Nyx had made her way to the moon temple for a few reasons that day, the first was to see if any of the priest and priestesses of Nova had information on how one could meet Zeapon the second was to pray respects to her king since she was growing stronger. Her body still wasn't use the mana in Nova but she was slowly learning how to control it and channel it but she was getting better with each passing day. She was dressed in what most from her world would call a shine priestess outfit but hers was a slight different design, the bottom of the hakama gold pattern that could be mistaken for dragons her haori was white with some red threading and she had it design to allow her forearm to show she did change it a little tieing it off with an obi with three layers a dark black with the gold wrapped around it and finally a simple string red with an obidome of cherry blossom leaves. For her hair, she did it up using some of the hairpins she had gotten from a quest a while back while leaving a small strangle on the left said of her face curled a little bit. On her feet were just normal socks and boots she did wish that she could get the proper footwear but for now she would make do with that she had. Leaving the inn with Lucifina still sleeping she made her way to the moon temple, some people did give her some strange looks as she walked by wondering who she was based on her style of dress. She only giggled a bit thinking that if only they knew that she was just a simple woman who wasn't from this world. Once at the Moon Temple, she made her way to the room that is used for Zeapon. Sitting on a mat close to the back with her legs folded under her she looked up at the statue wondering what she was doing here really. She left her world by force to come to this one, her king might not the same as the one from this world but she still wanted to meet him at least once. "My high king Zeapon God of Death and Chao. Why?" She asked to no one in particular and didn't expect an answer back. Tag: SelkirisOutfit: Dress

"Why is an excellent question. Why is a question that always has some form of answer, and is normally extremely entertaining. At least for me." Selkiris spoke, staring at the statue. He was at the entrance of the room and almost seemed as he had been there for a while. "Now what would bring someone like you all the way to a temple like this? To pray? Or perhaps more? Selkiris still stared at the statue while he spoke to her, his face covered by his robes. Something about the statue brought him anger....an anger from something long ago. Something Selkiris didn't wish to remember. After a good minute of studying he finally turned to the girl he was speaking to and examined her from head to toe. She looked strange to him but that was most likely due to the attire she wore. "Your not from around here are you? I have explored many places yet I have never seen that type of clothing before."

Hearing a voice answer her question she turned to look at the source of the voice before turning back to the statue. The question to her question she felt would only lead towards more question on everyone's part but she was willing to answer. "To pray hardly. I came searching for a way to meet him." Closing her eyes for just a short moment wondering if Zeapon was there in the room with them. Opening them back at the sound of the question or was it a statement on the man's part. "My clothes I guess are strange. They happen to be what shine maiden wear where I am from."
Not bothering to turn around to look at the stranger she pats the spot beside her for him to come and join her. "I'm guessing you are either more curious to hear more or want to know why I want to meet him. Either way I would prefer you sit with me than behind me." Was all she said while she waited wondering if he would join her of if he would remind where he was.

"A strange want......but I will not critize you for it." Selkiris started to walk into the room, keeping his eyes on the girl. "Oh really? Well I guess it suits you for what your trying to accomplish I guess." When she had invited him to join her he had paused for a moment. Processing if he actually should join her. After a second of thinking he moved to where she was and sat down next to her, he didn't really care if this may be disrespectful Its not like those 'gods' will really care either way. Selkiris turned to the girl and asked her "I am quite curious why do you wish to meet Zeapon. From what I remember he is an evil god who is the god of destruction. It seems a little strange. Especially for a girl like yourself. You must have a connection to him of some sort as I did hear you call him High King Zeapon which is the first time I have ever heard that." As he spoke he tried to keep his tome and left hand hidden. The gods may be lies but that doesn't mean how they punish people are as well. I'd rather not be cursed right now.

A strange want she guess that it was strange since she came to this world many seem to fear Zeapon she didn't see why. She did nod her head when he said her outfit of choice suited her. She could only agree since on some other people it might look a bit strange compared to how it looks on her. When he took a seat she waited for him to ask the questions choosing to answer before she start asking her own series of question. The comment and question that came was expected taking a few seconds to answers. "Well I am not from this world first. Second the world I come from is strange compared to here it's different. Third I my world I lived in a kingdom ruled by Zeapon it's why I call him High King. Lastly he isn't a evil god nor are the other gods who rule over a similar domain as him." She said thinking of the other Gods from her world that ruled over similar domain as her king it was what caused most of the fighting because more than one God is known to have bearing over the same thing. People tend to mistake evil for balance. Without Zeapon this world wouldn't have a balance people wouldn't die and everyone would be nice and don't you think that would be boring." Turning to look at the man wondering what he thought of her answer.

