Sima stood there silently in front of the door. It was not as if he wanted to do that. Sima's real intention of coming to visit Lilith was to see if anything was still there. If, for whatever reason, he saw a glimmer in her eyes, or a response that for whatever reason led him to believe so. Sadly, in his drunken mind, he couldn't see anything that suggested that. His eyes began to fill with silent tears, and more and more he found himself wanting to rush over to the Restaurant's inventory and hopefully dig out more liquid courage. However, his heart sank as the small, but yet loud, sobs of someone quite familiar rang through the door. Sima knew that he was idiotic, he knew that he was drunk, but for some reason he found himself aiming more and more for trying one last time. Despite knowing full well, that Lilith currently didn't want to see him.
That wasn't why he found himself still crying however, he found himself unable to stop tears because no matter how he dressed up there situation he couldn't find himself to pardon Lilith wanting to split them up. He tried, and tried, but his own beliefs made it impossible to feel as though this was his fault. Although he was sure that somewhere much of the blame rested on his shoulders, his head simply couldn't wrap around being in-love with someone from a-far. His true feelings were that if you were in-love than you should tell them, let your feelings be known. If you didn't have the courage to do that then you were never in love were you?
Sima turned around, opening the door he had just closed. Bending downward gracefully, the tears of sadness running down his face. He brought himself close to Lilith, and went to wrap his arms around her. If she tried to refuse in anger, he would try harder to wrap his arms around her.
He attempted to push her head against his chest, and allow his fast beating heart, to hopefully help calm her down. This may not work, in fact Lilith may not even understand what he was doing. Although his aura, seemed dominating, it also felt somehow soothing, as if his soul was reaching out to the person he was near.
He attempted to bring her head closer to his, to rest his head near her shoulders. He spoke softly, and calmly.
"Lilith, I love you with every fiber of my being. Whatever you choose, I try my best to support you. If you chose to work in a different continent, I would have waited years to see you again. It just broke my heart, in ways that I can not explain. I support your decision, for us to be split apart, but I can't get over it."
Sima clenched Lilith in a way that made this seem like he was getting more comfort from it than Lilith was.
"That.. makes me unpredictable. I am experimenting with myself in so many different ways, because I don't know how to be happy.." Sima, despite his best efforts, let a large amount of tears fall from his eyes, and many of them would more than likely fall on Lilith.
"Give me the ring back," Sima reached one of his hands in attempt to steal it back, while also doing something unconventional to hopefully distract him, and her.
Although, especially in his drunken state this would look like he was making a move. However, as Sima moved his head slightly, in an attempt to steal a kiss from Lilith, he found his head in a daze as it became petrified. Hoping that one kiss would be enough to make him happy, it would be enough to remind him of how much she used to love him, or even feel as though she was welcoming him home. Sima hoped for so much, but also found himself looking just as much for a negative response. Needing some sort of closure on his relationship, knowing that no matter how hard he tried she would never change her mind again. Sima needed to know that just as much as he needed comfort.
Sima, despite her answers, real choice for wanting the ring back, was to actually trade it. He was already depressed, and terrified, stressed. Sima wanted something else to drink, and the only thing he had on him with any value was that ring. Although he wanted Lilith to have something to remind her of him, as long as he could at least get the silver chain he would be happy, hopefully being able to find someone who would trade the jewelery for a little bit of alcohol.
Although to Lilith this could seem like something to distract her, Sima really just wanted someway to hide how truly broken he was, and how his own depression lead to such alcohol consumption. That ring was really worth nothing tonight, because the only thing he felt could make him feel anything near pleasure was some sort of alcohol.
