perhaps that wasn’t his favorite.
Lucinda waited for Adrain to pass around more wine, holding up her glass and giving him a smile as he filled it. “Thank you,” she said, sipping lightly. “Seriously though, last glass. Don’t tempt me further,” she added, laughing a little. It would not do well for her to get drunk in the springs in such sensitive company and she was already feeling a bit tipsy.
Adrain’s story about how he met Serai was rather cute which she found both interesting and surprising. He looked like he had a flashback, though, his voice tone changing as he spoke. Lucinda looked at him, concerned. She wasn’t sure what she was supposed to do, and she looked at Aria. “Adrain?” she asked, simply, waiting to see how he would answer.

Yuki didn't catch the first half of what Melda had said because it was spoken in a low enough but she caught the bit about her controlling her urges. She decided to brush it off for the time being because it wasn't much to complain and worry about at this point. Agreeing that she should know better than to drink during her current state because of lack of sleep and using Adrain as a pillow but what was done was done. If anything she was kinda glad it happened because he was the only person that she felt comfortable with given they current situation to use as a pillow.
Paying slight attention to the answers given and the questions asked as she let sleep slowly drift into her thoughts. Learning Aria's favorite colours were interesting she would never have guessed that she liked those colours. Still, the colours given reminded her a little of the evening sky minus the green. Anyway, it's not like she was going ever going to get Aria anything anytime soon but it was good to know for the future.
Hearing Melda's favourite flower was the Shattered Mist, completing missing the surprise in her tone. It gave her an idea to make Melda a floral arrangement when the time came that had the shattered mist along with other flowers that would compliment them very well.
She looked up hearing her name, turning to Ellaria. "That is right Miss Ellaria." Confirming that she got her name correct. The question did, however, throw her off because it was something she never expected someone to ask her. Even her all her years her mother never asked her that question or anyone else for the matter of fact.
It did wake her up for a moment as she thought about the question carefully. Her favorite gemstone now that she seriously thought about it, she didn't truly have a favorite one but how was she to tell all of these people that a gemstone never caught her fancy without sounding like she didn't care about pretty looking stones that others seemed to fancy and cry about.
"Uh well... to be honest. I don't truly have a favorite gemstone. I like them all equally and could never fancy one over the other." Pausing for a moment look at everyone noticing that Adrain after he gave his answer seemed more than a little distracted. She was going to reach out and touch his shoulder out of concern but decided against it. Whispering to Serai that she would be fine for a few moments if left alone if he wanted to make sure that Adrain was okay for both of they sakes. Her concern for Adrain almost made her forget to ask her question. "Lady Aria what is your favorite type of tea?"

Melda looked around their circle of people as everyone answered their respective questions, potentially asking their own afterwards. She accepted her new glass of wine from Adrain with a smile, sen distracted by the chatter. Aria had spoken her favourite colour, and offered to translate for Crowley. It seemed their shy friend had agreed to play as well, answered the food question Aria had proposed, before asking her own to Yuki.
Aria then translated for Crowley, for Adrain who looked a bit stunned by the question. Melda kept her eyes on him now, her own narrowing slightly as his eyes turned brighter than they had been before. His story seemed very well thought out, like he had been reading from a piece of parchment, but at the same time, Melda detected no lies. Afterwards he looked drained and didn’t ask a question of his own. Finally, Lucinda answered Melda’s question, so naturally, Melda at turned to face her for the moment. A lovely choice. Melda smiled, nodding with curiosity as Lucinda asked Adrain her question. Some of these were quite good questions.
It continued on in a circle, everyone answer their own questions before asking another, and Melda noticed she didn’t have one to answer this time round, but decided to ask another anyhow. She looked around the circle of who to ask, noting that Aria and Adrain had just been asked, she’d already asked Lucinda, Diamond wasn’t apart of their game…. So who? Hmm… Ellaria, was it? Why do you seem to be slightly afraid of Lady Aria? Melda asked lightly. It didn’t cross any of the rules they had made; nothing political or family related. She didn’t think it would be too personal of a question either, but Melda was getting a bit tired of the questions that had been going around. Nothing had been too interesting as of yet.