Selkiris laughed. "I see...you are fated then. Well if we are technically speaking Zeapon isn't a god. He never will be, for he is not as powerful as he seems. And much more mortal that he appears." Selkiris grinned under his hood and looked at the statue once more, keeping his gaze on it. For some reason he just wanted to study it....or to watch it crumble. Most likely the second one. "That is where you are wrong. Zeapon is merely a symbol for what people say is evil. If he was not here they would just pin the duty onto someone else. For if there is good there is evil, light there is dark, and life there is death. It is just the nature of things. Zeapon says he controls it but I know the truth. I know the truth of this damn pantheon." Selkiri's bland tone almost started to sound spiteful, as if he was about to spit on the statue that stood before him.

The high arch ceiling within the Moon Temple resembled that of a stain glass globe reflecting the things below. For a brief second; a area around the ceiling began to distort the images within it's refection before returning back to normal. The phenomenon going un-noticed to most unless they were to be staring at it the moment it happened. So everyone carried on their daily tasks without a care; the maidens working within the Temple continued their prayer, cleaned, and discussed things related to the deities and their beliefs. While visitors continued to enter into the Temple and pay respects to their gods without any worry.
Just like the two that were so pleasantly chatting away in Zeapon's area of worship. The female carrying on the conversation with the male humanoid figure who kept his identity hidden to the outside world. However, the two's conversation was being listening in on. A lurker that kept silent until now. " The truth about the Pantheon you say? Now that is something truly note worthy, yet I'm curious how someone a deity would call mortal would know such things? " A female's voice interjected after Selkiris remark about knowing the truth about the gods. From the other side of the wall, a feminine cloaked figure stepped forth and approached Nyx and Selkiris with a curtsy. The hood covering the majority of her face other than the lower half of her jaw, neck and bits of lavender strains of hair could be seen underneath. The cloak a heavy dark leather material that barely dusted the floor.
" Forgive my intrusion; I was walking past and couldn't help but over hear the last bit of your statement sir. " The cloaked woman spoke with a apologetic tone, before turning to look up over to Nyx. " What strange clothes..." She commented; her tone rather curious as she turned to look away. Perhaps not the best thing to say aloud to some stranger. " I'm sorry for my manners; Are you from outside the Kingdom? Have you traveled far to visit the Moon Temple?" She asked, not having heard what Selkiris had said about her being Fated. Though as her head turned; she noticed the Statue of the God Zeapon. Her lips pressed while looking at the stone figure; A clear glimpse of scales could be seen on her jaw line, the color tint that of violet and teal.
" The God of Death and Destruction.... The founder of demons and the ruler of darkness; I imagine he would be a rather unpleasant fellow to be around, but what can I say. Though to say he doesn't have some control over it is rather interesting to hear. " She shrugged her shoulders and curled her lips into a small smile. She even looked back to Nyx and Selkiris, her smile visible to them as she stood before them.

"Ahh now, why do you say Zeapon isn't a god. Do you know what the true definition of a god is?" Nyx asked as she folded her hand over her clothes waiting for the man's responds. The definition of a God sometimes get mixed but the world she was from they drilled the definition into they head since they world ran on that belief and what defines a God.
She only nodded her head he was entitled to his belief that if Zeapon was just a symbol of evil. She waited for him to finish his little speech on Zeapon being mortal and that he knows the truth about her king. Before she could say anything another voice cut in, looking towards the sound of the voice she saw a cloaked figured and the voice that it was most likely a female. Nodding her head to the new person as she let the conversation flow the woman did ask some interesting question.
At the comment of her outfit once again she only let out a soft giggle, thinking that maybe she should get something more fitting of this world at some point so that she doesn't stand out as much. "It is fine, I guess my clothes are strange for this kingdom. I am from outside the kingdom and I did travel far. I am one of those that get called Fated." She said knowing that if any place was safe for her to speak of her status would be the temple since it is a holy place. Plus who would throw someone in jail for wanting to know more about a deity.
"From what I can tell my High King has perfect control in this world compared to my own." Her eyes turning to look at his Statue wondering why this stranger would say that he didn't have control over the realm that he rules. "Pray tell why do you believe that Zeapon doesn't control his realm?"

