Character Traits
Hair Colour/Style: Estrella’s hair differs from an inky black to a golden blonde-depending on the time of day (will go into further detail later on)-and is cut short, an inch or two from brushing her shoulders, and is parted down the middle.
Eye colour: Like her hair, they range from an ordinary shimmering purplely black to a golden nearly white colour.
Skin Colour: Pale white
Body Type: 5'6 , thin, yet toned build, small and angular face. Is astoundingly agile and fast for being human-sometimes is mistaken for a elf with her build and facial features and her swiftness.
Clothing - Detailed Appearance: Estrella is nearly always found swathed in blacks or dark blues or greens, and never really operates outside of that. Her clothes are always formfitting under her many hooded cloaks, but rarely is her skin exposed. Taken to wear pant, she never wears a skirt unless required and only then if it s cut into three panels-to allow free leg movement. Her chest is just budding as puberty takes hold, giving her not large breasts by any means but they’re big enough to announce upon the world she is on the cusp of womanhood. her tight clothing enunciates this, although her choice for such attire is not a fashionable one but rather practical-she likes to be able to move quickly without being weighed down by layers of cloth.
Personality: Eternally sullen and speaks very little. Not one for random chatter, her responses are usually clipped and gloomy in their making. Estrella is a child of the night and can be seen wandering the streets and rooftops of Nova and she rarely answers to none but her will. Preferring her own company above all else she is not easy to make friends with. Despite being of young age she is very mature and sees the world in a very peculiar way that is often off-putting to people. She is not a warm person and is quick to draw her blade or staff upon people if they initiate a fight but will most likely bound away with the shadows if you piss off or annoy her.
Likes: Rain, the moon/nighttime, dismal poetry, weapons, flutes, stories with no moral lesson.
Dislikes: Small talk, gossip, kittens, sunshine, bright colours, grand gestures of romance, flowers, purposeless things, stringed instruments,the government.

Estrella can manipulate and even become one with the shadows, directing them to blot out light leaving a person in a tunnel of blackness (this is a light bending techinque and only effects the sight senses) for one post period and takes one post period to recharge, or simply blend so incredibly into the darkness to travel unseen and swiftly. This spell is mainly used to distract opponents and is her main mode of transportation. She can run along with the shadows for a mile at max before needing 2 post periods to refresh-and just as long as they are her size or larger.

Estrella was born to a long line of mages and Manna wielders and was born with the ability to manifest Manna at will. She has been studying it since she could read her Mother's journals and experiments with it daily to expand her knowledge and power. She uses a staff to control and direct the Manna and can direct it in three ways: a large powerful wave that takes 1 post turn to charge and 1 post to replenish, a series of small balls she can use at will but are fairly weak in their assault, and two bolts of lightening with moderate strength that requires no charge but one post turn to rejuvenate.

- One long thin sword of elvish make, has a golden handle inlaid with silver filigree.
- A curling staff made from old dark oak wood stained black , four branches seem to wind around each other at the base until creating a cup like hollow spout at the top of the staff where magic may funnel out. Manna crystals are embedded through the inner work of the staff and a red charge is emitted from them once activated. Small balls or strikes, or a wave, of Manna energy can be directed from this staff depending on the spell at hand. Has been in her family for generations.

Biography
History:
Estrella was born to a lonely and sad life; her mage mother died during childbirth and had sensed long before she may not endure this labour of love so traveled from her home near the outskirts of the Forever forest and Nova and made way for Manna Gorge. She being a mage made easy navigation throughout the place and found Caster's Altar. Beseeching her Goddess she spoke a prayer "for her child to live and be born with the power and strength she did not possess " and to her amazement her wish was granted.
"She may live and hold great power and future greatness, but she will pay for this in time "
The voice of Caster boomed and thus Estrella and was to born somewhat cursed. She would be blind and somewhat frail when in a normal state, but incredibly strong and quick when using her powers. (she would risk Manna corruption if she stayed fully powered 24\7)
"When the sun shines her hair will match to blend into the light, and as darkness falls it will go black to match the shadows. When she evokes her Manna channels, a glorious white fire will burn within her eyes, to ensnare and bring fear."
She returned home somewhat satisfied.A fortnight after Engoria's trek she gave birth to her daughter and as predicted died as a result. The midwife had attempted to give over the child to her father but he had long since been absent from her mother's side. Feeling for the abandoned babe she brought her to an barron farmer and his wife with all she could gather of Engoria's belongings. They were situated outside the Arch of Ages so when she was old enough it was easy for her to access the information she needed as a mage. She also was taken to nature and devoted her spare time to learning all the herbs and insects she could find to better understand all the world could offer in terms of poisons and remedies and other such things.
She recently moved to the capital and earns cash here and there from petty theft and delivering the odd letter-usually if it's far for her shadow leaping ability allows for quick transport and she likes to travel.

Extra: Is technically blind when not using her powers-although her other senses are heightened to the extent that she can form a scary accurate inner viewing of the world around her. Every scent, sound, and taste she quickly deciphers and combines into an image, and she is also sensitive to the air pressure around her so she knows when something changes-i.e a person/creature draws near, a object is thrown or moved,ect ect. Her connection to the ever-present Manna also assists in this mental picture by allowing her Third Eye to feel the life forces around her.
