When Lilith spoke Sima was more then shocked. In fact, for some reason he had never expected her to say those words. Sima knew they both had said the word already. However, he was used to having to pull that out of his partner, not hearing the words usually because he'd always have to bring the subject up. It was refreshing, and he liked that it put their relationship on a different section than that of his and his previous wife. This didn't make it better, or worse, it just made it different, unique. He breathed deeply, trying to respond in a fashion he deemed appropriate.
Lilith already knew what he felt, he never hid that from her. For some reason when Lilith said this to him, it made that much harder to repeat it back to her, knowing that she was more than likely expecting it. Perhaps this is why Hotaru felt so oddly whenever he did what Lilith had just done to him. He leaned in, resting his head next to hers in a manner that allowed his mouth to be close to her. 'i love you too, Lilith." He spoke silently, but because of his distance to her ears she would be able to hear it without any interruptions, or misinterpreting.
He pulled away from her ear, to actually look into her eyes. At first, that made him a little un-comfortable. However, he was quite enjoying looking into her eyes the more he did. This was because he knew these eyes were not Hotaru's, they had a whole different personality behind them, they had a whole new person behind them. "I, I.. would jump into water for you.." Sima didn't like that he was repeating something from earlier, but he knew that this time she would fully appreciate his words, especially considering they just came from trying to get Sima to do that under normal circumstances. If Lilith's life was in danger, he didn't think there would be much hesitation in having to jump in after her, no matter how much it scared the shit out of him.

Lilith had a sweet smile on her face, small and content. When Sima spoke, her heart fluttered, like a butterfly in the wind. He pulled away from her to see her eyes, so she let him see them, looking up into his, gazing, her eyes small saucers of purple with different shaded hues here and there, peppering the other wise clear irises. Her nose wasn't very far from his, so before she heard him speak a second time, she pressed her nose to his, and pulled back again. There was no real reason she did this, and she blush after because of it, but she felt compelled to do it anyway.
I...I. She didn't know how to respond. She'd seen how terrified he'd been today, just by going under for a moment, she couldn't imagine him forcing himself to jump in on will. I hope you never have to. Seemed like the only appropriate answer in this situation. She knew it was meant sweetly, but she knew the heaviness of the words as well.
Lilith continued to gaze into his eyes, a multitude of emotions in her own. After what seemed like hours but was only moments, she leaned forwards and pressed her lips to his.

Sima knew he loved Lilith, yet why did it hurt so much admitting this to himself? Was it that she had what seemed to be a very large chance of hurting him, Or was it that he had the same chance of doing that to her. However, he felt the pain Lilith might inflict on him would be emotional. Sima had hoped to never inflict such pain on Lilith, disliking emotional pain much worse than physical. He knew of healing magics, some even more potent than Lilith's. This was why emotional pain was worse, in his head. Their was always a medicinal herb to help with pain, or someone to come and cheer you up. However, their was almost no medication for emotional pain. His heart dropped just thinking what she would feel had he somehow broken her heart. This reminded him of the time he thought of Hotaru, in place of Lilith. His chest swelled with a negative feeling thinking about what damage it would have caused if said out loud.
He wasn't sure how Lilith would take it, considering she knew exactly what happened to him, but he knew it would negatively impact their relationship. While Sima was thinking about all of this, Lilith had gazed into his eyes, and kissed him. Something that seemed to break the cycle of his torturous thoughts. His heart sped up, not because of the thoughts that plagued him earlier, but now because of new thoughts that were more than desirable, and included Lilith in all of them.
He wrapped his arms around her, lifting her ever so slightly so that he could feel her back. He loved the feel of Lilith's skin, so any clothes between them he felt could be removed. So he attempted to remove some of Lilith's clothing, just now noticing where Lilith had re-positioned her leg, made the thought only more tempting. He went back to his original thought of this, and how Lilith had changed it so quickly. It was only meant to be a bit of spooning, and perhaps lead to this later, however Lilith certainly changed his mind quickly. "We can cuddle later." Although this was meant to be a question, it seemed more or less Sima being assertive towards his new found goal.

She felt his arms tighten around her, lifting her. A smile crept lightly on her face as he broke the kiss to speak. She wasn't used to his assertiveness- he was usually so cautious, questioning, making sure she wanted to do anything- she liked it, but she liked this almost equally as much- if not more. Good plan. She knew that if this continued much further, they wouldn't be stopping. She knew that wouldn't be a bad thing, but she wasn't sure it would be the best idea either- not after what happened at the Springs. She knew she wasn't fully the cause of that, but should they be talking about it? Or anything about this day?
What about the fact that they'd been matched together? She knew that meant more to her, than him, as he didn't believe in the same things... There was also the questions about the restaurant- as well as her new curiosity of getting a bigger house, with a bigger everything in it- including kitchen. Why all these questions were running through her mind now, she had no idea, but it was distracting. In the end, she decided to ignore the voice in her head, for the lips pressed against hers, and the hands on her back, unravelling more skin my the minute, was far louder, and more persuasive.
Her hair draped over them, like a blanket, making them blocked from the world, except for the places the shimmering blanket parted. She complied easily when he began removing her clothes, and she worked on his. She'd definitely gained confidence since being with him, in more than one way. She knew if he left, she'd most likely never be like this again- it was an affect only he had on her, and she loved it. Where things were now, there was no stopping them, and it made the voice in her head, asking hundreds of questions, stop asking, for the time being at least. It had been a long day, and this seemed like a wonderful end- especially with the planned cuddling after, as she'd changed the cuddling they'd just been doing. Tomorrow was time for the questions. She knew that they had all the time in the world.