Aria after answering closed her eyes; sinking back into the water. Minding she stayed up enough as to not submerge the snake that had chosen her as a perch for the time being. The water felt nice against the sore muscles of her back; her original motivation for coming to the springs after all was to ease the tired muscles. She listened to the questions and answers that were given; she spoke once more for Crowley. Her gaze opening in slight surprise when the mage actually answered; his expression causing her eyebrows to furrow in slight worry. Her mind went to Serai ’Perhaps we should take him home to rest? He does not look so well……’ Aria wondered if Adrains memory was coming back; if so then he was going to be in for some emotional turmoil.
Aria turned her head when her name was spoken by someone unexpected; she blinked a couple of times caught off guard. It wasn’t the question so much as the person who was asking it. ”Um, I would have to say it is a special brew made with Helena’s tears. Has a minty flavor to it; and it does wonders to perk oneself up when one can’t afford to be drowsy with sleep.” A small smile forming on her face as she remembered the reason to why she had started drinking the tea in the first place. ”I would have to say it’s my favorite now only because of the fond memories attached to it. “ Since it was her turn Aria turned to Melda. ”Melda what is your favorite animal? Or anyone’s for that matter….are we allowed to ask more than one person?”
As Melda asked Ellaria her question; Aria became intrigued. After all she to was curious as to why the young phioric seemed slightly jumpy. Though she hadn’t attributed it to herself…then again a lot of people were jumpy around her. She always attributed it to the scar that blazed across her face; as it did make the more squeamish uncomfortable.

Ellaria was grateful for the momentary shrouding that Adrain had provided, the situation making her realize she really needed to invest in a bathing suit of some sort if she were going to continue to be sociable in the future. She was relieved to find that she had not gotten Yuki's name wrong and was amused by her response. She smiled faintly, "Yes they are all rather sparkly aren't they? I tend to find that the gems I like most are the ones that pertain to my favorite colors. Reds and Blues. Sorry that my question wasn't all that interesting."
She cleared her throat, turning her head in Adrain's direction as Crowley asked him about Serai, she too was a bit curious as to how he had acquired such an animal without being Phioric. Surely most humans would have been eaten. He seemed to be confused, which in turn confused her because it seemed like a rather simple question. When he spoke, her confusion turned to concern, his previous friendly disposition changed to something a bit more serious. She frowned, looking over at her companion, it wasn't necessarily his fault so she wasn't angry with him, she was mostly curious as to how he would react.
Crowley was pleased with Adrain's story, it was quite interesting how a human man came about having such a predator for a companion. Although when the mage seemed affected by the question the snake hissed apologetically. "My apologies if my question was too forward. I didn't mean to have er, caused? Your discomfort?" Crowley trailed off, not knowing exactly how to word his apology he decided he would not ask anymore questions.
When Lady Melda turned and asked Ellaria why she was afraid of Aria, what little color that had formed in her face from the springs vanished and the girl was now as white as parchment. She had almost forgotten about Aria, and her fear of her. The Duchess not knowing that black haired girl, must not have realized how very personal the question was. She stayed silent for a moment, trying to grasp an answer that would answer the question truthfully, but not give anything away the pertained to her family or her problems. She had indeed noticed the garish scar on the red head's face, but those types of things did not frighten her considering her own appearance. So trying to use that was out of the question, plus not to mention very rude. She cleared her throat once more deciding that she would go with a third of the truth, "Uhm well, Aria is the first of my kind that I have seen in over a year. And to top it off she gives off the aura of an Elder, and Elders are like royalty to my kind." She paused after she finished answering, feeling slightly awkward. It was the truth, in part, but most of it was missing.
Crowley felt sorry for Elly, he knew that the question would make her uncomfortable. The woman he was wrapped around didn't know it, but she was the embodiment of everything that the girl feared and a reminder of everything that she had left behind.
Ellaria then suddenly turned, meaning to ask the first person her eyes landed on a question, (aside from Aria); so any of the attention that had been on her would be off. It so happened that her eyes fell on Lucinda, "Ah, Lucinda, uhh, if you could go anywhere and do anything with absolutely no consequences, where and what would it be?" She smiled to herself, thinking that she had actually asked a rather interesting question, not knowing at all that she had just asked the question to a Princess.
