This time he was ready, and as the woman appeared and to teleport him Deidric channeled Mysu and tried to block the teleportation as he spun to look at her. He saw the briefest glimpse of her face before he suddenly found himself in a field. Upon seeing the Satyress he grinned.
"You are harder to find than I expected, and I seeing you fight in the arena got me all excited. Would you be opposed to a brief sparring session to start off the date?" He asked with a fierce look in his eyes. He seemed genuinely interested in the contest and his wide grinned showed more than a human number of teeth.

we must be K I L L E R S CHILDREN OF THE WILD ONES
Iris was startled awake, sleeping soundly in her comfortable bed at the Arch. The woman who’s face she wasn’t too thrilled to see, grabbed her by her horns, lifting her into the air. Iris wouldn’t lie; that was painful as all hell. She raised her hands to grab the womans wrists, pulling herself up to take some of the weight off her horns. She clenched her eyes closed as they spun around, tears springing forward through the pain. Finally, she was released, and she opened her eyes in time to see the white light engulf her, taking her away to gods knew where.
When the light died down, Iris found herself out in the farm lands, somewhere she’d only been once before. She quickly blinked away the tears that the pain had brung forward, running a hand through her wind tussled hair. She’d been dressed for her nap, in a simple white cloth shirt, sleeves covering just the tops of her shoulders, and the hem of her shirt stopping just above her navel. This also meant she didn’t have her precious sword either, which she wasn’t too happy about. Thankfully the farm lands weren’t super far from the Arch as the rest of the city.
When she registered that she wasn’t alone, a grin spread on her face. She hadn’t bought him a rose, so that meant it had been the other way around this time. Cool! When he spoke to her, she let out a laugh. Now I’m really bummed I didn’t bring my sword! Damn woman woke me up from a nap! She glared up at the sky. And you watched my match? I didn't know you were up there! What did you think? She asked, genuinely ready for the feedback.

Deidric was a bit surprised to see Iris suddenly dumped out onto the farmland. Though he supposed the woman who kept doing this to him also seemed to grab him at random times. When Iris explained that she was missing her sword and had been woken up from a nap he nodded. Deidric himself was wearing a loose fitting silk shirt along with good linen pants. He unbuckled the sword from his back and the one from his waist and set them down. He had not actually intended on using these, they were weapons meant for killing.
When she asked for feedback he chuckled and shook his head. “I doubt most of the feedback I could give would be very useful, my combat training is specific to people like me.” He admitted with a grin showing too many teeth. “Besides, if I can’t prove to put on a decent showing of my own it will just be wasted as you’ll have proven to be stronger.”
As Deidric finishes speaking he rolls the belt and swords together and places them on a nearby rock before undoing the top button on his shirt. “Forgive me for the forwardness, but I’ve been waiting for a bit for a good fight. I don’t quite have the patience to go get your sword and find a practice blade of my own. Do you have much practice with hand to hand?” He asks, lifting his shirt off over his head and revealing a fairly tanned and toned physique beneath. However something that might draw more attention would be the small patches of black scales peeking up slightly on his hipline and upper back.

we must be K I L L E R S CHILDREN OF THE WILD ONES Iris cocked her head to the side. People like you? The hell does that mean? She chuckled, wondering if he meant his line of work, or his species. When he continued on, her chuckle turned into a full blown laugh. I suppose you’d be right!
She watched amused, as he rolled up his sword and belt, and for some reason undoing his top button. Her eyebrows shot up even further as the shirt ended up coming off. She cleared her throat before speaking, A bit. I would definitely say I’m stronger with it, but what kind of warrior would I be if I couldn’t defend myself hand to hand? Iris spoke slowly at first, needing to regain her train of thought. At first she didn’t notice the differences on his body compared to a regular humans, but once she regained focus, she noted them, but didn’t say anything about them.
She couldn’t prepare for this the way he had, as she’d been dressed for her nap; but she did bunch up her short cotton top at the back, tying it into a knot which would keep the shirt from flying up while they sparred. Her hair however would probably be everywhere; there wasn’t much she could do to control that; normally she had a hair tie, and some cloth strips to bind her chest down.

Deidric’s grin only grew as Iris laughed at his reply and accepted his challenge. People often misunderstood the big man, or thought he was overly violent, but in truth Deidric simply loved to test his strength. He appreciated people like this, warriors, people who also understood the thrill of battle and of testing the very tools of survival against each other.
“Just to check, how fast do you heal? And how much can you take?” After waiting a moment to give Iris a chance to answer Deidric made his move.
He lunged forward with a speed that was beyond that of what a person could achieve and struck towards his center mass with an open palm.

we must be K I L L E R S CHILDREN OF THE WILD ONES While she tied her shirt in the knot, she answered his question; Well, I’m more enhanced than a human, but not entirely what you would consider magical. So I can take about twice the amount of a human beating, and I heal just less than that. Plus my own toughness on that/ Iris joked.
Once that was out of the way, Iris cracked her neck, getting into position. It didn’t take long for Dei to jump at her, palm out. Damn he’s fast. Iris though as she fell and rolled out to the side, jolting back up on her hooves. After a second, she darted back at him, swinging her elbow and right fist at him.