Selkiris smiled "A god is said to be all powerful and unkillable, both are wrong in their own ways."
When th lady had interurrupted their conversation Selkiris didn't both to turn to look at her, he merely stared into the shadows. "I have some.......very helpful allies...I may be mortal, but that is what drives me to do what I need before my life ends." Selkiris kept his eyes to the shadows, as if he was waiting for something.....what that may though is left to be known. Selkiris sighed and stood up, finally turning to face the strange woman before him.
"You robe yourself to hide your body, which means you have something to hide......though I will not judge, as I obviously do the same." Selkiris merely nodded at her in greeting.
When the lady spoke of Zeapon being the ruler of darkness. Selkiris had enough. He was slightly annoyed and didn't even know his left hand was uncovered, revealing the dark seal on his hand "Enough! Zeapon is a usurper, a false king. You say he is the ruler of darkness but no the darkness is merely waiting for its true king. The lord of the shadows. The one destined to rule them for all of eternity. Zeapon can't control the darkness. Only the Ancient One can. For only darkness knows how to control darkness."

It had been almost a month since she had been allowed out of the infirmary; and though physically she was still weak she made an effort to return to the shrine to complete the tasks that would be expected of a champion. She had borrowed a horse from the stables at the castle and rode down early that morning. She was not without help when she arrived; her absence from the temple as of the past month had been noted. She was happy to see some familiar faces; and it warmed her heart to see the dedication that the gods received in this time. Something they deserved but lacked so fully in her own.
Aria this day was wearing the colors of her deity; she was clad in a gown as red as rose. The gown had a graceful v neck line that began at her shoulders and plunged to a modest location above her breasts. Around her neck an intricate gold collared necklace occupied her neck and the area above her breasts. The fine metal woven into swirled designs. The sleeves a deeper shade of red with a barely notable gold shimmer, fell gracefully in a double tiered fashion. The sleeves were slit open allowing glimpse of her pale ivory flesh to show through; each tier cinch snuggly to her arms by intricate gold clasps. The gold clasps by her wrist gracefully arched over her hand and were connected by fine chains to rings on her index fingers. Upon her shoulders the same material flared out and down her back creating a wing like cape that gracefully fell down her back and ended at her knees. A decretive gold corset that allowed glimpses of the dark red fabric underneath; arched up over her breasts with subtle reversed v neck line, ending in a dramatic revered v waist line at her waist. A deep red sash was draped asymmetrically around her hips; connecting together at the v of her corset. The excess material falling down the front of the dress and ending just below her knee. The sash standing out against the brighter fabric of the skirt which flowed down to the floor. The front panel of her skirt which was made with loose flowing material started dark at her hips and gradually brightened to a blazing crimson as it reached the floor. A darker layer fabric which matched the top of the dress and continued on as a solid color acted as the back of her dress and train; the hem of it decorated in an even darker red fabric. To complete the look she even wore her gold heels that she wore during the festival of gods.
Her hair was partially tied back; the top half being pulled up and into a bun held together by her gold phoenix hair stick. Allowing her delicately pointed ears to be seen. While the rest of her long deep red locks fell down in graceful waves past her waist. Her face was still pale; the normal rose to her cheeks lacking due to the illness that kept her in bed for the past few weeks. Her stunning blue green gaze struck out from thick dark eyelashes, and eyelids lined with kohl. Her lips darken ever so slightly usually arched ever so subtly in a kind smile as she greeted patrons.
Aria had been working in her deity’s room of worship when she noted something funny flicker by upon the ceiling. Causing a frown to appear on the young dova’s face, and a brow arch up in question. Curious she placed down her work and made her way out to the main part of the temple with intent on finding the odd sight in another part of the temple. As she walked on her ears picked up upon a conversation in a room that she often did not hear voices from. Curious she made her way closer; her curiosity peaked. The conversation however was none to pleasing; she had been about to enter before familiar voice of the purpled haired menace joined the other two. Causing her to pause to see if the young man who was spouting sacrilegious nonsense was about to be corrected.
By the time the man answered with his opinion of Zeapon; Aria had enough. By this point she was angered, Aria summed up her strength and strode into the room. Her piercing gaze direct solely at the cloaked gentleman. ”Enough! You may leave this place immediately!” Her voice held a sharp edge as she glared at the man. She may have a dislike for Zeapon but even she wouldn’t stand for such disrespect in a place such as this. If were anywhere else but the temple she would have let it go; this however was a disrespect for all the gods that the temple represented. ”You enter a place of worship only to mock the beings and those that fallow them. You may spout your nonsense somewhere else, but I will not stand for it here.”