Deidric nods in response to Iris’s explanation before attacking. “I am fairly tough, I should be able to recover from anything that does not outright kill me.” He admits before launching himself forward. As she dodged he stopped moving and set his feet watching her spring back up.
Deidric fought back the urge to breath fire at her, as he would have in a fight to the death, and as she came at him with her fist and elbow strikes he moved forward with open palms to intercept both strikes and raising a knee to attempt to strike her in the guy.
A wide grin on his face he Deidric found himself admitting “It is nice to finally fight a warrior again,” his breath too hot, almost enough to scald the skin.

Iris nodded in response, focusing more on her movement than words at this point. She frowned as he intercepted her arm moving to get her in the gut. She pushed off his arm that had grabbed hers, launching herself away from him. But not before she felt his breath on her skin, shocking her. She raised both eyebrows at him, not sure what that was about.
I know what you mean. Its been such a long time, I almost feel rusty. She laughed, cracking her left shoulder and waiting for his next move.

As Iris jumps away Deidric’s pupils narrow to slights as an overwhelming aura of intimidation surrounds him. His smiles widens as the small patches of scales begin to expand covering a slightly larger area of his skin. This time instead of speeding towards her he began to approach slowly and deliberately, clearly ready to react if attached.
“There really is nothing quite like testing yourself, to get the blood pumping.” He entire frame seemed tensed with anticipation of the approaching violence and only one thing could truly be sensed from him. Excitement.
If Iris jumped in he would come down with an elbow to try and strike her in the side of her torso.

Her eyes narrowed in response, not to keen on whatever was happening to his skin. She still had no clue what this guy really was, but she was starting to think he was more dangerous that she’d previously assumed; though she also had the feeling he’d stop before actually injuring her; as she would him. As he stalked towards her speaking, she nodded, her eyes still narrowed and focused. Riding the rush it brings; the adrenaline She agreed.
She could tell he was anticipating nearly every move she could make, so when he got close enough, she darted directly at him with her head, horns first, hoping to get him in the chest and stun him.

Deidric’s grin only seemed to widen as Iris contemplated how she would react to him stalking towards her. When she tilted her head down and charged forward Deidric braced himself to receive the blow and as she was about to make contact drove his shoulder down to crack her hard in the back of the head. However, in order to achieve this he still ended up taking the brunt of the impact which bowled him backward and caused him to fall onto his back with her atop him.
When Iris looks down at him she will notice that the black scales have begun extending from his eyes slightly rimming them in shiny scales. In addition, Deidric’s grinning teeth have grown more pointed. “This is almost unfair for a first date, no woman is as beautiful as when she is in the grip of battle.” He laughs, his voice slightly deeper and gaining a smoky quality.
With that he attempts to roll over and reverse their positions.

Iris grinned to herself as contact was made, feeling the brute impact of her horns and his torso. However that grin immediately changed into a look of shocked pain as his elbow cracked down against her skull, forcing her down with him. When she opened her eyes, her head throbbing, she winced lightly and blinked to focus her eyes. She found Dei below her, his eyes quite different then they had been earlier; and his smile was starting to remind her of a shark. Though her only reaction was to arch her eyebrows, even more so as he spoke.
Oh is this really a date? Cause if so, being attracted to you feels a lot less out of place. Iris grinned back, letting out a slightly startled noise as he rolled them over, Iris’s mane of hair now sprawled out around and under her; and on her face. There was a lot of hair. She blinked it out of her eyes and started up at him. Smooth.

As Iris asked Deidric if this was really a date his grinned changed from one of battle lust to one of simple enjoyment. “Well I did buy the flower and this the blossom festival.” He replied before rolling over and sitting astride her. “I’m glad the attraction is mutual though.”
Then torn between two different instincts Deidric leaned down and placed his lips over Iris’s tongue passionately running across her lips as he does so. His mouth was oddly warm, even for someone who had just been exerting themselves.

Iris scoffed. You can’t except me to fully understand that; you know I’m fated; I barely understand this festival bullshit. My homeland didn’t have all this crap. She laughed. She sat up on her elbows, combing some grass out of her hair before letting it rest behind her again. Yeah mutual is always better. And more fun. She grinned, tilting her head to crack her neck. The tumble and elbow had put a crick in it.
When his lips suddenly met hers, she made a small noise of surprise, but didn’t move away from it, having no qualms about it. She leaned into it slightly, not able to move much in her current position. Iris was rather content with this situation; she’d never met someone so similar to herself; someone who enjoyed the thrill and rush of the fight, and also didn’t hide or bother to be embarrassed about their primal wants either.
After a moment or so, Iris would lean back, needing to catch her breath; they had just been sparring after all. She glanced around, remembering where they were. I kinda wonder who’s farm we’re on. I’m sure they might not appreciate two assholes frolicking around in it. She laughed again.