The cloaked woman listened to Nyx as she giggled and explained her attire and her origins. Fortunately for her, Nyx wouldn't be able to see her eyes as they widen in surprise under her cloak's hood. Her lips pressed as she forced a smile. " I see, I'm glad to see you are doing well here for being brought against your will. " She spoke calmly, giving a soft smile and a nod at Nyx.
However, before she could say anything more to Nyx, Selkiris suddenly began to speak. His eyes fixed on the shadows though his words seemed to carry to them both. " If that is how you get your information, Then I have no reason to doubt. " She spoke in a pleasant manner, shrugging her shoulders while taking a step back as he began to stand up. While he rose to his feet, he could see a hint of lavender emerald eyes staring back at him.
A smile formed on her features as he addressed her attired. Mighty bold words to say, Said the pot to the kettle. she thought; Not taking what he said personally and chuckled. A bit of movement could be seen when she brought her hand up and out from underneath her cloak. Her hand reaching up to pull back the hood to reveal her face.
" Oh, my intentions for wearing this cloak and hood were not to hide my face to conceal anything sir. I just don't like the attention I draw when I'm in public." She spoke with a chuckle. Her face pale and oval in shape, though if anyone had seen a kray before, her appearance would be striking to a mortal. Her skin lacking in color as if deprived of sunlight. Speckled across her cheeks small brilliant violet-teal scales could be seen. While her pointed ears stuck out from her loose pulled back ponytail hair with a black ribbon. The rest of her hair hidden inside her cloak, so the length would be undetermined.
It was at that moment Selkiris began to shout and uncovered his left hand to reveal a dark looking seal within his palm. Her eyes blinking at the sight and she listened as he spoke of Zeapon and this being he believed to be the true ruler of darkness. However, before she could say anything, Aria suddenly chimed in out of nowhere.
' Well, well this is a surprise. '
She thought to herself, Not looking away from the symbol on his hand. She had seen that symbol somewhere before, but where? Her expression becoming stoic the moment Aria yelled out 'Enough!' and demanded Selkris to leave the Moon Temple immediately.
" Isn't that what the Moon Temple stands for..." She interjected, raising her voice to match Aria's sharp tone that she started off with. " The Moon Temple is the largest temple within Teair, it is also the house of all the deities this world worships. Including other divine beings, The mortals of this kingdom choose to idealize the main six they recognize the most. This...Man...Is allowed to speak his mind freely at his own risk. After all, he knows this or he wouldn't have come here." She defended him for the time being, still keeping both eyes on him as she stood there keeping a calm composure of someone who had faced darkness before.

Now it was Nyx's turn to smile seeing that this person had a misconception of what a god was. "Sir that is where you are wrong. A god or goddess is A superhuman being or spirit that can sometimes take on a psychical form that is worshiped as having power over nature or human fortunes." After all, that's what most people got wrong that a God wasn't killable everything that exists was killable just that Gods close guarded the method of how to kill them.
"Thank you so far this world has been kind to me. I met people who are helping me adjust to life here." Her voice soft with a hint of sadness in it. It wasn't easy for her to not to miss her home, it had gotten a bit easier but the pain was always there. Almost everytime she saw a family together she remembers how she was fated to this world. Shaking off those memories knowing that she didn't need to think of those right now.
Hearing call Zeapon a false God her eyes flashed with angry but it seemed that someone else had beaten her to it. Seeing the lock of red hair that belonged to Aria she believed her name was it been sometimes since she saw the woman it was months ago they were on a quest together with some others. Nodding her head to Aria-sama, while letting her finish what she had to say. Before she could add her own input to the situation the seemed that the purpled haired woman had her two things to say.
Letting them speak she turned to look at the man, now that he was standing she was able to get a better view of him. Since she was still seated she got a view of the seal on his arm, wanting to remember it she blinked a few times to get a clear picture of it since she would want to recreate at a later time with her spell so that she could do some digging up on it. "Sir I am not going to yell at you nor am I going to want you thrown out of the temple." Her voice came out in a calm before the storm as she paused her a moment before speaking again this time her voice took on a stern and had deadly undertones. "Do not ever call someone a false God in my presence or at a temple of worship. Those words have deadly consequences and you no matter how much you hide behind your cloak of shadows are not ready for them. If you want I would not mind us continuing our debate. As long as you don't call another God fake, cause that is a line you do not wish to cross. I did not call the great being that you believe in false." Standing up she looked at the people in the room before going to place her hand on the statue of Zeapon one of his horns. Taking a few calming breaths sending her prays to her kind to give her the strength to deal with this human wanting to send him to meet Death himself. Turning around her face calm with a soft smile and her eyes bright as she looked at everyone. "So where were we before that little mess. Oh yes I believed I asked you a question on why do you that Zeapon my high king doesn't have control over his realm? What prove is there for this other than he say she say?"

When the woman revealed her face Selkiris smiled. "I see, so you are a celebrity of sorts?" Selkris chuckled and bowed properly now. "A pleasure madam."
Selkiris caught the lavender hair lady looking at the seal on his hand but he did not hide his hand. He knew the other one most likely saw the seal as well so it was no point hiding it. "You stare at my mark....do you find it interesting? I can not see why you would. It is nothing special. Merely a mark." Selkiris didn't dare disclose the pact he had with his master. He didn't mind talking about his master but some may have found him more dangerous if they knew of the mark!'s true meaning.
Selkiris didn't even have time to speak as the red head barged into the room and ordered Selkiris to leave. The talking only continued as the lavender hair woman spoke, and then the young lady behind him. After a minute of waiting Selkiris finally spok, his voice still monotone and completely uncaring. "I assume you are all done? Very good. For one I do thank you madam for already speaking one of my points." Selkiris nodded in appreaction to her. "But there is one mistake you all made. You call my being great and divine. No he is an abomination of the darkness. A true creature of nightmares. He is no god and he doesn't plan to become one. He is merely a king. A king of the darkness, lord of shadows."
When the younger of the women asked why Selkiris didn't believe Zeapon had control of his realm he answer was simple. "As I said. Only darkness can control darkness. And currently the darkness calls for its true lord. The Ancient One." When she asked for proof Selkiris sighed, proof was a relative term. "The darkness told me itself."

Aria folded her arms as the purple haired menace corrected her; a frown etched on her face. She was about to respond when Nyx kindly made one of her points for her. When she finished Aria nodded in agreement. ”If it’s with all the deities then it’s an unspoken rule that one must respect the beliefs of another person. Standing in a room meant for a specific god, and then yelling at a believer that they are wrong is not ok. How is one supposed to worship if they are getting yelled at for it? Should not the same argument you used for him be used for her.” Aria motioned towards Nyx. ”If he had not blatantly yelled that you’re wrong; we would not have had an issue. He could have simply stated he believed in a different being instead of trying to force his beliefs on this woman. It is for his behavior that I am saying he must leave, not because of his beliefs.”
As they continued to have their conversation Aria rubbed the bridge of her nose; while glancing up at the statue of Zeapon….creepy ass bastard… She remembered all the times she got to see that face up close and personal. ”You know your champion should be dealing with this and not me….where the heck did that pervert go” She remembered the man Loki was the one who claimed Zeapons title of champion during the tournaments…tho frankly there was a good chance good ol’Zeppy ate his champion knowing him. Aria turned back to the group after talking to the statue, something she was known to do quite frequently. ”If you must continue this conversation, please do so outside of this room. You’ll disturb other visitors.” That and frankly she didn’t want ’him’ showing up. She didn’t quite think he was banned to his tower yet in this time.
Aria walked over to the doors that lead to Zeapons room and held it open, motioning for them to continue their conversation outside. Her eyebrow raising as the man included her in the bunch that called his being a god. She certainly had done no such thing, but let him think what he wanted. For now she wanted this conversation moved.

Mysteria nodded her head when Nyx thanked her. Her somber features masking her inner emotions; Rather grateful the fated woman was doing well within the world. Perhaps the Fated have learned to adjust. A thought that brought her some peace. However, her attention on Nyx shifted when Selkris began to speak towards her. Her violet-teal eyes narrowing at being called a celebrity. The Kray woman remaining silent all the way up until he brought up the ‘mark’ on his palm. She had seen that symbol somewhere before….However, that emblem only brought chills across her flesh. Where had she seen it before? Mysteria thought to herself, a small grin slowly growing on her pale features.
“ I am no celebrity, only a sorceress that has friends in all sorts of places. As for that mark however… You are modest to call ‘that’ nothing special.” Mysteria chuckled, her eyes searching for a face within the shadow of his hood that overcasted his features. If he could see her, he would see her eyes begin to illuminate slightly, a flash of color within her irises, before she looked away from Selkris. Her eyes locking onto Aria giving her a serious look.
Mysteria remained silent while Aria spoke, listening to her argument and request to take the conversation else where if it were to continue on this path. Her gaze slowly following Aria’s up to the statue of the Deity of Death and Destruction. A heavy sigh escaping between frowned parted lips. “ Very well, Duchess Wurud, I see your concern. I had forgotten words have a power of their own when it comes to attracting the right or wrong kind of attention.” Mysteria nodded, turning to Nyx and Selkris who she had initially interrupted and escalated the conversation. The woman giving both a short bow. “ Forgive my intrusion. It was a pleasure making your acquaintance, but I will be adventuring else where to honor Duchess Wurud’s wishes. “ Mysteria smiled, reaching up to lift up her hood over her head again, before turning to make a slow exit out of the room. Once she exited the room; Mysteria walked slowly in the main hall and continued to head deeper into the Moon Temple.
